I didn't intend to post a review here, but since no one at this location will respond to my calls or messages, and Dairy Queen corporate just replied that they were "sorry I was disappointed"... here we go. I stopped off and ordered three (3) Blizzards on the afternoon of 08/02/2022. My son's Blizzard had a hard object in it, that we later realized was a plastic piece of equipment that got served up in his Blizzard. Don't want to think about how unsanitary it is to have something like this drop into your ice cream. So... Dear Dairy Queen in Darien, GA: if you'd like your part back, you know where to reach me. Gross.And yes, I did submit a written tip to corporate (as indicated above).

Ok, this DQ was particular good, not the best I’ve seen in service but by far the best food. There chicken wings were delicious, they even gave us extra chicken. There bacon burger was delicious, but my sister go a burger that they got wrong. The bathrooms were dirty. They staff didn’t were mask except for the nice cashier. I think there fries were over the top best for DQ. There blizzards were delicious too. I would say go threw the drive threw not go inside.

Just left here and let ne say this: I normally go to Whataburger, however this Dairy Queen reminds me of how restaurants used to be when they first open. They care about giving quality food.4 piece chicken fingers w/GravyFries- crispy and hotChicken- fresh, crispy and hotGravy- seasoned, warm and creamyToast - usually a disregarded item...nope! Hot buttery and toast well with a crunch!Take notes other Diary Queens and Whataburger...TAKE NOTES!!

Stopped in for a quick dinner, have not had DQ in years. It was okay nothing to special but the staff was very friendly and the food was okay.

Dairy Queen Grill and Chill is sorta like Netflix and Chill, only far more ice cream centric instead of passive agressive hankie pankie. Unless your hanky panky is ice cream centric, then kudos to you. At my age, I'll just take the ice cream. Nothing more satisfying than the clerk tipping that bad boy upside to show that its a legit blizzard. Our blizzards were legit. Good job DQ!

They did a good job today for lunch even though everyone is short staffed. The guy doing the blizzards and ice cream was on point and the food tasted just fine. Also very clean.

Got a blizzard in the drive through and it had a clear lid on top with ice cream overflowing out of the cup. It was pure liquid and we were unable to open it without liquid ice cream pouring everywhere. Parked and went inside and someone opened it for us, ice cream pouring everywhere, and put a new lid on. Left with a miserable excuse for a blizzard that was more like pure milk. Ate less than half of it before having to toss it. Restrooms were also deplorable. Worst DQ we've ever visited.

This was the worst DQ experience I've ever had. We decided to stop on our way through from savannah. The grouchy woman who took my order decided I needed an item completely different than what I ordered. I wanted a royal fluffernutter blizzard and she just kept say "peanut butter pie!" They don't have a peanut butter pie? I ended up with a blizzard with peanut butter cups and crumbled butterfinger.We chose to sit in the dining room as driving while eating a blizzard isn't a skill I've mastered, all but a handful of tables (all booths) were closed for "cleaning", there was no cleaning going on.While we were in the restaurant the manager put up several signs saying drive thru only 11-7pm. I need to add it was not busy at all, we were actually the only people sitting to eat.If I was forced to stop back by this DQ or die, I would chose the latter.Dietary restrictions: Good luck, you get what they pick!Parking: Parking is frowned uponKid-friendliness: Not human friendly at all!

They were out of everything I wanted. From tenders, chicken bites to bananas.. was not a good experience and had to have 3 different work call box during my order. Every time I ordered that person had to leave to see if they had it and someone else would come back and get on speaker. Took 18 minutes to order and get food with no wait in line.

OUTSTANDING! Awesome friendly customer service, something that is really missing these days. Restaurant lobby was clean, another thing you don’t find often these days. Highly recommend if you’re traveling I-95 near Darien I suggest stop and have a great experience. Food was fresh and brought to our table quickly. The folks here are doing things they way they should be done.
