Just stopped by for a couple of things. I found what I needed quickly and the price was so good that I wanted to buy more than the two on the shelf. I asked an employee if they had more. Their system said they had five more, but I couldn't find them. The employee spent some time walking me all around the store to find the other five.

The are constantly out of Nutrena senior horse feed. It’s been the past 5-6 times I had to drive from Dallas to Douglasville just to get it. There was only one time the other store was out but other than that every store around us can have it stocked. I just don’t understand why they can’t keep more in hand if they run out all the time.

An Amazing Team, I purchased a Toro zero turn online and had all types of issue with the purchase. i ended up speak with manager- Kenna, who searched the stores near me and Spoke with the Dallas, Ga. store manager - Gary. He assured Kenna, he would take care of me when i arrived. His Team did exactly that, Hanna- the Assistant store manager was awaiting me at the door when I arrive. Assisted me with finding the correct trailer hitch for my truck and the trailer rental. As my son and I was connecting the trailer, David - Team leader brought out the 54in Toro Max zero turn and loaded it on the trailer. This is an amazing team. Everyone was so helpful and gave great customer service. I will be driving that 27 miles every time I need to purchase from Tractor supply Co from now on. Thanks Guys...

Needed some more chicken feed. Always like to see what is new here. Had some new chicks available. Coupons for birthday are only good for a few days if your birthday happens to fall at the end of the month. I finally got to use one before it expired. Birthday coupon discount really should be good for at least a month....

I called in at this location because I was disappointed by driving to the two other Tractor Supply and they not have what their inventory said they did. Rayne was very nice and chatted with her manager to secure the items. Austin is a very attentive, which does wonders for this company and his customers. Just before leaving Carol helped me find and assist with the last item that I needed. What a great bunch of employee's at this location!

I had an issue with a same day delivery order. When I contacted the store, Hanner was extremely helpful. She took my number and said she would do some research. Shortly after, she called and said the order had been sent to a different store. To help rectify the situation, she had me place a pickup order and insisted on delivering it personally, as my house was on her route home.This is unfortunately the second time I have had this problem with a same day delivery order. Hanner went above and beyond to help me, and her efforts have definitely helped restore my confidence in Tractor Supply's dedication to helping customers.

I was having difficulty ordering on-line and called the Customer Service number for corporate. The bot didn't recognize our phone number and transferred me to a live customer service representative, Rose. She was fantastic. The Neighbor's Program is very detailed and has many limitations (even though we're Premium Plus members). Rose helped me navigate through the system. She was polite, professional and very friendly. Great custome service!

Good place to buy chicken feed. ..Update! (couldn't figure out how to leave a new review)I recently purchased an expensive product there and upon opening it, I discovered that one of the parts was damaged.I called and spoke with the manager and he said "Bring the busted part and we'll make it right". I returned the part that same day, spoke with that same manager (Gary). He was very accommodating. He connected me with two employees who were super, super helpful. They very happily opened other packages until we found what I needed. They helped me put it on the back of my truck and I was on my way, no questions asked.Great customer service, friendly staff. Its one reason why I keep shopping there!

Great pet selection. A little pricey but worth it. Like the fact they load your car for you. My daughter has chickens,she gets her pets here and there feed. Great rewards for those that shop alot with them. Free rentals on equipment. Can't beat it!

I hate to leave a bad review, because the store employees are nice. However, I don't they are empowered to "make it right" for online orders. That is my problem. I ordered a queen size mattress topper and tried to save on shipping by having it delivered to the store. I checked the packing slip, and was handed the package with no problem. However, when I got home and unpacked the mattress top, it was clearly a king. Now I have to drive back to the store to make the return. The employees were once again nice, but just shrugged at the mistake. No ownership of the mistake was taken and no apologies were made. I did get a full refund, but I still don't have a what I need for a decent night sleep. Thanks TSC.

I've always been a DIY'er! I enjoy starting DIY Projects and, most of all I love finishing my DIY Projects. One goal is to create my organic food garden and create a special place to sit among nature. I started transforming my entire back yard. What's a Zen garden without the vibes. I envisioned 2 Arched Trellis and Arbor over my 2 large raised Garden Beds & Grape Vine Zen Garden. The only place that had the 'wire panels' to create this vibe was Tractor Supply. They offer a wide variety of farm tools including wire (cattle) panels that I converted into a large trellis and arbor. Every visit, I'm greeted with warm, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable & professional associates. Have a question, they will point you in the right direction for an answer. I highly recommend Tractor Supply for garden & farming supplies.

This location is great! The workers are always nice. The facility is always kept up. The restrooms are nice. We take our dogs here for vaccinations and the doctors and nurses are always so good to our dogs. The prices are always fair. We also get our food and toys for the dogs here as well and they have all lasted and are really nice. I highly reccomend!

We made a purchase at the counter for something that is kept outside; the very polite girl at the register said that they had what we wanted in stock, but we discovered after paying that the one in stock was the display and the guy working outside did not want to take the display apart. In the end, we got what we needed and everyone was very friendly and cooperative. We've been shopping here for years and overall have had a great experience.

Love this Tractoe Supply. They allow pets inside, they are one of the only stores that carry my dogs food, we get our propane for our RV there as well. My husband has bought some work pants as well. Very friendly staff.

I purchased a new auger bit for my tractor when I went to use it I noticed it was bent. Yes I did use it for all of 5 minutes before I noticed it was bent. My issue is I purchased it on Monday when I went to exchange it for another one I was told they would not exchange it because it was used, they did offer a 15% discount if I wanted to purchase another one witch was nice, but that's only going to cover the sales tax. It's not like they don't know me I'm in the store at least 4 to 5 days out of the week. The only thing I have nice to say is Tim, Kevin and the cashiers are always helpful and are as nice as they can be. I could see the disappointment in Kevin's eyes when he told me that they wouldn't be able to exchange it for me. The managers there seem like all they are interested in is the bottom line not customer service, especially for a loyal customer. I have never been so disappointed in a company like I am with this one.

They generally have the weird stuff I can't find anywhere else and always a wonderful place to get my normal chicken keeping supplies.I'll have to say though, the reason that I am taking time to write this review is because I received superior quality customer service today. I called ahead to see if it was even worth the trip to go out there; I was in need of some products to control the rampant housefly population around my back patio.Instead of just giving me a standard "yeah we carry fly stuff" answer like I expected, Emma stayed on the phone with me while she walked back to the section to check on inventory and prices, and talked me through my selection prior to me making the trip.This was so so SO helpful and WAY beyond my expectations.Thank you so much for making my day so much easier.

Great place to shop for the farm! Online ordering is a little iffy at times. Twice this summer I ordered items and paid for them to only get emails later that the items were no longer available. Very Frustrating!

My son and I went into Dallas tractor supply to purchase a gas heater. Asked for help and Victor a new employee tried to , as he was new went to get someone else. He said Gary would be with us as soon as he finished at the register. We waited, another customer came in and went to speak with Hary who then started helping him. As they passed by me he said have you been helped I explained Victor had actually said you were coming to help me with the gas heater you have. He told me the gentleman was going to be helped them he would come to me.The gentleman who just came in and went to the register for help was to be helped before me. O.k.Then he went to cleaning when he was finished with the gentleman. My son asked about the heater and if a connection for the propane was in the box or needed to be purchased separately. He said it should say on the box. I said it doesn’t say either way it only mentions fan and do you have those in stock.He said if we do they will be back on another isle. My son found the connection hose on another isle while we were speaking. My son lifted the large heater onto a flat cart and we purchased it and the connection hose. Mainly because we were in great need of the heater. Next time I will go to Lowe’s or Home Depot as their customer service is better. I have never been pushed off when requesting help before. Home Depot and Lowe’s have always been easy to help and if things were on separate isles would take me to get what I needed making sure I got what I needed. They made sure I was helped and had what I needed before leaving me. I know I am but a single mom, but my money is as good as anyone else. And deserve the same customer service. Especially on a large purchase. I have been a customer of Tractor supply for year’s and have made many large and small purchase. Never have I been made to feel so uncomfortable. Even the smallest purchase of shots for our dogs has been an ease before. The employee getting what we needed and asking if we needed anything else and wishing us well before leaving us. This time I felt as if I was not wanted as a customer. It was cold outside and we were in great need of this heater as our old one quit working.

Great place to shop, employees helpful and friendly and other customers are much the same...we enjoy shopping or just browsing there. If we don't find what we're after hey will willingly offer to look in the back to see if it is in stock. The prices are fair and all in all it is a good store to go to!!

Purchased a trailer and a no zero turn lawnmower and took a while to finalized my transaction and it was pretty busy and seemed like there was very little staff working to assist clients in a timely manner. But other thn that hoping my purchase was well worth it and not have any issues since we are trying a brand we had not really heard much of so fingers crossed it's a good one. :)

I came here and this place stays packed I went through the new green house it is very nice the selection was decent. The live stock feed section is ok and I find some stuff that I can't find at the Douglasville location since Douglasville is not a rural area anymore.

Great TSC location with very helpful and friendly staff. Down home--honest and hard working group of people here, who treat their customers like friends and family. I enjoy visiting them and always feel I get an honest answer when I ask a question, usually with a bit of humor thrown in which makes me want to go back! Love them!
