I brought my dog to VICTORIA to be groomed by her. She asked me if I want the same as usual and I said yes. When I picked him up, she asked me to put the card in first while she went and got the dog. He came back, looking like a completely different dog. Chopped and not blended uneven and way too short. She chopped off his ears, completely lopsided and told me she thought it would be cute. Why asked someone how they want the haircut if you are going to do what you want anyways? And then lie and say that conversation never occurred. My beautiful Maltese does not even look like a Maltese! He was traumatized! They cut him and left him in a crate for seven hours with no water and no going to the bathroom I believe. I tried calling for hours, and no one would answer the phone. He would not stop drinking when he got home! Never ever again! So sad as we were going to add him into our family holiday photo! Of course, we still are!

Do not believe the negative reviews, unfortunately some customers are never satisfied. Both of our dogs Diplo and Rex go here and every single time they come out looking amazing. Sure, do sometimes the dogs take all day, yes. It’s because they are busy and take their time ensuring your dog is safe and looking great. Hands down the best dog groomers around.

Before the store(PPG), before Pip and Spark, before all the dye, you were Shirlok's(W-SAR) groomer in your garage. I'm glad to see, despite all your success, nothing has changed.I would like to take the time to say Thank You. And express my sincere gratitude. Pip and Spark (Golden Doodle pups) look amazing after their very first trip to PPG at 17 weeks. I can't wait for the first Dye job!More importantly they seem very happy today and Pips scratching has stopped. This morning while showering, much to my surprise, the pups began to sulk outside the shower door. When I opened it, they were very curious and excited to jump right in with me, they wanted another bath today. They have begrudgingly had a bath almost every week since they were 8 weeks old, somehow, you made bath time, play time, in one visit!Mya, I and our care givers are such an important team in bringing these pups up healthy and well adjusted. To me, they are not my puppies, they are my children. I need to teach them to grow and learn and think so they can travel the country and become successful, happy, rescue companions and wilderness Search and Rescue Lifesavers.Their comfort with other humans and other animals, water and wind, being apart from me and each other, are all part of this growth. Pawsh Purrfect Grooming (PPG) is a delightful companion in this process.Untill my puppies are 2 years old, we only trust our groomer and our Vet with this immense responsibility and time away from us.You make our trust in you and your organization, an easy choice. Besides the fact that the place is very DIRTY, they also lie about the prices and won’t release your dog until you pay what they are asking. They did a horrible grooming job. Before leaving my dog there, I confirmed that the price will be $80-$95. 3 hours later, when we came to pick up the dog, the bill was $150. No explanation of the extra charges or why no one called us to inform that it will be more. Plus my dog was clearly hurt in the process and I had to take her to our vet.

Love the new set up ! Always a great experience. Clean spa like feel and professional friendly staff . Even though Jasper wasn’t a gentleman on the way out they were still kind and understanding. Hopefully he will mind his manners next time !

Victoria is incredible!!! Our dog is uncooperative and aggressive during grooming (even with mild sedatives on board). Victoria recommended that we take him to the vet to get a stronger sedative (Acepromazine). Even after being bitten and verbally insulted by the grimy pooch, Victoria was still willing to work with him again. The stronger sedative made him very drowsy and weak (as expected), but she worked so carefully with him and took her time so that he could adjust and stay comfortable. He looks amazing, and I feel so much relief knowing that I can take him somewhere that he’ll be safe and won’t hurt himself or the groomers. The entire staff is amazing!! From booking the appointment to picking him up, the whole process is a great experience. 100% recommend them! I tried to attach photos, but I wasn’t able to, just take my word for it!!! His hair was matted under his belly and is all nice and clean now!

We love Pet Spa on Bethelview! They groom all three of our Yorkies and their cuts look amazing! The staff is super sweet and we feel confident our fur babies are safe and cared for when we leave them.

These ladies are a joy to work with. I have one puppy and one senior citizen who they have worked with me so well. If you live anywhere near them, these are the groomers you want to work with your baby!!

Staff was awesome! They made it so easy and simple to get our doggy a cut! Goodness knows he was a matted mess post-quarantine! Ok he looked naked, but it's growing back lol!!!

While the staff is very nice our dog will not be returning to Pawsh Purrfect. I dropped him off at 8:30am for a groom. At 4:00pm I still had not heard from Pawsh and called to check on him. He was not even STARTED! The groomer told me that she was finishing a dog and would start on ours next and then it'd be about 45 minutes. I asked if he was just sitting in a crate all day... she told me that the dogs are bathed and dried and then groomed on a first come, first serve basis. I dropped my dog off at 8:30am, how many more came before him when the drop-off window is 8:00am-9:00am or 9:00am-10:00am??? At 5:00pm they called to tell me he was about 10 minutes from being done.I was there at 5:15pm, there was not ONE other dog in the shop (other then their own)! This is completely unacceptable. Our dog was there for NINE hours, for a groom. When we got home I could tell he was not let out to go potty or given much water.This was the 2nd time we went to Pawsh Purrfect and the same thing happened the first time (not 9 hours, but about 6.5) - I thought maybe they just had a busy day and I was happy with the groom so decided to go back. Never again. A good groom or not a dog should not be there for 9 hours. The need to work on time management or take less dogs per day.I am disappointed as the staff is so kind, but our dog deserves better.

I had a terrible experience and won't be going back. My dog was SCHEDULED to be colored for mothers day, and I made an appointment for it. I dropped him off at 10am, After almost 8 hours, my dog returned to me covered in glitter looking like he was ready to go to a Taylor swift concert. She did not fulfill any of my requests because she “didn’t have the time” even tho I scheduled this appointment days in advance. I also want to mention that my dog drank two bowls of water when he got home, which leads me to believe that they didn't give him any water while he was there. Last but not least, I want to highlight that they were cursing and screaming at the dogs when they barked. This was not worth $200, step it up..

First time having to groom my dog and I could not be more happy with the service we received. I was reassured that Crash would be well taken care of for the day. When I returned to pick him up, he was wagging his tail looking handsome and clean! It felt great knowing the staff loved him and he was not stressed at all.The price was exactly what I thought and every detail was explained.Thank You

I made an appt to take my dog in for grooming in Saturday from 9-10. He was the last dog to be picked up because he wasn’t ready I paid for a full grooming and his nails are dirty and have not been cut. I am taking him back for his nails to get cut but every time I take him it’s always extra they want to charge last two times it’s never just one set price they always end up charging all these additional fees I took my dog to another groomer last month just to see if it was just this groomer and it is. I tried one more time telling them I wanted a full groom and of course never one set price. My daughter picks up my dog since my son is hospitalized I see my dog today on Monday and his paws are dirty and nails were not cut after spending $150. I am only taking him back so they can finish what they started but won’t he going back. I just now checked his ears to make sure they were cleaned and they were not.

We have been looking for years for a good groomer. We are so glad we found pawsh purrfect. They do a great job, and make our dog feel so comfortable. The staff is very friendly and treats our dog like their own.

I was really looking forward to a pleasant experience after being referred and reading the reviews. Unfortunately, it was far from pleasant as my poor baby’s cut was butchered by a groomer whom I wasn’t even aware was going to be doing the grooming. I am very disappointed as Victoria was supposed to be grooming my baby, and I was very specific about technique, but he was passed to a groomer who it appears doesn’t even have 6 months worth of grooming experience. If you have a breed that requires a specific cut and a listening ear, go elsewhere.

Dropped my dog off at 8:45 and she was locked up all day and not ready till after 6PM. Way too long for a 14 yr old dog to be crated. Then when I commented about the amount of time she was crated the groomer argued and said my dog was dropped off at 10. I knew it was 8:45 because I talked to the owner at 9:30 on the phone and my dog was there at the time.

After a family member passed I inherited my new dog miracle. I tried getting her groomed other places and was never satisfied. My experience at pet spa was amazing they listen to my requests and I could tell my dog was comfortable and happy. Every one is very nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Our very excited/hyper 4 month old cockapoo Teddy had his very first groom here. They did such a good job on him. I am very pleased with the groom and will definitely be back. The lady at the front checking in was very kind and welcoming, she answered any questions I had.

Pet Spa went above all my expectations! My sweet 1.5 year old German Shepard mix suffers from anxiety and has had difficult experiences at other grooming locations. Pet Spa created a welcoming environment for her from beginning to end. Their staff is excellently trained and equipped. I cannot recommend Pet Spa enough!
