I went to this Circle k. I went to use the restroom and the door was locked. I went to the attendant and I asked him if I could get the key to the restroom. He told me that if the door is locked that means that someone is in the restroom. I waited by the restroom door for 20 minutes. I knocked multiple times, and no one answered. I informed a different attendant, who was also present, that I was by the door for a long time and no one answered if he could get the key and to open the restroom. He informed me that there's nothing he can do if the restroom is locked and the key is locked in the restroom. He also appeared to be the manager. I believe it was poor customer service to watch me stand by the door needing to use the restroom and not offer to assist me. I asked him if I could use the men's restroom. And he told me that I cannot use the men's restroom because it is illegal. Neither attendants wanted to assist me at all. While I had to use the restroom urgently. As women, using the restroom is different for us because we have to take care of many personal things. If the gas stations do not want to allow customers to use the restroom then they need to just say that we can't use the bathroom, instead of coming up with lies. There needs to be a door on the front door letting us know that the restroom is not operable so that we're not sitting there for 20 plus minutes needing to use the restroom urgently.

The Owner, Adam, is an extremely rude man. I was asking about a request and he acted as if I was being complicated with him. He then proceeded to act rude towards me in a feminine and sassy manner; I told him that behavior was rude and unnecessary. He then started yelling and swearing, telling me to file a lawsuit and that he is a very masculine boss.Adam appears to be a South Asian man, perhaps 6 ft or so with dark hair, and around 200 lbs. He also wears glasses. If you see him, do not engage. He's a very aggressive and overly expressive man. Adam should not be confused with Ali. Ali, per the ratchet bellows of Adam, is a lower manager. Ali is very kind and nice, but his experience doesn't outweigh Adam's unprofessional manner and rudeness.If you can believe it, Adam's response was triggered by me asking how to contact Ali.

I had use there rest room the attend inside after 5 it then mins. Gave that did work for ladies.but the rest was available for the men's.this is unethically.came told him it didn't work with out care.he said well you can't use the men's restroom.but?.why the women restroom lock up but the men go at will.Just don't Understand.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR RECEIPTS. Today makes the 2nd time that I have visited this gas station, where when you get to the counter with your items they try and charge you a different price than what is listed. They always mention that the price has gone up. If that’s the case, they need to change the prices that’s displayed for the customers to see.

It doesn't make sense for a company to get rid of all other employees just to get drug heads and ruled non-respectful employees the employees are allowed to violate and disrespect anyone and the disrespect and violation to women and kids is unacceptable you have to argue about your change back they stay trying to steal your money and then give you a hard time about it you not allowed to ask for prices without getting an attitude or disrespected they just tell you an amount and don't tell you how they got that amount and then talk to you like dirt beneath their feet stealing from kids and disrespecting kids it's unacceptable and will not be tolerated that's taking it a little too far doors need to be shut fines need to be given.

I would place 0 if I could. Now we understand why there is so much obesity in the US. No healthy options here on this station, no gallons of water; no healthy food; nothing that is not junk. I bought a small snicker's almonds and a Dasani water of 32oz.Just when I asked for the ticket the cashier just put in whatever number he wants. $6.12.The item is not listed and that is illegal. I will definitely make sure the state give this place a auditing. 2 items not properly displayed and charging more to the clients. Mark my words, this is thieving, scamming a manipulation towards the customers. Here is the receipt check it for your self; this owner is going to pay more at the end with the authorities; I'll make sure.

I just recently moved back to the area with my family. I ALWAYS came by here to get ice when we lived here and on August 27th, I stopped by here. I eat ice all the time, I have several medical conditions and eating ice helps soothe them. I spoke to a young lady here, she had great customer service skills and was so nice I decided to stop by again. I went to the drink station and started filling my ice bags up with ice. The light skinned heavy set associate came over to me and started a rude exchange with me about the cost of ice!!! The reason why Quick Trip and Racetrack are so successful in this area is because they know what to do to keep the customers coming back. If I come 3-4 times a week to get ice, how much money do you think I actually spend on cigarettes, drinks and snacks? Well, Circle K can care less and they just lost a faithful customer because of it. And when I asked him for his managers name and number, he went even deeper and gave me the number to the Sales and Marketing director. If my husband was with me, it would have gone a whole different way. Farewell to Circle K and it's horrible customer service!!!

HORRIBLE! This gas station is centrally located to my office. I would patronize them almost daily. I’ve been twice in three weeks and will not go back. The first time I encountered the store manager. I went to get a drink out of the cooler and it was hot. When I went to pay, the store manager was checking me out. I said, “I think your cooler is broken.” Without looking at me she replied, “I know.” Then she proceeded to talk on the phone the entire time I was checking out. The second time I went was three weeks later. I thought that was ample time for the cooler to be fixed. I was wrong. The cooler was still broken. When I went to pay, I encountered another extremely rude employee. I was buying several items and asked for a bag. He threw it at me. The equipment is broken and they could not care less about customer service. 0 out of 5. Do not recommend.

This is the cleanest local gas station that hardly has traffic when compared to QT down the street, but that is the only good thing. The drinks are never cold and the music outside is nearly deafening. I've mentioned this so many times to the people that work there. The last time I went I tried to walk in at 8am, I went to open the door and one of the workers grabbed it to keep it shut and told me they were closed. No reason, no signs, no explanation. Just rudeness. People were at the pumps getting gas and workers were in the building. Either management doesn't care or is hoping that this location dies. For the people that work there, just find another job. You are literally making everyone in the neighborhood miserable.

Don't go here. The store manager is very rude, impatient and not the definition of a role model for her employees. She needs to be retrained on her tone of voice she uses with her customers. I will not go back to this location ever. And will definitely ensure none of my people waste money at this store.

Worst Circle K around. The mgr is extremely rude for no apparent reason. They lock the bathrooms, both men and women use the same key, so if someone is in one of the restrooms, you have to wait even though there are THREE stalls in each. No soap, no paper towels, bathrooms just unkempt. Charging for ice is ludicrous! It was soooo much better when it was a RACETRAC! THROW THE WHOLE GAS STATION AWAY.

This location has a lot of hot food ( fried chicken , nachos). It carries a lot of soft drinks , ice, beer and wine as well. The rest room was okay but needs a better cleaning done. I gave it four stars because it was not very clean when I want. There was a lot of spilled drinks on the floor by the soft drink machine and the area where the coffee and nachos were was also dirty spilled creamer, sugar etc. I would still go there because the drinks start at $.79 cents and the chicken and nachos were fresh.

Not what it used to be. The card readers at the pumps have not worked once since Circle K took over the location. Then there's the issue with the main drink coolers don't actually keep anything cold. Corporate won't listen to locals or get back to them about our concerns about staff that you really need to succeed for an area with as much traffic as Covington highway. On top of that, there's about a 30% chance that you will get hit up by a panhandler there now. Two stars is for the employees who tough it out, but expect to have to come inside...get asked for money on the way in....and then wait in line...just for gasoline. I'll take my chances at the Belvedere Plaza I guess.

Jeannie is rude. I bought a ginger ale & grabbed a spoon. She told me I couldn’t have a spoon because it’s for hot dogs…… & then tried to tell me I had to buy something…. You literally just rung up my drink. I did buy something. I’m not sure if she was trying to bully me but that’s what it felt like. & she was on the phone during the entire time.

Last time I went here, a faulty gas pump spewed out gas as soon as I picked it up, getting gas all over the skin on my arm and my clothes. The employees didn’t seem to care at all and the only assistance I got was a handful of paper towels. I tried informing a manager of the issue and no one seemed to care. Furthermore, Circle K Customer Support has completely ignored any of my communication. Terrible customer service and very little regard for customer safety.

I went this morning, parked on the side, and the doors were locked. The only time they opened the side doors was to accept the inventory truck, then they locked them again. Very poor. I loved it when Racetrac was there. Everything was on point. Krispy Kreme donuts, great coffee, great customer service, open doors. This station went from top notch to below the bottom of the barrel

They have a thin old man in there everyday all day. Harassing customers. Flirting with women and things like that. I understand he's like 70 and harmless but it’s really annoying. I won't be coming back in there.

I’m still surprised after all these years this location is still here even after tearing down my uncle’s mechanic shop to build a gas station here. My family been left with broken promises unfulfilled such as the Texaco next door was going to be a Walgreens. After repeated lies I’ll never step my foot in this parking lot or location. After my uncle’s death I want this location gone. It’s nerve wrecking passing it nothing has since been done.

This store has new owners now and they are not up keeping store how it use to be it nasty as hell when you walk in to certain areas overpriced items higher than they once was and unfriendly clerks they charge random prices for items and advertise items they don’t even sale I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because the items they charge you for are not even on your receipt there marked with different names and not the brands name

This WAS my go to station. Clean, well lit. I gas up around 4am every time and this is a 24 hr station. That is, until today. The worker told me they now open at 5am. Please change your site to reflect that.

I had to turn around and go to another gas station. 2 employees talking and laughing behind the counter while a line forms. After 7min in line I left. This is a shame! Other Circle K in the area do not operate this way.

Happy Thursday everyone it was okay very clean but that road that main road so when you turn in there it's a roll of you coming down and you going opposite direction but it's more wider so with that being said if you can understand me be careful going across to that gas station but it's clean everything is good if you can drive cuz obviously me saying this out loud it sounds like I can't drive a car but I can cuz I'm able to give you reviews at every location almost I go to go check it out guys it's great happy Thursday God bless don't be stressed be safe out there guys
