The ABSOLUTE worst pharmacy in America! They are slow and rude. Not a good combination, at all. Something needs to be done about this or I will be switching to Kroger or CVS. Walgreen’s pharmacy used to be the only one I trust. However, this one has placed a terrible taste in my mouth. The cashier’s at the front are also extremely rude. If I’m inconveniencing you by shopping here, say less. I can take my money where it’s appreciated. Some serious process improvement is needed here!

I have lost my patience with these pharmacy techs. They will right out lie to your face about your prescription. "Oh that's back ordered, oh we were locked out of the safe, Oh that prescription has been discontinued." All of these lies because they think they know best, and determine themselves if I deserve my prescribed medication. For months, I was told that my prescription was back ordered. This started in October, it is now February. Today, I am told it's been discontinued and they don't have any.Mere minutes after being told that my prescription has been discontinued by the manufacturer, I call my doctor. They call the pharmacy. My doctor confirmed that they did indeed have my prescription, and it was not discontinued. I am absolutely disgusted with these people. How many times have they done this to people needing life saving medicine? And for what? Laziness? Righteousness? Malice?

I to agreed with all reviews o stars..But new manager never got a call saying meds are ready to pick up over 10 years ..NOW call with in 2 hours reads for pickup. The working staff is same it was poorly managed 😞 😞..so let's give them another chance I pray it stays this good the staff seams to be happier?? Time will tell

I really hate taking time toPut a bad revue on here but this Walgreens in Dallas is awful. The pharmacist is rude, nothing is ever ready they seem to forgot they deal with ppl with illnesses. I use to love this location when Westley was the pharmacist. But the staff has all changed due to poor management and JULIA she’s so rude and unprofessional. The pharmacist refuses to give her name. I miss the ppl that worked there 6 months ago. Shame on you Walgreens I guess you forgot about Walmart, Costco sams and bjs they have pharmacy’s too.

This is by far the most unprofessional pharmacy in ga. Go anywhere but here. They don’t know how to order medication and keep in stock. I have one prescription and they can’t fill it when do 1st time accident hell 4 th time I’m done. Taking my moms and my family to cvs atleast they have a real crew these folks need to go back to school. They missed acouple semesters siuppose to get your meds today said they try get them by Monday what a joke. I want be back after this I promise wish there was a lower grade

This location is a dumpster fire pretending to be a pharmacy. I waited two hours for a prescription that they confirmed was in stock and no other customers were there and they still couldn't get it filled in that time. There were four people in the pharmacy lackadaisically walking around like they had nothing to do. I will be using CVS moving forward for all my prescription needs.

The wait is constantly super long, and they lie about the availability of the prescriptions. Every time I have called on the phone I have had to wait at least 20 minutes to talk to someone and have previously waited an hour and a half and eventually hung up. That is unacceptable. Don’t bother going to this pharmacy you will just be disappointed.

Sat in the drive thru for 23 minutes and was ignored while they helped other people in the store. Very poor customer service. At this point I will change from Walgreens to CVS.

Been on a call 4 times with this pharmacy for more then 30 minutes with each phone call!!! Everytime they answer THEY HANG UP ON ME! I transferred from the dreaded Kroger across the street because I heard nothing but good about this place just to find out that they are the same… THIS PHARMACY SUCKS

So week staff is amazing. They love what they do and work well under pressure..Sock and Westley are very welcoming and literally can answer any question or concern you have about your medication...I give them five stars If I could give them higher I definitely would.Wait time is never an issue when their staffed.This other crew that they have on Sundays literally are horrible and I believe that's why customers are changing stores.We waited an hour and drive-thru just to get to the window after online said it was filled.Get to the window and the lady is rude and not caring whatsoever. So we get them the benefit of the doubt and we come back 2 hours later just to find out that they are still not filled but they're working on them.I can't rate them as low as I would like.Their lines are incredibly long when their staffed in drive-through and inside.So if I were you I would try my best to get your meds throughout the week. These employees have no idea how to work with each other and are so unorganized.

The pharmacy does a great job! Especially during these troubling times of short staffing. Yes it takes longer than anyone likes but we have to remember that they are here and convenient for us to come to. Their prices are reasonable and even lower than where I was going before. I want to support them also because I would be worst off without them.

The worst pharmacy staff ever. On hold for 24 minutes on 12/14/22 after 7 PM and they picked up and hung up. I called back and of course they close at 8 so they kept me on hold until the call hung me up. These are lazy / unorganized staff. I’ve been coming here for over ten years and this is the treatment we get as a loyal customer.

This location is probably getting a lot of undue bad reviews right now because they had some people out sick at the pharmacy with covid, and it's been absolute hell for these people. I'm just a customer, and I watch what these people go through. We're all lucky they haven't quit their job. I just want to give my hats off to the crew at the pharmacy at Walgreens. They've done a great job through a tremendously challenging situation. Keep your head up. I would still rather come to this Walgreens under these conditions than many other pharmacies in the area. Everyone does a great job.

They r rude at the pharmacy. I stood there for 20 min. Before I was even acknowledged, and there where 4 people inside the pharmacy. Needless to say by the time they got to me there was a line 7 deep behind me. I waited another 20 min. for my flu shot. I go for convenience. They have never been good. Always a long wait time. They could at least tell out "be with u in a min"

Had no idea this was thee Worst Walgreens. EVER! We’ve been in the drive thru for at least 10- 15 minutes & no one acknowledged us, so yea…I do not recommend this location. *Update* Rung the bell, because we’re still sitting here and no one came to the window. There are 4-5 cars behind us waiting at this point. They honestly deserve a 0 out of 5 and should either be shut down or restaffed, because this is ridiculous!! Finally someone comes to the window & tell us that they can’t sell Rx through the drive through because they’re short staffed. Throw the whole pharmacy away!

Okay guys, seriously avoid this pharmacy if you are able to do so. There is a Kroger right across the street if you need a local pharmacy. The employees of this particular Walgreen's are terrible. Not only do they not answer the phone after 15 minutes, they have horrendous wait times for simple medication fills. I completely understand being short staffed but if a promise is made about a wait time, that promise should be kept and if it isn't there should be a valid explanation. From reading the other reviews about this pharmacy, I can see I am not the only family they have managed to neglect over there miserable existence. Take note!

Drive through we wait 30-40 mins in line for 1 car. We get to window they say come back in 1 hr after waiting for others. Frustrating. They cut the inside of the store in half. Now what i use to get there is not available except online. I changed stores to new hope. Much better there.

Don’t waste your time at this Walgreens!!!! Curbside pickup is non-existent at this location. Manager is rude to customers. I complained to the manager about having to sit in a hot vehicle for over 20 minutes for an order that was ready. I went in, got all the items off the shelves myself and then took them to him to have the prepaid order processed! Don't get me started on the drive-thru for the pharmacy! I have sat in that line for over thirty minutes EVERY time I have been there! The last time I went was on Labor Day. The store was open but the pharmacy was closed. I wanted to pickup an order they had emailed me was ready. So I came home to set it up for delivery…… it has been over 48 hours and I just got hung up on twice (after being on hold for 25+ minutes each time) by the computerized pharmacy phone. I called back to speak to the store manager and was told (at 3:45pm) the manager was at lunch. I’m going to have to go back tothe store, go inside and find out if theycan give me my prescription!

If you are looking for a great pharmacy this is thel place. it has taken them a little while to get the right staff and now they have it. Wesley by far the best in the 8 years I have used Walgreens.The Mrs Julia goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. Christopher is great Mrs Ochi always has the smile and the new but old Sock makes it perfect. GREAT TEAM

My visit to this Walgreens at this location was the "worst" of all visits to any other Walgreens, perhaps the cashier wasn't having a good start for her day however, that's expected simply because we are human and can start out on a bad road, but this visit and this encounter with this cashier working the front register obviously wasn't having a great start. It was apparent that there weren't enough employees to service each station in the store, however, regardless of staff shortage or whatever the case may have been, there is no excuse for the employee to allow her personal issues to show or affect her representation of the company she works for because it definitely isn't a good look for the business.I simply respectfully asked for assistance for what I attempted to purchase, only because recent procedures done to my back, and I asked cashier if I could receive assistance in lifting two cases of water and if someone could place those cases into the trunk of my car which was parked in "handicap at the door".Well that apparently was the wrong request to ask because her displeasement definitely showed with her facial expressions. I could hear her words and sounds letting me know that she did not appreciate me asking. I wasn't expecting her to assist me however, in her defense, she proceeded to assist. After noticing how reluctant she was in helping and her facial expressions, I felt horrible, so I told her nevermind, it's ok, I won't be buying the two cases of products. I felt as though I had committed this cashier to a form of punishment, therefore, I left and decided to drive to another Walgreen location near by. I will not return to this store, because that experience is etched in my mind forever.I had been warned about the lack of staff and lack of friendly service at this particular location and it was proven that all were accurate. Regardless of your personal moods, it should never affect your job because you represent the company you work for and the other employees who are your co-workers, you should always represent by being pleasant and professional, and if you can't separate your personal feelings from the job you are being payed to perform, then by all means stay home.My experience definitely let me know not to revisit this Walgreens and I will drive pass this store to a different Walgreens in future trips, only because of my experience. Though I got this cashiers name from her badge, I won't expose her simply because we're only human, but my advice for her, is that she understands the type of service she provides is a primary function of her job, and I hope going forward she does not display her displeasement by ruining a customers shopping experience, because it affects the business and community you work for and not a good look for your company. 1️⃣⭐👎🏼

The pharmacy here is absolutely horrible. This is not the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd problem I have had here. First of all they have 7 different profiles for me. All with different spellings of my name so they always screw up my insurance, address, everything. I have asked them to please figure out which one they want me to use. But, thats the least of it.They are always rude. Today, because of the facr I did have a new insurance, I called ahead to find out the charge for my meds. After being on hold for 45 min.... anyway she tells me to be there before 1:30 because they close for lunch. I got there at approximately 1:10. Go to the counter not ready. So I told her I would walk around store. She said they would call my name when ready. I waited, walked around, went back over there ... closed. Really, EVERYTIME I come here it's an ordeal, a hassle, I always end up leaving mad or in tears. Never again ! I am changing pharmacies and you can guarantee I will never step foot in the one on Charlie Watts EVER again. And probably any other walgreens!!!! They reay need to do something about this place. If you plan on going there expect to have some kind of ordeal and you better have atleast a couple of hours to waste!

Every month I dread trying to get my prescription ready. They make up different rules from day to day. One pharmacist will tell you , you can’t get your meds 1 day early . The next will tell you they are allowed to give them two days early. They’ll change rules for different customers. Me and my wife get one medication that’s the same. I can call to get mine on the 29th day and get told we’re not allowed to fill it yet. Then my wife can call hers in 2 days early and it’ll get filled that day. From one pharmacist to another you never know what you’re gonna be told . I’ve looked it up and talked to several other Walgreens locations and every one of them tell me you can get yours meds two days early!!! Every month it’s some different bs.

Slowest pharmacy in the history of mankind. I sat in the drive thru for nearly 20 mins before leaving, never having seen the car in front of me at the window even have the drawer opened once (and no it wasn't during their lunch break). Avoid this place like the plague, although Walgreens just purchased one of the only local pharmacy right down the street, so it's not as easy as it once was

The staff is always overworked and stressed and the meds are usually delayed. It’s like playing roulette each month to see if my family is going to run out of medicine before it can be filled. Please hire more staff for this location.

Don’t go here for your COVID-19 vaccine. I made an appointment for 12pm. Didn’t get my shot until 1pm. It’s ridiculous. An appointment is an appointment for a reason. They didn’t even inform me of why I was waiting so long. They definitely deserve 1 star or less.

I am always very pleased with the experience at this location. The staff are very helpful and even remember their customers. The pharmacy here is also very well run. The male pharmacist, especially, is very good at answering questions and helping you with understanding new prescriptions.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to! I sat outside in front of the window for 20 minutes until I finally went in because I thought the window must be broken then I get inside and stand there for another 20 minutes until they get done with the one person in front of me but at that point they turn around and help the person at the window! Just terrible workers that don't seem to know what they are doing and made me late for work when I was just trying to drop off my prescriptions! TERRIBLE service!

I have been waiting 4 days for my prescription to be filled this is utterly ridiculous. I can’t get anyone on the phone and every time I got to the store the pharmacy is closed. At this point I’m just trying to get my prescription switched to another store had I known it would be this way I would have never agreed to have my prescription sent there
