I’ve was with Stacy since she was in the strip mall in dville. Since she got big she’s forgot about customer service. She would tell me one price and charge another.. She got to where she/they weren’t doing as good a job. When I said something about it I was treated very rudely. My mom who I recommended to Stacy went for some time and the last time they cut buddy but didn’t even bathe him. Just put a bandanna.on him and went to the register. I Amy truly hurt. I used to think a lot of them. That’s my experience.

Looking for a new groomer after moving to Madison Co and found A Dog Knows to be friendly, efficient, and forgiving of my nervous puppy who peed on the floor. Dropped off my dog at 10 and had her back by 3. They did a wonderful job, especially with a dog who has tricky nails (long quicks). Online scheduling is a welcome feature and makes everything so much easier and convenient. Prices are very fair and reasonable. Will definitely return.

My dog got out of his excersize pen and went missing for 3 days. Finally came home this morning and reeked, suspected he also got in a skunk. And these amazing ladies got most of the smell GONE! They said he was pretty nervous, but had no big problems. I will definitely use them again should the need arise. (PS. Ask for address when you call, they recently moved)

Today was my Zoey’s first visit and I’m very pleased. Zoey is very nervous going to the groomers, when I picked her up she was happy. She usually is exhausted from being stressed the whole time, but today she has been playing and happy not what we normally see afterwards. Thank you !! Definitely will be going back regularly.
