4 out of 5 times that ive gone to this place, my disposable vape was busted in some way straight out of the box; either the coil was already burnt, it constantly clogged and needed surgery to be able to run properly, or most recently, both with a nice bonus of missing a third of the juice in my dispo straight out of the box. Besides this, they constantly sell unregulated trash like torch and cake which ig is typical for these mediocre, run-of-the-mill smoke shops

Bobby the manager is always so very helpful when we walk in ! Me and my husband don't go anywhere else the vapes are always top quality and the customer service there is great i highly recommend if your looking for anything very clean store also

Walked in today and the store was empty. The female employee came in from the parking lot, in her car. She rudely said, “what do you need?” I said I was just looking right now and from the look on her face, I wasn’t welcomed at all. I ask her if it was ok to look around and she snarked back at me, “I didn’t say anything about it, did I?” I turned and walked out, amused at how empty the parking lot was, but not surprised. It looked like a great shop. Sorry I didn’t get to look around.

Always Loved the Clean well kept shop !!! Until some girl who wears a black sleep cap on head to work!! And WILL MAKE YOU WAIT AND WAIT !! Especially if she’s just opened the shop at 10 am and you’re shopping at 10:15 !!!Was my Fav till her hire !!! Wouldn’t tell me her name !!!

Female working was great, with that said I bought a battery from here and when I got home I put it on the charger. This particular battery only needs 60-80 minutes of charge for a full battery. I had it on the charge for hours and the battery was still dead. I go back the next day to tell them all this and owner of course states no refunds or exchanges. I would understand if I just didn’t want it but the thing clearly does not work and I just wanted one that works. I was sent on my way without a working battery and no apology from the owner. I understand they do need policies in place but not everything is cut and dry. This place sold me a non working battery and didn’t care to right their wrong. So if you buy from here I would suggest making them show you whatever product you are purchasing works!!!

I can’t speak for any of their other products but their cigars are horrible. Humidity is horribly kept with mold appearing on some cigars. The worst part of all is how extremely overpriced they are (assuming because they couldn’t get direct deals with the companies they buy them online and mark them up $8).

Large amount of options, prices are displayed for each so there is less confusion, and they just started a disposable collection where you can discard your used vape for 10% off your next purchase. Prices are what you would expect

I came in the store looking for a certain type and they didn’t have my flavor so I used the recommended and I didn’t like it and they refused to do an exchange. As a new business I expected an exchange like cloud 9 but the customer service sucked. Will NOT BE BACK. Do not come to this smoke shop.

Came in to buy a cape brand we are used to. The vape we purchased was recommended by the associate said the vape would be almost the same. Then it didn’t hit like it normally would and we couldn’t hit it like it usually would and try to exchange it. They said no refunds and yet they told us to try it in the store. We advise you to not shop here unless you know exactly what you want and even then you might be stuck with a broken vape

Sign on the interstate advertised as the largest smoke store in Georgia. It may be the largest but half the shop is empty and the range of products is poor. They have no ryo tobacco pouches or tins like American spirit, drum, top, Peter stokkebye, bugler etc. The girl behind the counter had a blank face when I mentioned the brands. Left empty handed. Gas stations even have top and drum

Having frequented this shop since soon after opening I’ve had nothing but great experiences until the last couple times I’ve been to the location. The man who works there is very rude and talks down to other employees on shift.
