Jessica completely fixed his hair and gave him the best grooming we have received since getting him! She asked us a lot of questions to ensure we got what we wanted. She did such a great job at not only grooming him - but addressing his hygiene needs too! Thank you thank you!

I came in looking for a joint supplement for my dog. After attempting to find it, the cashier could tell I was lost :) She asked me if I needed any help. She walked me to what I was looking for. The cashier experience was nice. All in all it was a good experience. I do not recall her name. I was there Saturday evening.

Horrible customer service. I walked into Petco at 10:45 am on Tuesday 3/5/2024, found what I wanted to buy, and went to the cash registers. Not one employee was there. There were 3 ladies chatting with each other by the vet window, so I expected one would be the cashier and see me and eventually come. After 5 minutes of waiting, I walked over and told them I needed help. One said they'd be there in a minute. Next, there was an announcement over the store public address speakers with an automated voice saying "customer needs assistance at the front of the store." I waited another 4 minutes or so, no one showed up, so I left without purchasing anything, and drove across the street to the Petsmart store. Folks were at the registers there.

This location has always had issues with a worker being up front to check people out. A worker by the name of Jeff was up front by the counter and it looked like he was talking with two friends. When I walked up as the only customer at the registers he looked at me waiting to get checked out then went back talking with his friends. He just stood there talking to them about something random (I can’t remember about what) but he never acknowledged me and just kept chit chatting with them while I just stood there and waited. Finally a nice fellow that was working on inventory in the middle isle saw me standing there, walked up, and apologized for the wait. He looked at Jeff in an angry and annoyed look and I could tell this happens a lot by that, but he checked me out and I was on my way. I’ve had issues with the same employee in the past and finally wanted to say something. He needs to be retrained or atleast be told that his actions are effecting the experience for customers.

This was the first time I had a dog groomed here, and I must say, I was very impressed! I got Katie at the grooming salon and she did a fantastic job! I brought in my shy, new rescue dog and Katie did a wonderful job of welcoming me and helping me calm down my anxious pup. She listened to all of my needs, wants, and concerns with patience and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be bringing my dog back to Katie again!!!

I brought my dog which has very high anxiety to this location. She is very jumpy but Katie was so patient with her. It made me so happy that I found someone that she feels comfortable enough with to let groom her. My baby looked so good afterwards. I 1000% recommend this place. Thank you Katie!

Do not let your dog get groomed by Katie at this location!! She has absolutely no clue what she is doing! Almost pulled my dogs leg off trying to cut his nails, while I was standing right there. The grooming manager at this location is wonderful, but they should not have this girl working in grooming. Use caution with your babies!

My husband and I adopted our sweet kitty elsa from here. The staff was amazing. Helped us to make sure we got everything we need and made sure we used all the coupons that came with adopting her. She is an awesome cat and we couldn't be more happy!

All the Groomers are absolutely incredible! My fur babies are a difficult to deal with and they all take so much time and care with the pups, and were so very kind and loving to the pups and me!

I went to one Petco and purchased three bags of Merrick dog food which was roughly $75 a bag. I then had to drive to another Petco to purchase a fourth bag of dog food. So as you can see, I spent over $320 imagine my disappointment when I received an email offer for $15 of $75 when I called the Petco number and asked for $15 credit I was told no.

It was fate ❤ I had to make the decision to allow our Thor to cross the rainbow. Ot was a very hard day for all of us. My husband thought about finding us another cat to help with our loss and sure enough. Little blaze was there ready to be adopted. He spoke with the store manager and he put our little blaze aside to honor our family (our thor was a ginger) IT WAS FATE! after we walked out of the store a lady asked if that was blaze in the carrier and she wished us the best and told us she would pray for us. What an experience! He was meant to come home with us. He is lots of fun and very inquisitive boy but oh so adorable and loves to cuddle ❤Here is a pic for attention. Thank you Petco staff for giving us blaze ❣

Went to buy some fish, the sales associate seemed annoyed that we were bothering her with questions and really annoyed when we bought fish. I get it all the fish in the store are hers and she didn't want to sell them or be bothered with icky customers because she was busy doing other things. The deep sighing was a bit obnoxious, girl shouldn't be working retail if she hates working with customers. Oh and all the fish died in the first 24 hours, so wasted my money and time, luckily there is a PetSmart across the street, maybe they will be a little less rude

Store is depressing and feels like it's dying a slow miserable death. There was like 2 people in there. Went across the street to the other major pet store and business was booming and they had way more inventory.
