This is my go to Kroger. Never had a problem. But I made a quick run on Sunday night 12/17 for a 24 pack of soda. The box was sealed properly. Not broken or anything. But when I opened the box it contained this vulgar letter tucked underneath the cokes. I am not sure if it was slid in during manufacturing, from another customer or from an employee stocking merchandise but I was pretty offended. The note is in the photo.

Everyone giving this place a 5 star review haven't lived here long, because this store has gone WAY down hill. The parking lot is full, the produce is awful, there's never any lanes open, the whole store has an aroma of fish, the people who shop there now are the most aggressive humans I've ever come in contact with, and the Kroger delivery people (insta cart?) Are all thieves. They see a ramp in front of your house for wheelchairs and they'll neglect to deliver your whole order, but happily take your tip. This is the closest store to me, and the only one that offers delivery, but I'd rather make my way to the good Walmart (that I'm gatekeeping from all of y'all that helped ruin this Kroger) for curbside pickup than spend any more money here.

Kaleigh at curbside Pickup was a refreshing smiling face in comparison to what we normally experience inside from some of the cashiers. Her customer service and genuine attitude were second to none!

Very patient staff, I came in late my card did not work. They where very understanding I had over $200 worth of stuff. So sorry, but I love this location. Hopefully my card work tomorrow. This is a great Kroger location I love the staff.

So I just went into the Kroger here in Dallas Georgia and wanted nothing but a couple of cases of water and some soda. They had science displayed where it said bye to get three free so even though I won't drink that much soda for quite a while it still seems like a good idea to get the sale. So I go to the self checkout and ring up my items.I put in my Kroger Plus number and it still does not give me the proper discount so I asked the lady to please verify and she has somebody go over and look. The lady comes back and decides to tell me that there is no displays stating that sale. I walk her over and magically the signs are gone. All except for one. So now they have to honor the pricing. I ask to speak to the manager as I feel they were being dishonest. The guy comes up to me and asks me what I want him to do about it. I told him how I felt and the little fella decided to get angry at me. I asked for the number to corporate but he of course lied. 1-800-Kroger. One number short so I asked his name. Mr.Walker. I asked for his first name which he refused to give me. Sad, honestly. People should probably stay away from this Kroger. Bad service, lying and an all around bad attitude.

I typically do not do grocery pickup because of this exact reason. I was trying to order online to order my grocery and I kept getting an error code every time I went to pay for my groceries. I tried like 4 diffrent times and even used several diffrent cards. I finally had to call Customer Service in order for them to have the error code removed and I had to wait 10 min and not modify anything to finally complete my order. Well...... that pushed back my pick up time and I was okay with that no biggy. ( Not the store problem, that is a System issue.) I got home and began to put my groceries up when I noticed that the mushrooms I purchased were brown/black and no they were not Baby Bella Mushrooms, they were White Sliced Mushrooms. Now I use to work in produce for a big chain grocery store so I know when something is bad or can be salvaged. Tell me why did anyone think that it was acceptable to pick these mushrooms and say "hey they are okay and totally able to be consumed." No they are not. they are bad and needed to be thrown out. They should not have even been on the sales floor to begin with. I will not be ordering via pick up again from this location. You guys should do better and really pay attention to what your selecting for your customers. iIf you wouldnt eat it you shouldnt pick it. I would have rather not had the item than waste my money on an item I could not eat.

I've tried shopping at this Kroger more than once bc it's convenient to where I live. Every time I've tried the experience is unpleasant from the parking lot to checkout. The parking lot is an absolute nightmare, it's congested and I've seen people lose tempers more than once. The produce is absolutely nothing I'd spend my money on as I've grabbed more than one item that had no business being out for purchase. Go to Aldi, better prices and much better quality. I won't ever return to Kroger again.

Went to store on Nathan Dean at 9:30 this morning, on cashier lane was open and 4 people in line. I decided to go through self check out. Since I was the only one using those lines, I went to the one where a cleck was standing. After scanning each item I placed it in bagging area. When my peanut butter jar feel and rolled to the feet of the clerk, she made no attempt to assist. Instead she said "your peanut butter is rolling away". What a contrast from Publix where they scan your groceries, unload your cart and take your groceries to car. I used to use Kroger's because of gas points but since their gas is now unbranded my car does not run well on it. Due to poor service, lower quality produce and staff unwilling to help, I will be shopping exclusively at Publix

Love this Kroger. Visiting from Canada and have gone to this store twice. Was delighted with the customer service, cleanliness, range of products, fresh fruits and vegetables, baking, easy to use carts that roll well, there’s literally not a bad thing I could stay about the store. Thank you for your hard work. Great store! PS the sushi they make there is delicious!

I'm honestly quite surprised to see negative reviews about the Dallas Kroger because my family and I have consistently had wonderful experiences here. We've been loyal customers for a while now, and each visit has been nothing short of positive. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything on our list. We've never had any issues with the quality of the products we've purchased. Moreover, the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the store add to the comfortable shopping environment. It's evident that the management puts effort into maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for their customers. While I understand that everyone's experiences can differ, I can confidently say that our visits to the Dallas Kroger have always been enjoyable. It's become our go-to grocery store, and we'll continue to support them based on the consistently positive experiences we've had. Kudos to the team for their hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction!

There is much wrong with this Kroger, from half of my shopping list usually being out of stock to molded fruits and missing prices. I usually drive the extra 5 miles to Crossroads so that I am able to get what I need.

I really use to like shopping at the Kroger due to the location being ideal but it seems like once a week for the last month I have been bringing home food that is expired or on the cusp of going bad. The first week I bought some cubed ham and when I want to use it 4 days later I noticed it was slimy and checked the date. It was a month past its date! The next week I bought some peaches that were on sale. Bought on Saturday, by Tuesday they were already rotted. Then this past week I bought Betty Crocker cake mix for a cake for my daughter. Went to use it and the best before date was December 2022. It is July 2023!! Whoever is in charge of cycling out old or expired food is seriously dropping the ball! Some of it’s my fault I should be checking dates before I buy but to be honest I am usually rushing through picking up my groceries and don’t think to look at these things assuming Kroger would be doing that for their customers. Suffice to say I will be driving the extra 15 minutes to another store!

Really disappointed with the quality of the items in this store. I do a lot of grocery pickup and almost once a month I will recieve items that have been expired for months. Does no one in this store ever check the products for expiration? Its completely ridiculous! It's the only real grocery store around here and the quality is horrible.

Food is fresh, good meat prices. Easy to navigate, friendly customer service. Have not waited in line yet, they have 6 self checkouts aside from the regular check-out registers.

We had the worst experience at this Kroger. We tried to use an electronic coupon for $7.00 off strawberries and both the managers (Elisa and Melanie) gave us the absolute worst service and explanation as to why I couldn’t use my coupon. We first spoke with Elisa and she very rudely said we don’t do those and had no explanation. I then requested to speak to Melanie and she had no better explanation. I found that extremely disturbing and hard to believe when I had been scanning coupons on the app the entire night. If Kroger isn’t accepting electronic coupons in this day and age then you guys are eons behind the standard. And I won’t be the last to complain or say this. This experience tonight made my entire shopping experience horrible. The fact that I had to escalate this in the first place was completely ridiculous as it was only $7.00. We like Kroger but to not accept electronic coupons in today’s age is absolutely absurd.

I honestly love this Kroger’s, it’s a little further in distance from my house than some of the other Kroger’s but it’s worth the drive to me. The store tends to be clean and well stocked each time we go there to shop. I gave 4 stars because a few of the workers there aren’t really friendly and will walk past you and not speak or even ask if you need help but still isn’t a horrible shopping experience, so we still frequent this location.

This is the absolute WORST Kroger I’ve ever been to and I am never shopping there again. I’ve had to throw away meat now four times because it goes bad just 2-3 days after buying it. Everything is almost expired or rotten, especially the meat. They never have all of the produce I’m looking for, and much of the produce they do have is also rotten. The store is always dirty and the stockers and personal shoppers block aisles and don’t regard other shoppers. Despite stickers always seemingly stocking shelves, they are almost always out of things I need. Officially going to be driving the extra distance to go to another Kroger.

Really, no stars. One of the worst grocery shopping experiences ever. I have tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt because it is so convenient for us. But fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will never shop there again. Today, a FRIDAY, shelves were unstocked and not just because of 'shortages'. Some staff was half-heartedly trying to put stock out, but mostly they blocked the aisles and were less than helpful. Part of the freezer section wasn't working and the berries I needed to buy were mushy and dripping. I ended up not being able to buy several items on my list. Bad on you Kroger - just boo.

I absolutely like shopping here, but I come in during the slow hours so as to avoid commotion. I like how clean an organized the store is, I see a lot of people complaining but I appreciate their efforts, customer service is very hard.

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but this Kroger is the WORST!!! The store is nasty, their shopping carts are raggedy, and some of the food on shelf is expired. I bought a frozen pie that expired over a year ago!Clearly poor management and they should be ashamed!

Used regular check out, not self check out. Excellent customer service! One of my coupons messed up the computer, and all staff involved were quick to problem solve. Shout out to manager Ashley, cashier Kathleen, and bagger David for their kindness!

For all the people on here complaining the employees are burnt out we are running the departments with no staff working over 40+ hours no one is coming in to work and the ones that do come in quite after 2 days because they say it to much work. No one wants to work any more they just want a check. But the people that are trying to run the departments are constantly being yelled at by customers this is ridiculous kroger should hire more people blah blah blah. To be able to hire people must actually want to come in to work. Be glad we are providing you guys with a service we could eventually have to shut down due to shortage of staff and you wouldn't care so oh well.

I fully understand everyone is short staffed but you should hire people that actually want to work (seafood dept.). The woman up by self checkout was very sweet at least!
