Took my 2 babies for the first time today. I have a Schnauzer and a shih tzu and they came home looking fabulous and smelling so fresh and clean!! Location was terrifc and staff was super friendly. We will definitely be back!!!

I am so pleased with Shari!We boarded our puppy before Thanksgiving for the first time.As usual, we were scared and afraid to leave our puppy special, something we had never done before, but Shari took amazing care, and we will definitely bring our beloved Buzz back!

Best groom and boarding I have found yet, the owner is very sweet and best at her business. Best rates around. I Love the amount of love shown to fur babies by owner and staff. They actually care about your babies. Take time with them to love them and care for them, treats every fur baby as if they are part of their family. If you are looking for the best groom and boarding I highly recommend giving them a call.

Very caring and loving environment for my pups. They've never been boarded and I was very concerned and nervous. They sent pictures of my babies to assure me they were having fun. Responded immediately when I messaged. Wonderful place and highly recommend ☺️

I’ve been going to Shari and Marie’s Heavenly Puppy Spa for years and have referred many friends to being their fur babies to the facility! Their customer service is unmatched and my fur baby seems to feel as if this is her second home. In fact, my baby was socialized at Shari and does so much better with people now! From grooming to boarding, I just can’t say enough about these people! I mean, these fur babies have their very own luxury hotel with upscale spa services at this place! If you want a spot where your fur baby can feel they are home away from home, please give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

This place is great! We've had to board our dog a couple times since moving to Dallas, and he loves it! He always comes home smelling great too which is a big plus. I'm used to a very stinky dog in need of a bath after boarding, but they've got that covered!

Hi everyone! I recently boarded my baby for the weekend (Shari and Marie’s Heavenly Puppy and Cat Resort in Acworth,GA). He was returned to me without his belongings (food, dog trays, leash, and collar). I notified the owner and she said I can pick the items up the next day. But then she said that I couldn’t pick the items up that day and I had to wait another day. When I bathed him I noticed that his ribs were showing more and scratches in both ears. He had very unusual liquid bowel movement (loose and dark brown). When we got home he ate so much and fast like he hadn’t eaten in a while 😩😩 what would you do in this situation? Also I still do not have my dogs stuff. I attached a before (him sitting) and after picture (you most likely can’t see the difference in the pictures) . Also his BM and ear. 😩😩😩

Shari is a very caring groomer. She did wonders with my Husky. He is 3 years old and has never been bathed or professionally groomed. Shari made sure to befriend him prior to starting work on him. By the end of the session, he was giving her kisses and allowed her to trim around his pads. She is VERY reasonable with her prices and prides herself in giving that personal touch. I definitely recommend Heavenly Puppy and Cat Resort to anyone who is tired of the big chain store groomers. Thank You, Shari! Templar will definitely come to see you again!

They used to be in Acworth right off Cobb parkway, and were super convenient to my house. I had taken our cat there to get her claws trimmed and some knots in her fur clipped out. Their price was very reasonable, and they did a great job. Our cat is a bit high-strung, and the last time I took her to the vet to do the same thing, the vet wanted to sedate her first. Since she is getting up in years, I was not too happy with that.This business moved away from Acworth and into Dallas. While it is a bit of a trek over there, it is worth it. I have every confidence in Shari and Marie's Heavenly Puppy and Cat Resort, and I recommend them if you are looking to get your pet groomed!

I brought my big pup Max there recently and Sheri was so good to him ❤️ He’s a pit bull, so we have a hard time finding a place willing to groom him and honestly he is just a big baby. Sheri was so kind and warm to him and made him feel comfortable. This a is a great local groomer, so never judge a business by its building ! 10/10 will be visiting again!

Our furbaby didn't do so well with other groomers, but Shani at Shari and Marie's is the best! He wasn't anxious before or after his services like he was with other groomers. She even had him playing with other dogs, which is a first for him. We have found our new groomer! Thanks a million Shani!!!
