Easy access for a truck driver. Had everything I needed except today was sold out of windshield washer fluid. The one employee was readily helpful with directions to where items were while restocking and tending the register, truly diligent. I will happily shop here again.

My overall experience was tolerable at best. Because many of the shelves and pegs were completely empty which meant several needed items were no where to be found. So I had to go somewhere else which was a total inconvenience for me.Yes, they were in the process of stocking. But however that is still no excuse for clutter(old back stock, clearance, etc.) to be everywhere and freight containers blocking isles and shelves.The Associates where nice, not as friendly as I'd refer, but they were busy working to put up stock.Checkout process was fairly quick today, which was unusual, so that was a plus.

The employees r real nice and friendly but the store is so cluttered. U can't get to some of the products u want to look at for buggies full of stock that needs to be put on the shelves. I have a bad back and knee and I'm constantly having to step over things in the aisles and dodging big buggies loaded with stock. It causes extra pain and aggravation.

Cuthbert dollar General has changed for the better under new management. Store is now kept clean, shelves stocked and neat. You don't stand in line like you use to. Update as of 7/27/18 - store is under new management again. The store has went down with carts in the aisles blocking you from shopping, products are finally getting straightened up on shelves, new cashiers that are still learning how to run a register and not as friendly. Put it this way, the store is not as efficient as it was.

They supposedly remodeled the store but you can barely get down any of the aisles!! There is boxes and carts of boxes on almost every aisle! I tried going there with my son and I couldn't even get down the aisles with the buggy. Very dissatisfied. I left and with not be shopping there.

I hate this store. It is always junky, messy, crowded. Stock carts everywhere, all day, everyday. Bare shelves or ransacked looking shelves. Half the merchandise isn't priced or priced wrong. Not worth the gas to town to shop there.

It's walking through aisles of clutter. Where everything you are looking for is blocked by unopened boxes from the floor to the ceiling. It is amazing that know one has fallen and been hurt in Dollar General. At least to my knowledge know One has. It is in my opinion one of the worse stores to shop at. Have of their merchandise have know prices on them and when you have to ask for a price check the workers get upset and act like it's a peronal attack on them. I give Dollar General two thumbs down!!

This store is one of the worst stores I have visit. The management sucks! If it was the last store on this Earth to buy something from, I would keep riding by. The store is not clean. Very Cluttered. Can't find what you need. Don't have a variety of items on shelves. Manager is not friendly at all!!!

Store is always messy. You cant get down the aisle due to stock not put up thats all in the way.Employees are rude and have a nasty attitude.After the rat issue and other issues i refuse to shop here.

Went to this store to get my niece some things for her dorm. The store was filthy,floor was marked up with black stains, shelves were dusty and it stunk as if the sewage pipe had burst. Would have went somewhere else if i wasn't in such a rush to get back towards Atlanta. Will never go here again!

I really feel customer service survey is costing dollar general valuable employees. How can a manager and her crew get writting because customers do not complete the survey? We have no control over the customers. Do you want us to lie and do it our selves, as most stores are doing. Culbert, Ga store has came a long way. Culbert is a small town where most slcustomer does not have the knowledge nor access to complete a survey.

Not well organized. They advertise sales but when you go to check out the sale price is not in their system. This is not the fault of the store manager but it is the fault of Dollar General.

The price on the shelf is always lower than the register price. I always have to be on guard so not to be overcharged.
