I had to stop for little bit as my puppy was getting uneasy sitting in the car and so I was late 10 to 12 minutes. I went there for nail trimming which takes like 5 to 10 minutes. I was made to edit for 15 minutes and told they had to reschedule. I would have been ok if they had told me right away that they have to reschedule it.I won’t go there again and I won’t recommend it to anyone.

Best grooming we have ever had for our Wire Fox Terriers. Brittany is absolutely the best! She is kind, loving and listens to my preferences to my pets. They have sensitive skin as well and she pays attention to the bath products. As long as Brittany is there...we will be too! Thanks so much!!!

Chelsea was amazing ! This was my dogs first groom and he was very nervous. Chelsea had him feeling like a brand new dog by the time I picked up up. Such a wonderful person. His hair looked fantastic, he smelled great, and he was super soft. I felt he was well taken care of in my absence. I will definitely bring him here regularly.

I absolutely love taking my dog, Kai to Miss Shannon. Kai has not been groomed by anyone else. Shannon goes above and beyond every time. She truly cares about my dog. Kai is always happy when I pick him up. Grooming is not just a job for Shannon, she truly loves each dog that comes through and treats myself and Kai as if we are family.

We just adopted our dog from the animal shelter. She’s clearly been abused and we were worried that the grooming process would traumatize her further, but wanted to give it a shot because of the shedding treatment you offer. Well, she did great and wasn’t unhappy at all! Also, she looked and smelled amazing. We will definitely be using you as our groomer!

The sweetest and most artistic groomer, Ms.Brittany, was able to make my homeless looking mop of a dog into the diva she was meant to be! And she did it for much less than three other places I have tried. I am so grateful to have Brittany in our lives. My search for a caring, talented and reasonable groomer is over!

They did just half of the body grooming and left the remaining part and saying that the 4 month old puppy was biting. Suggesting to take puppy parenting sessions. Over all what I felt is they don’t even want to waste their time on small puppies or newer puppies for grooming. I would not suggest this place any more.

Elizabeth has been Wynter's groomer for a couple of years now and he and I both are extremely satisfied with her! Liz is a caring and excellent animal lover and groomer who is always willing to help. Thank you for keeping her employed :)

I was talked I to paying $13 extra for a safer way to trim a dogs nails. When I picked the dog up, no one said anything about anything being wrong. They chatted with me while I looked for a envelope to leave a tip. In the car I noticed blood on the seat and the dog licking his foot. I called and they said "oh well sometimes that happens". No apology, no offer to refund my $13. I will not be back.
