My son was on the road traveling driving a truck headed to another state he started feeling ill had to pull in. Thankfully he couldn’t have pulled into a nicer better place than the pilot service station for cars and trucks off of exit 326 on I 75 in Georgia headed northbound, the manager Jessie came to his aid called 911 was so gracious and kind and let her Manager know that we were leaving the truck there until it could be picked up possibly the next day everyone went above and beyond kindness jessie stayed with my son until the ambulance came and let her manager know the circumstances with his approval We were able to pick up our truck the next day speaking with Dean. The manager who also was kind and personable caring and showed such compassion beyond expectations. I can only say good things about this pilot service station. They have a sign outside that says welcome, they really mean it and also clean and the food is great. Highly recommend you stop at this exit and experience the same kindness that we were privileged to receive.

I guess they were not prepared for the rush post construction completion. The showers are out of soap and the staff said you are supposed to bring your own soap. Seriously? It’s new one I heard. Guess the new shower custodian is making his own rules.

Stopped for 10 hour, went in to order a pizza and the 1st worker (Alexa) was dismissive and rude. Another worker (no name tag but 2" nails) was stocking paper products near food and took several minutes to realize she was left alone with a line. I ordered my good and waited 8 minutes for it to be ready. Ladies' restroom flooded with water on the floor and trash running over. Edwina brought out the fresh pizza and was very pleasant. Alexa kept stocking dry products instead of helping customers leave the woman with long nails to take care of food and all customers. Left location and went to Flying J in Resaca!

Are you looking for some quality gasoline? What about plenty of snacks to choose from? How about eating at Subway, McDonald's or some Pilot food? Showing is a must after a long night of driving and this convenience store has such an luxury. I recommend coming here for your one stop shop, that's for sure.

Very disgusting. Very disappointed. These showers are not clean and covered in black mold. I went to ask for an extra towel and saw this travesty of a mess... the computer cabinet with the broken door and the open back and the computer hardware covered in dust this is truly a disgusting place the management here should be fired.

Pilot is the perfect place for all your travel needs. Feul, snacks, sodas and cigarettes. A McDonald's with a value menu, Subway sandwich shop ams well. There is a Truck and camper parking lot which looked pretty full. The men's room was very clean and had no odor. The toilets and urinals were separated with actual walls and not metal partitions a major plus. I found everything from batteries to cell phone accessories. Overall I wished Pilot was in every state. I'd recommend this place to anyone inquiring about travel centers.

This place is a joke! Do NOT reserve a spot here. Just roll the dice and see if you get a spot when you get here. Cause if you reserve a spot and someone is parked in your spot when you get here, they just tell you they can give you a refund. It's against store policy for them to come out and make the dumass move out of the spot that someone else paid for. So y'all stop reserving spots at this store. Just treat reserved spots as free spots. That's what they are here!

Customer BEWARE!!! This store is dirty & nasty. I was getting coffee a roach was crawling on the counter top.6/24/19 after 7 months post my last post. This location haven't changed. Its still nasty and dirty. The cashier was rude. I ask the cashier why are the same snack cakes has 2 different prices. Her answer was she don't know and that's not her job.

Very bad experience, where the manager on duty knocks on your door in the middle of the night asking you to move your truck because I was on the reserved parking space (my bad I understand) I told him there is no need to knock as hard as he was doing it, I asked him not to do that again. And all of the sudden I have the ( manager phillip ) taking the shirt off and wanting to get physical so I had to call the cops on him.

Employees were nice but they are understaffed and under construction. So there was an extremely long wait due to only 4 available showers. McDonald's was an absolute mess but again Employees were nice but sadly understaffed Bathrooms were a hot mess.

I reserved my spot 8 hours before arrival.Needless to say don’t waste your time/money because the “check collectors” AKA employees will not even go outside to make anyone move from YOUR reserved spot,even after being threatened by a driver.So my suggestion is give some other place your business.I will NEVER be back to this POS location.

Pretty decent stop. Shut down here. They have subway and McDonald's. McDonald's was trashed but my order was right.... Then again how hard is it to mess up a McMuffin? Lol. Lots of spots but it fills up quickly. Pilot itself was pretty clean, that is compared to most. Overall a nice and quiet place to sleep and get some food.

No showers. They're understaffed. I got stuck here on a 34 hour reset and can't even shower after already not getting to for days. Also, they don't move trucks in reserved parking for the people who paid. Just go somewhere else.

One of the grossest pilots I have ever been at. I understand they are undergoing renovation, however - the parking lot smells like urine constantly, the store smells like sewage, there are a couple thousand flies around which follow you into your truck. Updating the location is fine and appreciated, but there is no effort by the employees to keep the place clean during reno. Will be avoiding in the future.

Warning so truckers don't get stuck here over night. As of mid June 2023 subway is closed and men bathroom is outside in an enclosed trailer due to remodel. You do not want to have to spend night here this summer.

It is still under renovation, but outside bathrooms are always filthy and covered in flies. Only three showers available inside and they apparently get double booked occasionally because of the renovation so I am told. Pilot Flying J's are getting progressively worse and I have been making an effort to avoid them all together and go to TA Petro or loves that are usually much cleaner, friendlier places to take your break rather than deal with the rude and plays they usually have a Pilot Flying J these days. I will be having a word with the corporate office for the treatment today

An employee named Jessica was very rude and making things difficult to buy two orders of hot wings, she stated that the foam plates are only for meals and not for hot wings!, So I offered to pay extra for the foam plates and she said I can only sell you one foam plate and place your two orders together in one plate 🤣😂 so I ended up buying nothing!, Business wise when a customer wants to buy, sell sell sell!!! Her way of dealing with customers is just plain dumb 🤣😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

The pilots are basically the same, except some have no parking for RVs. If you don't make a scene or mess the area up where you are, you can stay for a few days. Please be respectful to others that are here. There are people struggling so it's about the only place where you can stay for a few days

Visited today pressing thru from Decatur and my experience was awesome Kristina was amazing very kind, knowledgeable and pleasant. I loved her burgundy pony tails very festival and warm spirit. Honestly best McDonald's I've been to in years please promote her. Simply amazing and the good was hot and good.
