Every time I go to Short & Paulk Supply, I can either find what I'm looking for on my own, or someone is able to assist me in finding the right item. And if/when I get the wrong thing, I show them the receipt and they refund me or allow me to exchange it for the right thing.

Prices are way to high! There's nothing really in the store priced fair. However, you can't and won't find a better staff! They are hands down the nicest most helpful people you can find!
