The sweet lady Jenny at the cash registers was so helpful and kind. As soon as she saw us heading to the cash registers she asked if we were ready to check out and offered to measure our piece of baseboard to make sure it was rung up right. Thank you Jenny! Such a nice experience.

Very clean,most employees were polite,had about $600 of stuff, plain clothes security kept following me trading off people. I understand but sad and kinda insulting at the same time. I pulled out a handful of cash and just looked at the young kid and said I'm paying for anything I want,do you mind... he got the idea. The trip was overall nice but a little over priced ..

My online order from Home Depot had some issues, I was missing 3 m12 battery kits. (Valerie, Valarie, (name may be spelled wrong) at the customer service desk, did an amazing job with contacting the main Home Depot customer service to help me with my issue. Very Attentive, Positive, and Quick to help!

My husband and I finally have some extra funds to do some home improvements, after living in our current home for 6 years. Blinds are such an inconsequential thing to some but I couldn't stand our broken vinyl blinds anymore. Our local Cleveland, TN location did not have the quantity and size we needed so I drove to Dalton. Blake (manager) and his team were helpful and accommodating through the entire journey!!! I appreciate anyone whos willing to go above and beyond especially during a time where retail workers have been through so much post pandemic. Thank you!!! We will definitely consider shopping at Home Depot for our future home improvement needs.

#PublicBeware!I made an online purchase relying on being able to rent Home Depot’s pickup truck to deliver my supplies. What used to be a service to customers, in general, has become a service to one person who seems to be making a living off of renting the pickup truck for months on end.Be aware that you, too, can go and start your business using Home Depot’s rentals for months on end. People can commit crimes, use the vehicle until it needs maintenance and make a great living.Be careful with people posing as Home Depot employees wanting to move out your neighbors or preying on children using Home Depot as their cover. After all, most people will not suspect much wrong with familiar vehicles many homeowners may need once in a while.I was investigating missing people in Georgia from this website https://georgia.missing.report/ and what they all had in common with each other; other than a pattern for when people went missing- it seems as if the person(s) committing the crimes worked an off schedule, is that the people who went missing went missing close to one or multiple Home Depot stores- by about a 2-mile radius. Being that Home Depot opens at about 7 AM or earlier, who would suspect something is out of place?While Home Depot’s vehicle being used is speculative, it does not change the fact that Home Depot, allowing their rental trucks to be leased weeks and months at a time, is making criminal offending that can go virtually undetected possible.What is more disturbing is that CorporateOffice personnel does not seem concerned.

Never has anything needed in stocks for tile products. Customer service is non-existent on the aisles. They advertise items as available in store, .ake the trip there and they are not available. Extremely frustrating

Been going to this Home Depot for years, always buy a ton of great supplies and always recived excellent service... however, i came across an awful representative in my last visit that gave nothing but attitude, awful expressions and was just downright rude to me. I tried to be nice and understanding, maybe she had a bad day, but no this "Dawn" lady was just awful the entire time. I would have let it slide, but i realized this was not just a cashier this was a lead or manager and honestly if this is who is being employed to lead the Home Depot team in Dalton, i'm taking my business elsewhere.Awful experience.

Had an amazing experience at this location with the help of a handful of staff members, particularly Curt and Nico. They helped organize and retrieve multiple items from the top shelf on different aisles in a safe and timely manner. They were patient, helpful, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the process. I appreciate the kindness and help and will be coming back again!

I have been to Home Depot a few times to purchase French doors but I couldn't get any help from anyone. I asked & the person pointed to the area where they were. I know where they are because of all the trips there, I finally gave up and went to a Window & Door place and made my purchase.I understand you may be understaffed but when someone needs help with doors, windows and even in the cabinet area it would be nice to go to one store and get some customer service I also want some new cabinets but no help there either.I would think more people in those areas would be profitable and the businesss wouldn't be leaving Home Depot.

Worst possible service. I went there to buy a riding lawnmower and was handed off to "Kenny". He was rude, dishonest and incompetent. I wish I had read the reviews before shopping there as I was not aware of their decline. My impression was that they don't care for 50 something year olds like myself. That's okay though, we'll just move our business elsewhere. Let's make Home Depot the new Bud Light. They don't want older peoples business lets see if their competitors do.

I went to the Dalton store to replace our washer. I spent at least 15 minutes looking at the the models I was interested in and never saw a salesperson. I left, went to Lowe's where they had 2 salespersons helping customers with purchases. I was quickly acknowledged and made my purchase when she was available

The worst service ever, I would never recommend this store to anyone. We waited a week to get our stove delivered. then they came Saturday,when my husband walked out to the driveway to he delivery person just waved and left!! We are now waiting another week for our stove. So it has been two weeks without any way to cook!!

Love Home Depot but lately it's so frustrating. First of all our fridge goes out and of course they didn't have any in store except one that was very expensive or a small cheap one told us we would have to order it and should take a week well we didn't have a week so we went to Lowe's and bought one. Then we go back to get some sheetrock & other supplies go up to checkout@ the contractor end and the woman Brittany said hello how are y'all and then turns around and starts talking to two others. Talking about rude & unprofessional she never offers to help us so the other cashier checks us out but she was upset as well and said Brittany really with no response from Brittany to her. However Johnathon in flooring was very helpful he helped us in other areas as well,thank you.

Do not buy appliances from Home Depot. I've spent hours waiting for their 3rd party deliver company to deliver and they never showed up... on three different occasions. Home depot says it's not their responsibility... I didn't hire this delivery company. I went to Home depot and paid them for my appliances...it IS their responsibility.

Needed help at self checkout and Cashier named Dani would not even look at me because she was too busy putting on mascara and laughing/flirting with another associate. Why work in retail if you are going to ignore customers? I forgot her name, but another cashier noticed I needed help and walked right up to assist me.I think Home Depot needs to start cleaning house.

Updated: April 1 - 2022It feels like Home Depot has increased the number of employees out on the floor. There was someone in view for nearly my entire visit, which involved meandering through nearly the entire store. Every one I spoke to had enough familiarity with the store layout to give guidance quickly. Great experience.Original review:Staff are easy to find and are helpful. There's some room for improvement in layout and merchandising. For the large products that require assembly, I'd like to see either the boxes stored nearby or package measurements to determine if I can transport myself or if I need to arrange delivery. A minor inconvenience and not even worth a star on my review but certainly worth mentioning as an improvement requiring very little effort. Staff seem to be handling the pandemic well despite unruly customers.
