I cannot tell you how bad Bella flooring sucks... The flooring was installed by a Macon, Ga. company and 4 returns later we are still doing repairs. The company is unresponsive although they did send someone to our house from Alabama who know nothing about flooring.

The worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced. As an owner of a flooring business for many years, I’ve worked with many vendors and no one has treated me as poorly as a customer than Bella. On three separate occasions they sent us flooring that was completely damaged, some boxes even completely broken in half. The first time it happened, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to a one-off mistake. I had to fill out a claim to receive more flooring, fine. Bella took their sweet time while my customer, my installer and myself waited for 3 weeks. They finally shipped us the new flooring. When it showed up, it was in worse shape than the original damaged order and was literally scattered all over the back of their truck. So we started the process ALL OVER… it happened again. They finally managed to deliver undamaged flooring on their 4th attempt (two and a half months after we started the job). My customer missed out on thousands of dollars from lost rent while she waited for her job to be completed. My installer had to pull all his equipment from the job and bring it back several times. And after all this Bella couldn’t even give us an apology let alone any sort of compensation/credit. Tyler, supposedly the head of customer service is a complete coward and should probably find a new job. How he is the HEAD of the department is laughable. He ignored my emails until I threatened legal action and always seemed bothered to help, even though it’s literally his job. STAY AWAY!!

I have now worked personally several times with Bella Flooring Group ordering various different types of flooring for clients and it has been incredibly easy and everything ships quickly and shows up as expected. So much so actually that being a contractor (Rock River Contracting, LLC) in SE Wisconsin that I have sought out their area representative Lindsey and she has also helped me locate flooring, order other materials etc…that I have decided to add and sell Bella Flooring in my show room for my clients to select from. Pricing is amazing, customer service is excellent and Lindsey really goes above and beyond to help both myself and company grow as well as assist in delivering the best products and service to my clients that I do.

These people are pitifully dishonest. They ship out the wrong product, and they blame you. Their LVP fails, and they blame you. They say they will accept a return, then lie when it is delivered back to them, saying they didn't get it, even though the tracking shows which person signed for it! Literally every experience I have had with them ended with them lying. Avoid at all costs!

The worst Customer service. They never return calls. I have been calling weekly since mid December with no return calls. I talked with LACI one time she said she would talk to her manager and get back with me that was 3 weeks ago. NEVER BUY BELLA FLOORING. I can't even give 1 star!
