I came into this office seeking help from not receiving proper assistance from a towing company sent out by Ajero.Brijette Ortiz welcomed me warmly at the door and let me file a formal complaint. She handed me over to her employee Jason Watkins who electronically submitted a formal complaint.he so helpful and kind.Jay another associate wishing the office assisted me by physically calling and verbally filing a complaint, in addition to checking the status of my current tow to see if it was in route.Ms. Kim gave encouraging words and information for moving when dealing with Ajero in the future.I was even offered beverages and a light snack while I waited.Thank you so much to the team at Brijette Ortiz office. Let me just start by saying how wonderful Vanessa was. She answered every question I had, helped me explore multiple insurance coverages, and she was even able to bundle in my renters insurance. I was supposed to start paying 1200 for three cars with progressive next month but Vanessa found me better coverage and renters insurance for 400 dollars cheaper. She was pleasant and really did a great job. If you guys can get a quote it will change you. She just helped me to make sure that me and my family would be safe while on the road

I don’t know where to begin explaining the service I received in searching for homeowners insurance; but will say it was truly above my expectations. BriJette Ortiz, Agent with State Farm Insurance not only sent quotes in timely manner, but took the time to listen to me, review my current insurance and provide clarification line by line (educated me on coverage, what’s included and reviewed current coverage). It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced this type of service regarding insurance. She’s very knowledgeable and worked hard to assure I understood. She made no promises or pressured me - we focused on MY needs. By the end of the call I didn’t have to say “I will follow back up with you - I said let’s switch “. We not only took care of my homeowners insurance, but my auto as well. I left the call feeling connected to MY AGENT !!! I’ve been with StateFarm for maybe almost 10 years. And I hear all the time how others have a bad experience or horrible claims experiences with them. Well out of all my time with StateFarm, I’ve never had bad claim experiences or bad costumer service experience When I need them like a good neighbor they are there! I’ve had a few agents since being with them and by far BriJette Ortiz and her staff are very friendly and informative and the best I’ve done business with. They listen and understand my concerns and do their best to help come to a resolution. Ms. Kim is very friendly and a great help when ever I’m in need. Y’all don’t sleep on StateFarm. In all my years I think I’ve filed 3 claims and have had them resolved in a timely manner and to my desire. Claims are easy, simple and very fast. As long as my rates don’t increase I will be a long time customer!
