only left one star because I can’t leave zero, tried to go in and pay and use Walmart pay, and it didn’t work, then I tried to use cash app, did not work and then I tried to use PayPal. It did not work. how selfish of a multibillion dollar company to require you to have a subscription to their company if you want to pay Apple Pay.

We just moved to the area and we were excited to get some flowers in our pots. We went to Walmart on 5/21/22 and we were horrified over the condition of the plants for sale. Most were dead or near death. They were as dry as can be! I asked the gentleman working about the condition, he said they water when they have time. For the next 20+ mins he walked around doing nothing at all, seeming to try and look busy. I mentioned to a few other customers and they said the flowers always look like this. Also someone commented they never water the plants here. What a complete waste of money, materials and product! Flats of dead flowers with full price tags on them. They were not even pulled to make the area look a little better. Very disappointing! You never get a second chance to make a 1st impression.

I use the grocery pick up service at this Walmart and the parking is horrible. According to the employees who brought my orders out, the manager did not like that customers were parking in the designated pick up parking spaces and going inside, so the spaces were blocked off. I had to circle the dangerous parking lot several times to be able to park and pick up my groceries. It was time consuming and dangerous. This has happened several times in the past two months. Blocking the parking spaces is totally illogical. I tried to speak to the manager, but was told the manager was busy.

The prices are really high. People on social security and on a budget are having a hard time buy groceries with those prices. Can't hardly get anything for your money. About 4 to 5 items are around $100.00 now.

Needed RV antifreeze for our trip north to Wisconsin, but this store had only 2 gallons. Sure would be nice if southern stores would keep it in stock for those of us who need to travel to freezing temperatures. Other than that, this store was pretty standard, including "okay" restrooms.

Bein shopping and coming in this store for years. Normally carrying my wife's 3lb dog. Today we got stopped by a door greeter that said it wasn't allowed we had the manager was called and we was asked to take the dog out. But yet we've seen others with large dogs all the time. It was said service dogs only that rarely do i see dogs that are "service dogs" in the store the greeters name was Sonya so be warned of you try to take a pet in she's gonna stop you

Changed oil in my car and left the filter loose! All oil drained out! Lefty loosy righty tighty guys!!! They told me that was normal though !! Car had no leaks at all before! Thanks for messing up the engine! Much appreciated Taylor!

This Walmart is groceries and pharmacy only. The deli is excellent. The pharmacy has excellent pharmacists and technicians and a super convenient drive thru window.

If you are needing to go to Walmart in the dalton area for more than just groceries this is the go-to preferred Walmart. Better selection of things actually in stock on the shelves.

Give those guys at the deli a raise!!!! BRAVO 👏🏽 thee best lemon pepper rotisserie chicken 🤩 so juicy, well cooked, and tender. Their fresh ranch wings and chicken tenders are also on point (my 9yr old approves 👍🏽). Excellent, friendly guys, always with a smile and kind 👌🏽….The other Wal-Marts need to get it together placing raw/half cooked chicken in those bags….shameful 😤

I went looking for a pool for my dog and left without a pool but with 37$ worth of bulbs for my garden. I'm not sure how these will come out but the gladiolas were 35 for $10 and fhe dahalias were 3 for 5$. I havent ever bought plants for my garden from Walmart before so I am hoping these come out nicely and at least sprout and bloom this year.Update- 6/26/21Omg...the bulbs are growing way better than I expected. I planted them all together and may need to do some thinning. Attached a picture for proof.

This place never fails to let down. They don't seem to care about ADA . I arrived at the store around 11:00 AM 10-15-23. I went to look for a scooter due to knee surgery I can't walk or stand for too long. I approached a young man and asked him if he knew where any scooters were. I told him there were none in the regular place. He walked over where I indicated walked back and said you're right. Then he proceeded to walk away. I went to one of the other associates and asked her to speak to a manager she went and got him. Low and behold the same guy walked up and said can I help you. I was like wow you already forgot who I am.I looked at him and politely asked is there anyone who can check the parking lot for a s other he said I will. He walks out the door turns his head left then right walks back in and said I don't see any. I said that's it? He then says "Man" I don't know what to tell you and walks away.

Stopped by for a quick trip and decided to pick up an item that wasn’t available back home about 2.5 hours away. It wasn’t on the shelves but I noticed it was in the overstock area, however we needed an associate to help us reach it. My significant other went to try to get a sports associate to call a housewares associate over and they did but we waited over 10 minutes with no help. I was about to grab a ladder myself when some pickup people walked by. They didn’t offer to help until my bf went and asked them himself. We finally got the item after 25+ minutes and several associates walking by.

Big thank you to the people who do the pick up orders. Yesterday when I went in one of you literally RAN INTO ME then told me to move next time. Now today we do an online pick up and this is one of the items we receive, crushed to the point that part of the box is missing. The last pick up I did I purchased hardening chocolate syrup and it had been put in a freezer before I came to pick it up and it had ice crystals on it. I understand accidents happen but it’s constantly something with these employees.

Travel the country with my Husband for work and this is by far the filthiest, most unorganized Walmart I've ever been to in my entire life! Empty boxes all over the shelves, clothing all over the floor...absolutely pathetic! Not only should management be fired but every employee in the store. Do better!!

It's a Walmart has what you need when your traveling out of town it's close to the interstate within a 1/2 mile clean and I felt safe there unlike a lot of other places in Georgia
