The young lady that groomed my dog did an excellent job. She asked me what I wanted done and she delivered, my dog looked and smelled great. This is my fourth time using Petco grooming and I have always been happy with the service I received.

Last time I had a pretty groomed there, they got an overgrown nail( I told them about) caught in the bath drain. They had to cut it from underneath, cutting it too short causing bleeding. Will never take an animal there again.

I had a bad experience with Petco on shugart this morning my fur baby was not due for her rabies shot until March 3rd of 22, we called Whitfield animal hospital they told her plane she was not due for her shot yet beforehand the girls and the grooming department were very rude and acted like they didn't even care I was not going to leave my baby there for them with their attitude and disrespect for their customers to groom my little girl. Had all her stuff in the computer wrong there would be no way I would take my fur baby to get her groomed without all her shots for fear of her getting something. I am very disappointed in Petco and I'll never take her back there again they need to hire people that have patience and are compassionate. The manager had to go back there and straighten them girls out I think her for that but I still would not leave my fur baby there.

Kirsten is a very talented groomer. You can tell she has been doing this for years and she always does a great job. 2 other groomers have groomed Sugar but by far this lady is the BEST!

Because Kirsten and the entire grooming staff are very helpful. Jiggs and I had a very bad experience when he was groomed at another place. Kirsten listened to me and was very gentle with Jiggs the first time we went to Petco. Now he just runs into the store.

I am somewhat pleased with the service provided but when I dropped my dog off at 8 am there was 3 other people dropping off also. The outer door wasn't opening automatically so I had to grab it with both hands to open it with my dog in my arms.And there was 3 other people that arrived at 8am also so I had to wait about 10 minutes to check him in. And then when I went to pick him up we were all arriving at the same time again. I think that we should have been called as are dogs were done and not after the last one was finished as it seemed. There was waiting both coming and going because of this. I also don't really notice a clean smell to my dog when I pick him up like other groomers. It says that you spray them with a cologne but I don't smell it. He didn't have a bandana or anything either like last time. It just doesn't seem like the dogs are pampered there.

No true professional groomers want to work for a corperate company , that is why they don't have any groomers . They chew people up and spit them out . None of the groomers are actually certified or trained . They promise training and never actually do it , they do not have the " Mentors ". I wonder why ? They kill moral by relocating loyal employees or firing them so they can pay less and get rid of people who are of no use to them anymore . They care more about forcing people to wear a mask than they do thier employees .

Love this place! Took my corgi here for the 2nd time to get groomed and the lady that groomed him did a wonderful job! Make sure to give the groomers a good tip ☺️!
