I have been buying my live MEALWORMS from Petco for the past few months, and I understand that when dealing with live food things may happen but the last 2 times I have been in have been the worst. The last time I bought a container of 500 MEALWORMS (live) got home and there was over 60 worms dead. I thought ok I will give them 1 more shot so yesterday I go and buy 2 containers of 100 MEALWORMS each. Get home getting ready to put them into my container and I got to looking and thought that doesn't look like there is 100 worms in there . Well let's just say between the 2 containers I only received 158 worms or which 24 were dead when I got home. That's TWICE Petco.. No More !!!😡😡😡Petco, I seen your response, what do you suggest? How do we go about me bringing my business back to your store? Cause I'm already out money that I won't get back cause my animals don't eat dead worms ,and they can't be fed the worms that weren't in the containers so thats money out of my pocket plus my time coming all the way to your store location which is about 30 minutes from my home.So you tell me Petco??

Very happy with the grooming results. I had a difficult request to fix as best as possible a mistake a completely different groomer made but Selena W was able to fix my puppy's imperfections. I think we found our permanent groomer!

I don’t usually do these but very poor service I asked the man help with the fish he said yes I’ll be right there so I wait 20 minutes to get back bc my lil girl wanted a fish so bad. So after 20 min of waiting we left man was outside smoking with another co worker while he’s got a line of 3-4 people and didn’t want to assist me. Won’t be back.

We adopted our baby boy Stefan from there he is the sweetest kitty and the most loving!! We seen that the employees take amazing care of the animals in the store and help as much as possible!! Thank you ladies for helping me with him!

I really don't know where to begin with this.petco use to be a great store when it came down to getting stuff for your animals!.the fish tanks here are in very bad shape I've never been into a pet store and the tanks be in this kind of shape.it really makes me mad their is no reason for the tanks to covered over in alge so bad you can not see in the tank.their is tanks with several dead fish in them.their is one tank that has had dead fish in them so long that they have started to break down.this is a pet store which is in turn supposed to uphold high standard for keeping these said pets.i wish some one higher up would see this and make some changes at this location.it is like no one cares about the aquatic section at all.i can tell what is low on the priority list.i look at it this way if the store can't keep the tanks up properly than they should close down that section of the store.because the shape it is in now in not caring for the fish like they would be cared for.i can tell the people who works at this location don't really care much about anything.at all,it's just sad to see.petco y'all have lost my business for good and anyone I know I will make sure to tell them to avoid this place like the plague.because it is poorly managed.and is ran like a circus.

UPDATED 2 weeks later its way worse! BOTTOM 5 PHOTOS ARE NEW! Seriously a Bad day for the fish at this store! 40 to 50 or maybe more in 1 tank and several orhers had loads OF DEAD FISH as well.. This is absolutely unacceptable! At least take the dead ones out.. We went to buy fish NO WAY would i ever risk buying fish here! GET OT TOGETHER GUYS SEE ATTACHED PICTURE'S! SICKENING! Update 2 weeks later it is worse!!

The staff there are always so friendly when we come in. My girls like to just walk around smelling everything and looking at the fish. They have so many treats in the treat aisle that my girls never know what to do with themselves and end up just walking down the aisle drooling instead of picking something out. We are slowly giving each type a try. Our lab mix enjoys the bones so much when we come home she runs across the road with her bone to show it off to the boys next door.The store seems much bigger on the inside than it looks from the street and if I am there when they have two of the dog back packs I will certainly be getting one for each of my girls for when we go to the mountain.

I ordered from this store because they had every item I needed. Everywhere else was out of stock of nearly everything. I've been getting my tank set back up for saltwater and didn't want to drive all over to different places getting what I needed. I ordered online and picked up in store. Only 1 thing wasn't available, which I was credited back for. It was ready in a quick manner and placed to the side for me in 2 buggies. I wasn't able to make it before closing (it was Sunday), but I came the next day to get it. I live in AL. We don't have many stores where I live. Thanks so much! Tank looks great. Just need some fish now!

Nice well stocked store. The people are very friendly and helpful. I went for cat vitamins, found and purchased them. My cats would not smell of these so-called vitamins let alone eat them. This was a total waste of money and time. What happened testing to ensure the animal would eat the product.

Love the Staff there❤ I feel like family that's how nice they are. And with all my babies I go there alot so does my son for supplies and food for his snake. .There just the best🌹

I’ve shopped at Petco for years. I’ve been brand loyal and many times will pass up a more conveniently located store for Petco. That all ended yesterday when I made a quick stop for cat food. As I’m checking out the cashier asks if I’d like a bag, since I’m buying multiple cans of wet food, I of course say yes. I’m then informed it’s a 10cent charge for each bag ………. I’m purchasing $70 worth of cat food and I have to PAY additional to have my items bagged !? Don’t think so. It’s a cost of doing business, Petco- you’re not Aldi giving rock bottom prices. I would rather juggle those cans of cat food in my arms across the Sahara than pay you one red cent for a bag. It’s the principle of what you’re doing, not the price. I understand that I’m not single handedly keeping your company in business, but my money is still good and I’ll NEVER spend it in any of your locations again.

I visit this location quite often. For the most part, the store is clean and the staff are friendly and have what I need most of the time. I would never buy live fish from here, especially for my saltwater tanks, because the tanks are always really dirty and contain lots of algae and cyanobacteria.I've used the online order, in-store pickup a few times. Very convenient, except for when you order something that shows as in stock but when you go to pick up you find out it is not in stock. Instead of refunding with your payment method, they issue a gift card.

Order was ready but Noone would assist me or even acknowledge me even though she seen me and looked at me. It took over 3 minutes of standing to even get acknowledgement and then the lady was acting polite but with a very hard sarcastic attitude that made me feel unpleasant.
