Parking lot was litter-free. Store was clean and employees were pleasant and friendly. They also wore their face masks, which is a huge plus. The women's restroom was out of order, so we all had to use the men's restroom. BUT, the restroom was clean, which is great.

Went there tonight because I forgot something at Walmart when I was in Columbus. There were still people in the store or I wouldn’t of stopped as it was 5 or 6 minutes before they closed. I pulled in and got out of my car and the boy working locked the door in my face. I’ve worked in the food and retail industries so I know how frustrating it is for people to walk in at the last minute, but I also know that you have a closing time and the door shouldn’t be locked before then. I needed ONE thing and could’ve been in and out of there before closing time. This is the only store in the area besides the gas stations so it was really frustrating. I go in there all the time and have spent hundreds of dollars in there, and honestly it was extremely rude of him to do.

It's like most dollar general stores. A lot of product in a small space. I did happen to find everything I needed. You have to be careful when you park due to being on a hill. Can't say I was wowed by shopping there. They do get quite amount of business due to their location. I do think it is time for an upgrade so they will have more space for their items.

Always have boxes in the way. I have had to move things around just to get to one thing. It is a pain. It is hard to find things because they reareange stuff too often. Things aren't always labeled, so I end up having to walk around the whole store to find stuff. Some employees are helpful, some are a little rude. One employee that was at the register was on her phone the whole time she was ringing up my stuff. She didn't greet me or even speak to me. I even tried saying hello and everything. It would be one thing if it was a store call, but she was on her cell phone talkong about personal things. I gave three stars because I know that it isn't always this way. I felt like she was very rude.

Dollar General needs to inform their cashiers of discounts offered by text msgs so they are prepared to apply the discount.. ALSO Keep the paper with the upc scan codes for the discount posted at their registers so customers aren't waiting 20 minutes for them to find it...

Every time I go into the dollar store in Cusseta Georgia they only have one employee working the cash register and the lines are very long people standing in line while the other person is on break I'm looking at a line of people backup all around the store you really need to do something about the help

The cashier was friendly but one of the other workers was resetting the there Christmas items and when I ask where was there Christmas bows she got attitude about telling me where they were located in the store

Went out to my car with another customer's grocery bag that cashier said was mine took it back inside & handed it back to the lady that she was checking out behind me customer said she was glad I was an honest personIf you have a opinion you mark the star .

The cashier that check me out kept charging the wrong price I got home then I had to go back charged me to much extra gas to go back this was unnecessary
