My first time at this pet salon and the staff and service went above & beyond - my crazy chocolate lab, Luna, and my shepard mix got all the warm and cozies here. I honestly do not think they have ever been the clean. The owner, Gia, and her staff do an amazing job at reasonable prices! We'll be back for sure!

Took my dog to get her nails cut and they cut one into the quick. She bled all over me and my car. I wouldn't recommend them

They were great with our baby. She has bad hips and knees. She could barely walk after she visited her last groomer so we had to find someone else. I stopped by the Pet Parlor and spoke with the ladies there. They were fabulous. They are so caring and gentle. Gave our girl a wonderful groom and she had a blast!

After my groomer closed it’s doors forever. The Pet Parlor came to the rescue for my rescue, “Bigboi”. The staff was absolutely amazing and cared about my baby. Gia was the groomer/owner, she is super friendly and does a terrific job with your pooch. Thank you Pet Parlor you have my business for life.

My Minature Schnauzer is 2 years old and has never been to a professional groomer. Always trimmed her at home and it was difficult because she did not like being groomed. Took her to Pet Parlor and they were able to work with her and she gave them no trouble. They did an amazing job and we will be going back this month for our second groom. The staff is great and did an amazing job on her.

We took our 2 dogs here to have nails trimmed and anal glands expressed. Our pug is always sociable and does well in these settings and as expected, he was cooperative and they were able to complete his services without incident. Our girl is a mixed breed rescue, and is nervous around strangers. We told the groomer that and offered to hold her or help them get her settled. The groomer lady (didn’t tell us her name) said “No she will do better without you.” She tried to snatch her up off the floor and it startled/scared our dog and she attempted to bite the woman. Again we offered to hold her. She said No; I’m not going to be able to do her cuz I can’t afford to get bit again. I was just bit last week.”We were not impressed with this groomer at all…she was in a hurry to snatch and grab our gurl to get her done with no consideration of the fact that she was nervous around strangers, and needed patience and some tlc. If this is how she acts with all of her dog clients then it’s no surprise she was bitten last week. Our girl is not mean or vicious but does need a calmer more reassuring hand which this woman didn’t have time for. She wanted to snatch and grab and push her thru the assembly line. Her solution was that we would need to have the vet sedate her to do her nails and glands. That would be a HARD NO. She has never needed sedation for a nail trim before but she has never been handled this rough before either. I was generous and gave them 2 stars because they did ok with our pug, but otherwise it would have been 1 star and trust me, we will not be going there again.

I have a happy groomed puppy and that makes mama happy. This was my first visit to this groomer. I met the new owner who is very nice and her adorable young son. Along with the new owner comes a new name. Tender Loving Pet Grooming is now The Pet Parlor. It was clean and smelled pleasant. She did a great job on my pooch. The best part is, she was able to take me in on a moments notice when my original groomer stood me up. =)

Only place I'll take my dogs. After going to other places locally and being very disappointed in their services, I decided to give Pet Parlor a try. So happy I did. They treat me and my pets with love. Very nice ppl and good grooming on my fur babies.

I cannot say enough about this place!! I have a YOUNG doodle who had been labeled ‘difficult to groom’, not because she was aggressive but because she was ‘too wiggly’. I was desperate to find someone who would be patient and work with her as grooming is a training process. Gia welcomed Daisy with open arms and did a fabulous job!! She was so patient and promised to stick with Daisy so they can form a bond and make grooming easier in her. If I could I’d give them 10 stars!

A few days ago they did our Yorkie. They did pretty good on her. There's a few uneven spots but not anything terrible.Today they did my German Shepard. I asked for a good deshedding. $90 and she got a bath and her ears cleaned. They clipped her rear a little bit. But after 2 1/2 hours I got back a wet dog that was still shedding hair like crazy. I could've given her a bath for free. The wet fur in my car when I got her home was just flipping ridiculous.I was going to leave 1 star but I'm leaving 2 because the customer service was friendly.Overall, they really should've done a better job!

My service dog is not happy when she gets groomed because we are not together. Pet parlor did a fantastic job of grooming her, and she was obviously very happy there. I highly recommend these dog lovers!

Super friendly staff. My dog was anxious because of his separation anxiety, but he did very well with them and got the cutest bandana.Just don't forget when leaving, that one step that's steep. I woke up immediately after forgetting. Haha.

The staff took me at the last minute today for grooming. They were able to handle my large puppy with no problem. The staff was friendly, gave me helpful information for my puppy’s development and quick! Yvette, Tracy and the gang took care of my baby with no problem! Take your pet by for grooming. Very nice groom for our 2 little dogs. Friendly / attentive owner and staff.About 3 hrs from drop off to pickup. Competitive rates. Limited parking and be careful when you back out.Limited hours - wed- sat, 9-2pm.Hope the owner will be able to expand the hours / days.

They are very sweet and attentive to all of my dog's needs. They inform me of anything that they did and how my dog reacts to it as well. If I'm unaware of how to handle something they have helpingly pointed me in the right direction. I wouldn't take me dog to anyone else, he loves going to get groomed. And I love how good he smells and the cute bandanas they give. Highly recommend.

I have known the owner Gia for years. And she is one of the best. She is so good with animals. Even the ones with a bad attitude. She is like the DOG WISPIER with your animal. And she has a great crew working with her. Let me put it this way. I live 30 miles away and have groomers close to my house that I've tried. And I will go the extra miles to let Gia groom my dog. It's done right every time. And she stays booked out at least three months in advance, but she welcomes new cutomers. And her prices are very reasonable. She just told me today that she is so busy that she is looking for a second groomer and a bigger building to expand.

I have 2 Maltese and now live on a FARM. My little white dogs aren’t always so white anymore, but the Pet Parlor does a wonderful job. They get them cleaned up, trimmed up, and looking great. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am so thankful to have the Pet Parlor nearby!

Our little 12 month old Yorkipoo that we adopted a few weeks ago was quite a challenge to be groomed. Other groomers would not groom her without sedation and we didn't want that. Here at The Pet Parlor they were able to groom her just as we hoped without sedation. She looked great and was back to her sweet nature without showing signs of having had a dificult time at all. We thank Pet Parlor for your loving care for our puppy and the good advice you gave us about her care we will see you again!
