I recently visited Bill’s Grocery in Dalton, GA, and it proved to be a convenient and pleasant shopping experience. Located in a convenient area, the grocery store offers a variety of products to meet everyday needs.Upon entering, I was greeted by a tidy and well-organized store layout. The aisles were clearly labeled, making it easy to navigate and find the items I needed. The store’s neatness and orderliness made the shopping process efficient and enjoyable.

I've been coming to your store almost daily for years, and my biggest issue is you open the store whenever you feel like it as opposed to your listed hours. Then the younger lady is constantly on the phone or ignoring the customer forcing them to wait until she's done with whatever is more important than the customer.

The older gentlemen will not greet you when you enter. When you are ready to make a purchase you will stand at an empty counter while he continues to watch his program. If you ask him for help with items behind the counter, he may tell you that they do not have the item. Even if you can clearly see the item. There were many other issues about bagging or yelling while on the phone that I will not recall in this review. I feel like he doesn't even care whether you shop with them or not. However, the young lady is very professional and polite. She always helped me if I needed it and even if she was on a call, she would address me directly.. The man could learn alot from her although I am fairly certain he won't. This store is conveniently located close to me, but I now drive 8 extra miles to go to a competitor. This company does not care about it's customers.

I absolutely love this place. If they're not open I'll go to another spot but ONLY if they're not open. I love this place. I never leave angry or aggravated at the people here. I never have bad interactions with them here. The younger woman (I'm only speculating but I think she is the daughter) who is the one behind the counter 90% of the time really takes time to talk to you every day.. but no matter who is working you know they will remember you. We smoke too many packs of cigarettes everyday as well as 5 hr energy drinks and I'm a dr pepper addict..so we spend so much money at gas stations... but ill take time to get gas at one spot then go to bills to get everything else. If they know you they will give you discounts. If im a few cents short they always help me out but I always bring it back.. I really think anyone would enjoy this place . Also.. circle k will STAY out of my brand of short menthol cigs for over a week or more and I hate 100s and any other brand really but bills will be out maybe 2 days tops... hopefully this explains how awesome this place is if you care about a great attitude and a welcoming atmosphere

A very nice staff. A little more than expected from a small store. They provide fresh food, and the staff will assist each customer with their needs. A Joy to see vicariously through my grandchildren.

Very convenient for truck drivers parked at the pilot across the street. I was able to get some sausage, eggs & some canned goods. The cashier that works there was very sweet & also gave me a little discount!

Good to have this store close by the truck stop with another kind of stuff for pro drivers since the big corps always having the same foods and drinks everywhere we pass by. Very good staff and selections from drinks,groceries to boutique and sandwiches.(got boilet peanuts?).
