I thought this store was very well kept and beautiful. There were fun animals to look at while waiting for feeder mice and the cashier was very friendly!I do wish that there was more room when you walk in since the checkout counter and the entrance are right next to each other, so it can get a bit clogged.

So I call this store at about 6:15pm on a Friday night to see if it would be ok to come in at 6:45pm ( 15 min before close ) . So I hauled but got there and met Steve , there were about 5-7 people in store and it seemed like he had a personal connection with everyone. Needless to say , he proceeded to spend an hour with me purchasing my new snake as well as his home . This was by far one of the best customer service experience I had in general . 10/10 would recommend and will return.

Absolutely love this place! We adopted our first beardie from here and now have a sassy duo. They’ve both been boarded here and they took great care of them! And they always have the best selection of critters for our picky dinosaurs.

This shop is amazing! We went this past Saturday evening and the staff were so sweet and helpful and answered all our questions and more. As a first time reptile owner I really appreciate how much they bent over backwards to get everything set up, including a bioactive terrarium with everything my lizard needed ready to go before I even left the store. You guys are great and easily the best place I’ve been to.

My husband and I were in search for an axolotl after trying one shop and being displeased. This place is so cool and you could tell these animals were all very well taken care! Unfortunately they didn't have axolotls but I did enjoy looking at all the different creatures and had so much fun. If I ever give in to my urge for a bearded dragon then I'll definitely come back!

Steve has been great! He helped us get started on a bioactive enclosure, made sure we didn’t spend more than we had to, and ordered a specially requested snake for us (keeping us updated with texts until delivery). The whole staff has been friendly and makes you feel like family. I’m happy to support this small local business and absolutely recommend for all your reptile needs!

Great reptile shop! The best reptile shops breed their own. This one is no exception. They have a delightful selection, not just ball pythons. Stellar enclosures for all the animals, the employees are passionate and knowledgeable. And they have jumping spiders!!! I can't wait to finish my terrarium so I can buy some of their exceptionally well cared for animals.

We absolutely LOVE this place! I got my very first Beardie and tarantula here, and always board my exotics here as well. They’re always returned so fat and happy, you can tell they really take the time to see that our critters and happy. Steve is the man, he and his family are always professional, informative, and provide service with a smile. Their enclosures are well maintained and their critters look well fed and content. I’m still staking the place out to figure out the building’s weaknesses so I can get in after hours and steal Athena. To be continued…..

We went in to see their selection of reptiles and they were gracious to let us just look around. There were a lot more varieties than we expected. The enclosures we're also interesting.We are trying to figure out if the timing is right for a pet, so it was nice to take our time to browse. Would recommend coming here for more information.

I've been to reptile stores all over Georgia, and Exotic Envy is the only place I've seen that truly cares for their reptiles.If you want beginner help learning how to properly card for your reptile or you're experienced and looking for a reptiles that's been well cared for; this is the best place for all of it.Their reptiles are individually looked after as if they were their own pets. They care about them, share information, and are more than happy to talk about everything reptile and reptile care.Seriously, there has been no place like it.The owners are incredible, the people visiting you will start to recognize as regulars, you can see the Owners relationship with everyone and it's heartwarming.If you want a reptile for a pet and can't find a place that isn't mistreating them: go here. Every single reptile is loved, and you can tell by how gorgeous their terrariums are.I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic Exotic Envy is. I could not be happier with my own reptile, he's been such a joy and it wouldn't have been possible without their love and care.

This store was 1 of 6 that we visited in the last 2 weeks. Every reptile seemed lively. The store is accessible and clean. We were looking for a starter snake for my son. The staff was very informative and friendly. We didn't get a snake that day but I reserved one over the phone a few days later. I will definitely be a repete customer in the future.

this shop is amazing. I wish I had more time to talk when I visited. I bought a 40 gallon terrarium for a ball python, that ill be buying from this shop. as a novice into reptile keeping i felt aww in the selection of reptile he had for sale. my universal rocks background for my 20 gallon for my baby bearded dragon can in. ill be adding a substrate when he get older.

I absolutely love this place. Everything about it is amazing. It’s not often that you see pet stores taking great care of animals but this one goes above and beyond. We have bought reptiles and supplies and have never had a problem. Their bioactive enclosures are absolutely stunning. Exotic Envy is AMAZING!!!!

This is a really great place. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices for worms are about the same as say Petco but the quality is far better. When the container says your getting 50 you know that all 50 are alive.

Great family. Great vibe, amazing animal setups.I bought a ball python from them and have bought feeders. They have the best quality at reasonable prices. They treat every animal with 100% the best. Definitely fun to even walk through if you have a kid that loves reptiles.

This is Zilla my bearded and some pics of Flash that belongs to Exotic Envy. Zilla loves her food from Exotic Envy. We love visiting and taking the big hornworms back to Exotic so they can give the big reptiles a treat. Great place.

Welcome to West Cobb, I've been in the reptile culture for over 40 years. I recently purchased a snake for my kids for Christmas but the store I purchased the snake from is over 30 minutes from my home. Well my wife and I were headed to breakfast and we saw a reptile store advertisement on a billboard over the breakfast restaurant.THANK YOU Exotic Envy Reptile for opening a store 10 mins from my house. The store was clean, they had a huge selection of reptiles, supplies and were very knowledgeable of their reptiles.Sherry was our sales representative, not only nice and will sell ice in a snow storm, she was funny and had a great personality. I will continue to support this local store.If you have reptiles, this is the place to purchase your supplies and reptiles.

By far one of the best shops I’ve been too in the south so far. This review was not written because I was asked too but being put out there for those needing somewhere reliable.Their selection is phenomenal from reptiles, frogs, snakes, and tarantulas. Their inventory is always rotating so there is new stuff pretty regularly so it’s not the same visit when you go.One of the best things I love specifically about this place that really separates them from other shops is that the majority of their tank set ups are bioactive. And that is not only better for the animals but it eliminates that nasty smell you get hit in the face with that most shops have.Fantastic decor selection, supplements, feeder insects, tank supplies, ect.I literally stop in every time I come through this area of town for work just to see what’s new. I’ve personally bought RETF, and Dumpys frogs from here amongst other supplie. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Love this store. Definitely #1. I came with my girlfriend to buy a Tegu and she had some doubts, we came back and the owner brought one of the juveniles and convinced her to buy it. The staff and the owner are so welcoming and made us feel at home. The store is really organized and clean. Everything was in order and all the reptiles had beautiful enclosures. Come visit this shop they are excellent. Thank you for our new tegu (Steve) we will be back soon.(Update) she’s settled in with no hassle, loves to be handled and ate her first meal, eggs and a rat..
