I accidently hit 1 star instead of 5. I did make a post just after this. About the great service I received at your store. I came in to buy a outside trash can. The employee who helped me was fantastic! 5 star service! He took his time to find just the right lid that fit. The young man even offered to take it out to my car for me. Thank you for having such great employees.

Moved into a new place and had the locks rekeyed quickly. Had everything the right plugs for the dryer. Stuff to hang the tvs. I enjoy going there. Always so helpful!

As with any Ace Hardware, you get great service and friendly staff. The coolest thing about this Ace is they are putting in a sporting goods department. They are going to have camping equipment, ammo, and Firearms! It reminds me of the old days when the local Hardware store had everything.

They are professional but treat you as a neighbor from the very first time you walk through their door.I've been going to this store for a couple years now. Still love the atmosphere when I go there. Everyone is always do friendly, helpful, and down to earth. They truly do have a great team working at the Elder's Ace location in Varnell, GA. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I'm always in the store. Amazing customer service. Donna is always willing to help. Today I needed some stuff to work on my car. Some silicone and epoxy. Not high doller stuff and no way near the $50 spent for free delivery. But Danna brought it right to me.. this is way I love small family run stores the best customer service..

I called to see if they had a toolbox in stock that I wanted to get my husband for our anniversary. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant. He asked questions to make sure we were talking about the same item and he even checked the floor to make sure it was there. He offered to put my name on it before I even paid just so it would be there when I arrived. I ended up paying with my card over the phone to the cashier, she was very pleasant as well. I was going to need to make arrangements to have it picked up but was offered a no charge delivery to my home because my order was over $50. I am very impressed with the service I received and I didn't even have to leave work to make the purchase I wanted. VERY NICE GUYS!

Older gentleman at paint section was extremely rude/irritated when I asked location of chainsaw chains. I asked him if they offered a "veteran discount" and he proceeded to tell me "sometimes". This is one veteran who will take his business elsewhere next time instead of putting up with this kind of stuff. Would not recommend.

Over the last week my wife has purchased many gallons of paint and misc. Paint supplies. She told me how helpful and kind they are. So today I went with her and she was right . Outstanding! We just left the store and the experience from start to finish was nothing but superb. We came to buy Benjamin Moore paint from Ooltewah because all stores around there were closed on Sunday, but we are glad that was the case as we have found the store we would be coming in to shop for paints and more for years to come. Donna was the best, she helped us out in paint selection and was also very friendly to our 4 year old. The young gentleman who was helping Donna was also very eager to help. Then there was another gentleman who helped us with the 5gal paint bucket in the car. Overall, superb! Highly recommend!

I have had an unbelievable amount of issues out of the Stihl repair dept. I bought a chainsaw and it took 4 visits to finally figure out they couldn’t fix it. After replacing the carburetor 3 times, Jevon agreed to upgrade my saw at my expense. Now my leaf blower is getting the same treatment. They changed the carb out 2 weeks ago and it didn’t fix it. Now it’s been 4 days and no one seems to know when my Stihl blower will be fixed. Both my saw and blower are under warranty and have been nothing but junk. The repair shop takes forever to attempt at fixing your equipment. Update: My leave blower still doesn’t work right and never has. Let me guess, it needs a new carb. I’ll never buy another thing from this store.

Every time I walk into the store the staff is very friendly helpful and for the most part usually always greets you kindly. Someone usually gets around to assist you with anything you're looking for for any of your needs. The prices are decent so I really can't complain there. So when you look for something and you don't feel like going to Lowe's or Home Depot you can always go to Ace as commercial say is the helpful place.

This is not your typical ACE Hardware. When you walk in it is rare for someone to offer help and their stock is minimal. They seem too busy playing with the dogs to help customers. I recently moved here from somewhere where my local ACE store was top notch! Thank goodness I found the ACE Hardware in Chatsworth because they are also what you expect in an Ace Hardware store. All I can say if Mr. Jensen is elected as Commissioner in Whitfield County and he runs the county like he runs his store then we as citizens need to be concerned. Really wanted to like this store because it is convenient and I like to support local businesses.

This is a great ACE. The owner even paid the last dollar I was short to fill my propane tank in the middle of winter. The people are very laid back. Pleasant to deal with and very helpful.

The price of stihl fuel is $38 dollars for a gallon. Never will make that mistake again. Other than that, the place is great. The staff are great.

I have always tried to support small businesses but I just made my last trip to this one. Trying to make a repair but they close at 7. Most of the time they dont have what you need anyway. Get to go to Lowes now.
