The staff were great, but this store has THE WORST HOURS. First I arrived at 9:30 AM to discover they don't open till 10. What?? Then I showed up a second time shortly after 7 PM to discover they close at...wanna guess when? Yeah. 7 PM. Whose idea was it to have such terrible hours? Aren't most Petco stores open 9-9 (roughly)?

Not all that excited about going back. The store is extremely small. When I went they didn't have what I was looking for which pretty much every pet store in the country carries except this one apparently. When I asked the what appeared to me as an uneducated staff member they kept directing me to products that I wasn't looking for, nor did I want. I did make a small purchase which in itself seemed overpriced but in all honesty, I probably won't be going back to this place anymore.

I did ask the lady about discount or coupon on products . She said the discount is already on the display. I rather use coupon like 50, 60,70% instead of 20% in all products. But I’m glad the store is kept clean. I noticed when I come in and buy bird seeds they don’t have variety brands only two different brands.

Went in today and a young lady named Sophia was absolutely amazing to me!! I’m a new cat mom, and she was so patient and informative!! She literally walked me all around the store making sure I had everything I needed!! She also showed me the cutest little(huge) cat tree which happened to be on sale for a MAJOR DISCOUNT!! When Sophia realized that they had no more... she even called another location and had them hold one for me!! All of the staff was sooo friendly, professional, and extremely helpful!! I’ll definitely be shopping at this PetCo again!!

I will travel out of my way to shop at the Hamilton Mill location. The staff is awesome, especially Bailey. Bailey goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. I can also depend on this location to have fresh cat grass for customers, and not try to sell us dried up, brown, wheat grass and catnip!

Was just there to get a harness for my 5 month old part-dachshund puppy. Was worried about fit on her unusual body length and her comfort in a harness. Sophia was the customer rep who assisted us; and she really gave us more than we expected, helping us test and fit harnesses; instructing us in how to use it, and helping find other appropriate items for her size and breed.Extraordinary and wonderful customer service. If you go, ask for Sophia!

Came to Petco just to buy a bag of dog food. Found out it was cheaper in store then online and had great customer service who help me sign up for the frequent buyer program on the Petco app. I will definitely shop at the store again.

Besides that all in the store are very knowledgeable and always willing to help our last visit was exceptionally awesome! They went above and beyond to help us. My wife is a "point member" (I don't know the exact name). Apparently we had accumulated some reward that will soon expire, but for whatever reason we couldn't access from the app. The girl called customer service for us and fixed it. Wow! Thank you!

I went into the store this past weekend to buy a lot for my new puppy I’m getting in a few days. Every employee I interacted with stopped what they were doing to guide me through the store, answer all my questions and offered unbiased advice. The manager Rachel is my ultimate shout out and we ended up having a very true and real conversation about life, dogs, current climate, and so many more. I’ll be a repeat customer to this location for years to come.

Update: I went in for cat supplies today. It was an awesome experience. They've got new staff and it's so much better now.Friendly staff. The dog wash area was clean and ready to go. The shampoo could be a little better but for a bulk use, it isn't bad. We have a Great Pyrenees and we had to use almost 2 bottles of thier shampoo because it isn't very "shampooy". They're selection of foods are more along the lines of specialty foods and not your average shelf food which is wonderful!! I'd recommend this place for sure. Not quite a 5 star experience but good enough to where I'll go back.

No mice which is not their fault but the atmosphere his very "cold" in there. I had to wait a good minute to ask that question. Small store so not too many products to choose from. Not a problem if you will buy anything. My fur and scaly babies are spoiled so I do have them on the best diet. Oh well. It was a convenience thing at the time and they had nothing that I needed... Had to drive to another one.
