We were in Dallas picking up kayaks and decided to visit the downtown area. We had our puppy with us, so we decided to visit this adorable dog shop and I’m so glad we did! The girl working was super friendly and the toys they have in the store are adorable! Also, I’m pretty sure my dog’s favorite new treat is “Chicken and Waffles”. It’s also mine because it doesn’t stink like most treats we have bought. I don’t know if we will be back in Dallas, but if we are, I will definitely stop by here again!

I’m honestly very upset with Lexi. I recently followed her through a mutual store and I love local businesses especially coming from a family with such businesses.I ordered an Easter basket for my dog on 3/8/2024 — she stated she shipped it the day of purchase. I received a tracking number and everything. Followed it for a week and messaged her. I’ll attach our conversations. All seemed well and she seemed genuine until it was almost three weeks. I reached out to her on 3/16/2024 which she responded. 3/25 + then April 1st with no reply. I submitted a dispute and she had the audacity to respond to the dispute with “customer was impatient”. I was more than kind. More than patient for this order which I had yet received, it was marked delivered but I still have yet to receive it. I never write reviews to talk bad about a small business. But I was really disappointed in how she handed my case. She was active on social media but couldn’t respond to me until I submitted a dispute? I just filed a claim with UPS. So I guess we shall see what happens. This isn’t over just a $20 order..

I placed an order for a Christmas gift in November. I have yet to receive any shipping info or idea on when it will be shipped. So I reached out via email and social media and I can see my message has been read on social media as well as zero response to my email. All I am looking for is communication and updates. At this point I will not receive it before Christmas and the gift will no longer be needed. I will never purchase from this company again, I understand longer shipping times however the complete lack of communication when they have already taken my money is just unacceptable.

Love this store so much!! I took my dad in here to get something for his spoiled pups and there was so much to choose from! We found some great treats and toys for them. The owner was fantastic also…so friendly and helpful ❤️
