For years, we have relied on The Regal Beagle for our boarding needs. Owner Mike and his dedicated staff are professionals and do a great job. We wouldn't trust any other place to board our bearded dragon. And the place is beautiful and tastefully decorated.

We tried the mobile grooming service from the Regal Beagle this morning and found the experience to be super easy. Setting up the appointment was simple. The staff was friendly and professional. It was great. They pulled up in my driveway. I took the dog out and in a very short amount of time she was done. She had been brushed, bathed, groomed, and nails clipped. the whole shebang. She smelled amazing and she looked beautiful. It could not have been easier…I was able to pay via my credit card, I didn’t need to leave the house, and I was able to continue working. I didn’t have to use my lunch hour to take her back-and-forth between my house and the facility. So easy I made an appointment for them to come back again.

I am new to dog grooming and the Regal Beagle made our first experience a great one. We were greeted by Brittany at the front desk and she confirmed my puppy's vaccine records at my vet because I left them at home on the kitchen counter. Thank you Brittany! We then met Shelby our Groomer who explained to me her plan for my 5 mo old Golden doodle, Phoebe because with puppies one never knows...A few hours later I picked up Phoebe and she was perfectly groomed. Shelby let me know how Phoebe did and what behaviors I need to work with her before her next apt. She was very polite and professional. I am very pleased and I scheduled her nexted appointment. I love everything about this place. The staff are always so kind. Romp and play is amazing, and the pictures are even better. The boarding is great as well! They are always so helpful! I love it here and so does my girl

JB and Michelle did great on my dog! I have a very anxious mini Aussie that always poops everywhere. They made sure to take their time with her and use the extra care needed to make sure she was comfortable. She looks great and smells great too!

First time using the Regal Beagle. The kids were nervous about leaving him. I was able to call and speak to the staff where they gave us an up date and eased their mind. Buddy was happy and bouncing everywhere when picked up. It was obvious he was well taken care of while there. Thanks to everyone who made Buddy's stay so easy.

Highly recommend this dog obedience training in Hiram! DJ is fantastic and tailored training to meet our needs. Our anxious dog returned with noticeably improved behavior. We're thrilled with the results.

We love this place and more importantly, our fur baby Sutton loves it! She was boarded for a week and received a grooming as well. Misty is the best at grooming, Sutton loves being taken care of by Misty! We highly recommend The Regal Beagle to anyone, they love all the fur babies in their care! They get plenty of outside/exercise time as well.

I had Regal Beagle bath/groom my two corgi's (Bella and Cooper), they did an amazing job. I was told by the groomer that she wasn't able to trim Bella's belly due to her not being cooperative, but when I picked her up I was happy with what was done on the underside. Cooper needed more of a light trim and a bath and came out looking amazing. Will definitely be bringing them back in the future.

New to the Dallas area so we searched up grooming spots nearby and found the Regal Beagle. It looked cute and had great reviews so I set up a grooming appointment for my dog River and had my fiancé bring her in. My dog has a pacemaker implanted in her neck so she can’t have anything around her neck, which I informed staff of when calling about her appointment and made sure my fiancé reiterated again when he dropped her off. I also added it in her online profile when setting up her profile. I found out after her pickup that they put a bandana on her despite being told on numerous occasions that she can’t have anything around her neck, including bandanas. I can only hope that nothing else was put on her neck during the grooming process. She seems okay for now but as any good dog mom would be, I am concerned. Her haircut looks cute at least. Don’t know if I can trust them enough to bring her again though.

My sweet and very hyper Zoe (German Shepard) LOVES coming to Romp and Play for the day. Additionally, Regal Beagle offers training and Zoe has had the opportunity to work with one of her forever best friends, DJ, who is her amazing trainer. I recommend Regal Beagle grooming services, Romp and Play and training ( DJ is the best) for your sweet little four legged fur babies.

My fur kid loves this place! He goes for romp n play at least three times a month and when I turn into this parking lot he goes bananas and always so excited!!! We also use them for grooming and has never been disappointed! Thank you Regal Beagle for being my babies best friends!

My husband and I love the team at The Regal Beagle! Our pup, Wallace, gets so excited when he enters. I think that says a lot! They are always friendly and were so compassionate when our Rowdy struggled during his stay and had to be transported to his vet. I can't thank them enough for that. Thanks, you guys!

We couldn’t ask for a better place to let Maggie Mae romp and play with other dogs. She loves being at the RB! All the humans there seem to love her and look forward to her visits. We also have had her nails trimmed and teeth cleaned, and are very happy with the results. 5 STARS!

They take awesome care of our dogs each and every time we take our dogs for boarding. We also take our dogs there for grooming and they pay great attention to our expectations on how we want them trimmed up. We have been going there for in excess of 10 years and we continue to be very satisfied with their services.

My wife and I stopped in to have a tour of the facility to see what they had to offer for our dog, and they would not take us on a tour, my wife worked in the veterinary field for nearly 20 years if they won't take us on a tour that usually means they have something to hide and don't want the clients to see the way the pets are treated/taken care of.

I forgot to make an appointment for Ellie my Yorkipoos grooming - shes having her picture taken with Santa Sunday. I called my regular place and they were booked. I was hoping regular, loyal customer would make a difference - nope. But it was Wednesday 4 days before the event so... I called Regal Beagle with fingers crossed and no problem- Ellie was groomed today and has never looked cuter.Regal Beagle, my new groomer. Thanks

This is the first time I brought my Australian Shepherd here to be groomed, and I am so glad I did! My dog doesn’t get groomed regularly so she was nervous, but the staff was super kind and made it a great experience. Randi was her groomer, and she was amazing!! Randi was very friendly, took the time to ask me what I wanted, and then she exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be returning on a regular basis for grooming, and I will be requesting Randi!

I am giving regal beagle a 4 out of 5 because at one point I respected the establishment. They seemed to have cared for my pups, sent pictures, provided report cards and updates. Recently, I have been unable to ever get space to leave my dogs, it seems to always be something. Also, the last time I picked up my oldest dog he had a gash over his eye. Enough flesh showing to require antibiotics and stitches. Not only was I not notified by the company (I wasn't there to see it in person), but when I contacted them to give some details about what happened, they said dogs play and that happens sometimes. I am not a crazy person, I know dogs play and sometimes get hurt, but just like any child who gets sent to school or day care, if something happens, there is an incident report. There was no sympathy and when I received a call back later, it was not a satisfactory explanation. The prices are already higher than others establishments in the area and I really wanted to continue to support them but I would feel much better if they had cameras to see our animals and would provide more detailed and well-rounded updates of the progress of our extended family members. I may consider them again in the future but it will be because we are limited on options.
