Today was my first visit to Pet Supermarket, took my dogs in for self-service washes. The facility is very clean and organized. The best part about my time here was the customer service. Ayvah, Collin, and Emercyn were AMAZING. They were knowledgeable about their inventory and sweet to my dogs. Great overall experience. Will be back! 👍🏿

Just visit this location and I haven't been there over 6 months now. Just met Jazz the store manager and the store looks great. And great attitude. I'm a breeder and I will start coming back. Thanks for the great service.

Always friendly employees and stocked shelves. They also have full service grooming and self service bathing! Very easy parking in and out and you can eat next door outside with your fur babies!!! Update! They have added more dog food brands and you can order auto ship online with free delivery and discount. Seventh bath is free!

Check your receipt! Went to get my dog some stuff. Grabbed a bone that was 50% off $17.99 and a blanket that was 20% off $29.99. The girl rang me up and said I qualified for free treats ($4.50), I accepted. She told me my total was over $50. I questioned the price and she said " it all rang up right and the treats are free" and put the receipt in the bag. I should have pushed harder bc when I finally looked at my receipt, the bone rang up only $1 off and she only took .47¢ off the treats that were supposedly "free". The cashier put zero effort into making sure things were right.

This store is amazing!! I got my dog groomed here and they are by far my favorite place… and I have tried a lot of places. The groomer sat down with me and talked about what I wanted and made my dog feel comfortable even though she is always terrified. They also have self-service washing station which is so helpful for people who don’t have baths or don’t want to have to get on their knees/bend over to wash their dogs. The other employees there were very helpful and kind!

Love this place. Wish I had come here sooner. We washed our 85-pound dog here. Employees were helpful. Prices are reasonable. Will come back for sure. Most importantly, my dog loved it here.

I went here today to Give My Pup a Self Serve Dog Shampoo.I heard about it on Social media.I can really say it went well.This was my 1st time coming in this store. I seen it several times but never stopped in.I am do Glad I did.The shampoo dog bay was so nice.They gave me everything I needed to shampoo my Dog.Even though I did bring Everything I did use most of there products.I was able to also get some outfits for my pup.Another thing they have is Dog Birthday Things.I was so happy to see this.I will be back.Thanks so much for a great Experience.

The scrub was full of black mold. Took our dog here to get a bath today. The manager tried to upsell us on the more expensive bath which includes a facial. After we already said we wanted to go with the basic wash she kept pushing and asking us which scent we wanted. I appreciate good sales, but this was far beyond that. It made me super uncomfortable and I think the other employees too. We got to the wash station and saw that the scrub brush they gave us was covered in black mold. When we went to trade it for a new one my wife was told, "We do rinse them." I think bleaching them or an apology would have been a better response. People were relatively nice otherwise.

Great place to shop for the Marbles. She loved the bath. Kina was a lot of help. Giving Marbles a little treat when done. She loved the walk around the store and picking out a new squeak toy. Glad to have a place close by without driving to Hiram or Barrett pky. We'll be back.

I’m rating 3 stars because I usually love this place and I’ve never had problems. I recently went in and bought 3 goldfish from this location. One of them died after a few days and I looked in his tank and found dead worms. I’m not the type to bring back a fish for a new one, so I just gave him the traditional fishy funeral. They’re cheap and I don’t really live in the area anymore. I was just stopping in after work one day before I headed back to my county. I just wanted to let people know to be careful buying the fish there because they may have parasites :/ I still like this place for other pet needs but I’ll pass on the fish from now on.

This place has a lot to offer, they have an onsite groomer, self service dog washing, and the products that they sell are very good. The prices are also very good as well.

Fantastic pet supply store. Everyone is extremely courteous and friendly. Their groomer, Michelle, is especially amazing. Our dog absolutely loves her. The whole place is very clean. Highly recommend.

Location is good.Knowledge and customer service poor.Purchased two sticks for a puppy (five or 12) were told that they were very durable. Our 12 week old puppy went through the softer ones within minutes.We contacted the store to see if we could exchange this after ones for the harder ones. We were told yes but when we went there to exchange them, they were charging us about two dollars to exchange 3 chew sticks since they only returned 3 and rung up as purchasing 3 (ie loosing the 5 qty discount even though we did purchase a total of five)Even though PetSmart is further from home, we will be driving the extra from now on.Long and short, when told we would have no problem doing and “exchange” that turned into a return and purchase at a higher price.

Nice and orderly store . Took a min to find dog treats .never asked if I need any help . And to top my experience off at this store the 100 I was paying with split in half as I pulled it out of my wallet and they would not take it . Had to struggle counting other funds to pay with. FYI. Once long ago I to was a manager for TR US. Telling me a bank won't take it is false. But anyway .

I like this place so much I didnt eant to review it. They seem to always have the things im looking for be it for my fish, my daughters lizard, my dogs or my sons Cat. They have a small but good selection of live pets you can check out and their prices arenthe same or less than the petsmarts and petcos but their right here in my neighborhood. Love the staff, everyone, every time I have been there is just...well happy to be working there. Helpful and honest.

I called this store before driving over asked if they had crickets was told yes, when I get there first I have to look for a worker once found one asked for assistance in getting some crickets and the employee told me they didn't have any till Thursday. I asked why would you tell someone you have them if you don't? I even asked what about the ones in the container and was told thats for store use reptiles only and went back talking to who ever she was talking to.It was our first time in that store and the last time. The customer service was poor and not welcoming either like she didn't want to be bothered.Management really needs to reevaluate their employees.

Even the Karen who got offended because the clerk was helping me who got her little feeling hurt because the clerk didn’t ignore me and immediately wait on her couldn’t change my positive visit today!

I love having this store close to my house. It has everything you need for your pet and at a good price. My daughter loves everything they have to celebrate the birthday of the dogs, she always wants to go buy something even if our dog is not birthday. You should definitely go inside when you're around.

Heather was such an a**hole, talked down to me, and barely helped at all.I went in today looking food for my lizard and was eventually helped by another worker. I watched her make everyone else do her work for her.Terrible customer service and she should be fired.

The staff here was super friendly! I was able to find a lot of different supplies for my guinea pigs. They are younger staff, but still enjoyed their service and assistance! Very clean, well stocked, and maintained store! Couldn't be happier about having a pet store that is closer to the house now!

I really like this place! I'm used to having to go to certain stores for certain things.But I find them a refreshing choice.Always friendly. Always clean.I'm certainly looking forward to trying out the bathing stalls for my German Shepherds!Very nice store for my babies 💞

They will say that you get free dog treats and charge you for them. Also the $5 off the Science Diet puppy food that is advertised is never applied.I noticed this the past two times I've been. Definitely taking my business somewhere else.

Went in to get bird toys. People were friendly and helpful. I gave them a $10 off coupon but they never rang it in. They acted like it did but did not. I didn't notice until we got home and really didn't want to make another trip out there

I wish I could do a 0 star traveled 30 minutes to try there pet station and when I got there my dog had mud all over his paws cause duh he is a dog and he said I couldn’t wash him dumb as hell not going to get my business again

This place had more stuff in it than i could need. I will definitely go back. The young man that helped my son decide on what fish to buy was very informative and obviously educated and experienced on the subject of first time fish owners. He helped my son understand the difficulty of each fish and what was needed for daily care, and i appreciated him taking the time to ensure we made the right decision.
