I am so happy I took my Nala girl here for training. Britten, our trainer was so intuitive with our puppy and takes her time to focus on every single dog and what they need to work on individually even in a group environment. She is the dog whisperer and has so much knowledge on what is best for your dog to learn and doesn’t hide your dog away from distractions. Our dogs learn to obey us even with the distractions around which I think is super important. You learn 3-4 commands a class. If the dogs aren’t ready to move forward for any reason, she will continue on the same commands until she sees the dog finally starting to get it. All the staff here is great but definitely Britten!! Thank you for all you have done to help Nala!!

I like this PetSmart. The staff are friendly. The store is outdated, but well-kept. I enjoy looking for pet supply bargains for our resident animals & foster pets. If a food is within a few months of expiry, they will mark it 50% off. That's where we come in.

Had a positive experience with Banfield. The Vet was highly professional and was able to recommend the right medicine for an ear infection my dog has been suffering with for a little over an yr. Would strongly recommend this place.

Worst retail experience I’ve ever had. Tried to return a pair of electronic training collars one day after purchase, receipt in hand, and the store manager Brian refused to accept them and recommended I “try to sell them on EBay”. After calling PetSmart customer service, I received an apology, was asked to submit a complaint, and was told that there wasn’t any reason I should be denied my refund. Sad and disappointing experience. I will not be making any more purchases at this location and I would advise anyone else to do the same.

I adopted a female Rottweiler mix from a shelter. She needed a bath and was shedding. They did a fabulous job and then we’re kind enough to take her to the vet next-door when they were done. Love the service love the people.

My wife and I have always wanted to adopt some pets. We decided to buy parakeets—to practice and experience what to expect. Parrakeets are not dogs or cats and do not require much attention and care. It is still a good start for newbies. This place is close to our house, so we purchased everything for parrakeets at this store. The staff is amicable and helpful.

I normally don't leave reviews, but I really want to give credit to the Banfield team.We have been taking our dogs here for a few years now. And they are truly amazing. Everyone is very nice, and the doctors are always thorough.Specifically, Kyle is always super outgoing and kind.I have called a few times freaking out when my older dog was sick, and he has always been so kind and caring. And does his best to get her scheduled in as soon as possible.Thank you so much Banfield team!

This grooming place is awful. We had an appointment for our German shepherd and the lady took him back to the kennel and barely tried putting him in the kennel saying that our dog wouldn’t go in the kennel. We have never had an issue with him going in a kennel at all, as he stays in a kennel while we are at work. So then they wanted to charge us $15 EXTRA for him NOT to go into a kennel. THAT IS RIDICULOUS! Management, you need to do better. So now we drove over here and the only thing they can do is a nail trim. Needless to say, DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE.

This is a great store with plenty of options. I bring my dog here every few months to restock on cat treats (pro tip, most dogs like em just as much, and they're smaller, cheaper, and you get more per bag than dog treats!) and to do a little public access training. The fish tanks are usually clean without tons of dead fish floating around (a rarity with petsmart and petcos) and the store itself is kept in nice shape. Good place all in all.

Great for a big retail store. Place was quiet, clean, and had what I was looking for so they are keeping their stock up. Employees were friendly and helpful, even though I surprised them (it was really early).In the past, they have done awesome adoption events, including greyhound rescue, which is Awesome. Hope they are able to start doing those again soon.Oh and if you need toys for your pup, they're covered up! Highly recommend.

I don’t know if the fish department is one of those departments that people feel like it’sa punishment to have to work in but it’s a challenge at this location to get someone to help you in the fish department. There’s been numerous occasions that I have sat for 15 minutes Asked for help and no one ever show up till I get so frustrated I just leave. I don’t seem to have this problem at the other locations

Why would you have Door Dash as an option for customers but when there is an issue the customer has to call Door Dash. I’m sorry but if you offer a service when there is an issue as a company you should take care of it.

PetSmart is my favorite pet store. They have many items to choose from. The store personnel are friendly and eager to help. Unfortunately they are out of the one specific canned food my cat will eat. I'm not lowering my opinion for something that is not their fault. The manufacturers should take note and produce more cans of the flavors that are sold out and lower the productions of slower selling cans. Thank you PetSmart for keeping as good a selection possible and a friendly helpful staff!!!

Wosrt place to take your pet,we had for the 4⁰ time our worst experience with petsmart grooming ladies,and her manager today,we took our dog for his appointment,when we got there,the lady pulled my dog ears for some reason and my dog automaticly react as a threat,and then she said that she wouldn't take care of my dog,because he was an "agressive" dog and he bit her hand wich didn't happen at all,he didn't bit her but he should. Lazy people,and unprofessional workers,they will never see me in the store again.
