Lady upfront has a very dismissal attitude every time I come in she's this way not to mention she was in the office and had to come out to check me out was majorly relying on letting customers ring themselves out at self checkout while she let her coworker take over the floor work she could be out there scrubbing the coolers they could use it. She needs to learn what it means being in customer service and how to treat people. I usually don't complain or say anything I understand people have bad days but every time no thats just the way this person is.

Went in there to grab a couple of snacks, was in there for less than 10 minutes. When I went to pay I saw a wrapper for another item in the basket and put it to the side. I was then accused of eating a fruit cup which its wrapper was the one I put to the side. When asked to repeat herself the employee decided to whisper under her breath. It’s extremely disrespectful to accuse someone of stealing and when asked to repeat herself to then stay quiet, One you have cameras look over them two I have no reason to steal especially a damn fruit cup. I could understand if she asked me but when I told her no, I’m not sure where it came from. She murmured mhm and didn’t wanna repeat herself. Will never come here again , please train your employees better

they honesty don’t treat there customers very well at all. one lady was talking to a costumer and she was threatening her and not showing the costumer proof of anything as far as i saw the costumer was treated horribly and the workers couldn’t show them what they had done wrong or anything they just basically said that they feel like there stealing. idk how i feel about it it just felt very wrong

Finally Dollar General has a great crew running the show!!!!! The other crew couldn't run a red light and lost my business for a year!!! The store is always spotless and the crew is very helpful!!!! They should get raises for the jobs they do!!!!

It's a good store if you live in the area but your going to sit and wait on someone to bring your order up because there's never anyone at the register and they are not friendly to their customers. I took my 2 year old there a few times and she's smart enough to tell them everytime "thank you" and they don't even respond to her. Very disrespectful people employed there

Store closed with no announcements or warning and lights were turned off as I approached the register nearly 10 minutes before closing hour. I had to call out for assistance as no one was at the register. Someone in the office finally answered me although she never came out to help. She called out to the woman who was supposed to be at the register. That person answered her immediately. She was less than 10 feet away from me and had been the entire time I called out for help. She started to go to the register to check out my items, but after seeing that I had more than 1 or 2 items she stopped and told me she had already closed out the drawer (before the actual closing hour). She told me she would put my items back on the shelf so I wouldn't have to. She had to walk me to the door to let me out as it was already locked. The store was in complete disarray. Shelves were messy and out of order making it hard to find what most of the things I was looking for. And I wasn't able to see some shelves or even get through some aisles due to several stacks of boxes to restock shelves piled high everywhere. This was not the Dollar General I normally shop at and I probably will not shop at this store again.

Biggest Darn Dollar General I've ever been too!!! Looks & feels like ah "Walmart Supercenter" but way better!!! The night crew that was working were real laid back, extra friendly, conversated w/ me while I shopped, & all-around decent individuals!!! Keep them around for awhile, & also if I'm not mistaken the Store Manager happened to stop by that night to check up on her phenomenal crew, after chatting w/ her & helping me, I found out that she was indeed in charge, loves the job, position, the store, the whole works!! That there is why her employees love her. Her not knowing until minutes into our conversation but I myself being the General Manager of a multi-billion dollar corporation, I understood where she comes from, how she runs her store &/or business as do I w/ mine!! Best Dollar General by far for miles, & I happen to be traveling through from Savannah onward to Claxton & got word that it was recently new so figured I'd drop in & have ah look & lemme tell you not disappointed by no means!!!

The store was clean inside and out. My mom used the bathroom and it was clean. Iwas able to get the items I needed it was all in stock. The associates was friendly and I didn't have to wait in a along line.

They walked away when I was coming up to the register and I had to wait for almost 5 minutes for them to come back. And one of their u-boats hit my vehicle. Luckily no damage happened.
