I wish I could find something good to say but I can't except the location to Sapelo Island was nice. I don't know who they pay to clean rooms but they were nasty. It looks like doors are never wiped down, stuff was splattered on them. Under the toilets looked as if they have never been cleaned and it looked like black mold. The rooms smelled so sour and musty. There were both ants and spiders in the bathroom plus a stray cat hanging out by our room. Also a trash can just outside our three rooms that was piled full and flies were everywhere. The towels and wash cloths were so dingy and stained it looked like bleach was never used. Also it looks nothing like the photos, it is now a gloomy dark grey color with a light grey trim. When we called the front desk to get more towels because there was 9 of us and we only got 6, we was told that they would have to see if they had any because the "permanent" guest don't turn them in! I had to go to the nearby dollar store and get Lysol, air freshener and bug spray! Never again will I stay here because when you are in this type of business you have to put money into cleanliness and "basic" necessities, this place does not! I have photos to prove what I say and I'm not in the habit if just making blad reviews.

All great things to say about this hotel. Evacuating from Hurricane Ian we needed a place to crash late at night. The lovely receptionist was so nice and welcoming the price was good and the rooms were clean and the bed was a super comfy king we didn’t want to leave! And they have very kind staff who look out for the resident TNR kitties. I found a new kitty friend too she’s mine now her name is Ian.

When getting here the place seemed very nice. After we got our room we noticed how many cats roamed the property, which personally I didn't mind they were all super friendly and sweet. When we get into the room it was freezing. Walking in you can see the dirty mirror, lack of fire alarm and the room smelled like mildew, going to the bathroom the toilet kept running and the bathroom door would get stuck (and it was filthy), I believe their is some bed bugs or something in the bed and carpet cause we have been non-stop itching since we got here(more less)Their toilet would flush and run every 20mins and the air conditioner was constantly making a coughing sound.The rooms a bit sketchy with the mirror facing the beds. I don't think it's a double sided mirror but I'm not sure. They have a weird thing to plug you're stuff into but it's impossible to use when twelve other things are plugged into it.The room has no locks btw. No bolt locks, or chain locks nothing. Just the basic one that's it.While I was sleeping in the room I stayed with my sister and mom and older siblings. I took the bed with my sister and I kept waking up to feeling watching and I swear I could hear something in the room.Anyways I wouldn't recommend stayin here.We were in room 125.

One of the cleanest and welcoming hotels I've stayed in. Large, bright, room with spotlesss carpeting, bedding and bathroom. Vanity and sink immaculate. Coffee pot, mini fridge and microwave in like new condition and the like-new wall mounted hairdryer worked! Comfortable "at home" feeling.

After 2 hours of searching we found a room. This place wasn't bad. They only had a smoking room but they definitely clean well. Beds were comfy and good pillows. Nice employee.

Terrible it was 90 dollars to stay in a dirty hotel. They lied about the price on priceline. No continental breakfast. Refrigerator and bathroom wash filthy and the man who gave us the room was very very rude and didn't care that the room I booked was almost 30 dollars less. Everything about this place is a lie don't go here. For the same price you can stay in better right next store

DONT STAY!DON'T BELIEVE THE PICTURES. Here some real pictures. The filthiest stay of my life, and I've travelled some poor countries. The odor of the room gave me nausea. I was disgusted to even use the bathroom. Better sleep in your car. There is no breakfast. Just cereal, box juice and one sliced bread.

This hotel booked us a room. We waited 1 hour in line in the parking lot to check in. At 130 am after we finally got into the lobby, they told us sorry, we don't have any rooms. All hotels within hours were booked completely by then so we had to sleep in the car in a gas station parking lot. This is definitely not a hotel I would book. RUN!

Made a mistake by asking boyfriend to book a place to stay while doing a long ride on 95 and just needed a clean place to stay for shower and sleep... It's rough...It smells like everything nasty and heavy Marijuana. I would hands down pay more for a cleaner environment. The parking lot was packed and hard to check in with several trailers and boats cluttered all over. Red roof next door and 3 other near by hotels - Hampton in, Quality in across the st.)

Never again somehow the lady up front charged my card twice even though the first time the transaction didnt go through. I was told I would get a refund and it never posted! Beware of this scam! Ended up paying 130$ for this dumpy mediocre hotel! Bed skirt and charge had mildew spots and room had weird smell! Not to mention the house keeping lady barged right in the room on us while we were still in the bed way before check out ! Do ypur seld a favor and skip this hotel of horror!

Guy at desk was nice , it was a cheap place to stay we were there 2 nights, beds are old but acceptable, room was fairly clean. It was ok for the money , not alot of people there and it was quiet, one channel on the TV but I ran my laptop thru it so I never complained, I would stay again 60 bux a night.

My husband, 2 kids and I stayed this past Friday night and it was absolutely terrible. Over heard the housekeeping lady telling another lady they were out of clean sheets that she guessed they would just put dirty ones back on the bed. We found pot on the floor and a pot roach in the recliner. I don't think the floors had ever been cleaned, the blankets and sheets had spots all over them. There was people hanging out in parking lot all night...my husband stayed awake most of the night worried someone was going to bust our door down. Our kids cried begging to not stay there because they were so scared. They have a double wide trailer sitting basically in the parking lot. The room smelt absolutely terrible and my son almost had a asthma attack because of the mold and mildew. There was no tv channels. The worst experience in my life I wished we would have slept in the car somewhere safe than this hotel. Beware its not what it looks like online and the worst 117.00 I've ever spent in my life. I honestly don't know how they are running a business so poorly.

Dirty. Nasty stains on bedspreads. Breakfast was a Joke. You share a gallon of milk with everyone. No water pressure in the shower. WORST place ever stayed.

WORST hotel I have ever been in. Smells horrible, ants all over the bathroom, paint peeling, rusty grab bars, door with paint off of it and about 1" gap under it. I honestly was afraid to sleep there for fear I'd wake up with some sort of bites. DO NOT STAY HERE ‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼👎👎
