Will definitely donate here from now on since it goes towards saving animals. Really great stuff. Bought a monitor for home office for $20 that works perfectly and more great finds. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love this place.

With all of the other thrift options in town these folks need to remember that THRIFT is part of their name. The majority of items are overpriced for what they are and the manager is relatively rude. Lord help you if you ask a price on something, or if something not tagged is for sale. They also like to turn the lights off on you 30 minutes before closing so it's not a super friendly atmosphere. To their credit, the younger staff are very sweet and apologetic for the attitude of the other ones. They usually do have a good selection of items, but no treasures unless you're willing to pay above new retail for something used and / or broken.

An absolutely amazing thrift store. There's new stuff everytime I go in. It's a treasure hunt. I almost always leave with something unique. The prices very, but they are fair for what you're getting. The staff are friendly and helpful. I visit often.

It has been a while (maybe 6 months?) since they changed management and the prices have gone up considerably on some items like furniture and "specially priced" items. Sometimes their used/donated items are only a few dollars cheaper than buying new. It is also no longer handicapped accessible. Many of the aisles are too narrow for a wheelchair and there are usually items blocking the aisles. There is one area near the lamps that especially seems like a fire hazard (one way in and out).

It is pretty bad you go in to browse and they have a sign with prices listed but when you get to the counter they tell you it is 5 times that listed price and continue to argue that state law on selling for what is posted telling the customer that service can be refused because the customer is asking them to honor the posted price. I would really love the opportunity to speak with the head of Forsyth County's humane society.

Very friendly staff! Nice selection of items, not usually crowded, affordable, goes to help a cause I like too, what more could you ask for? Well I cud think of a few but they are not Google appropriate.

Incredible bargains. Prices and quality much better than what I’ve been getting at Goodwill. Clothing actually sorted by size which Goodwill does not do so you don’t spend all day on the hunt for your size. I appreciate this. Really like that it is a no kill shelter that brings in animals from other counties when they can.

Found a cute little silver fork that had no packaging and I really wanted to buy it. I guess I bothered the manager who had more interest in talking to her friends than waiting on a peon like me, and she was so insistant that I must have taken it out of something because the nature of my query was that I saw it on a shelf in a basket of miscellaneous items and wanted to buy it. I said no, and just wondered if I could buy it and apologized for the inconvenience, but would they be able to sell or if not I understood. No package was opened nothing of that sort, but I must be attempting to steal. Oh and to make matters worse I was buying a prayer rug for a friend, that was very nice and she was very despising of that and kept talking down. I paid my money, and they did give me a price along with the rudeness for free. What a bargain. I guess it was a bad day for the short, blonde haired older lady, and I haven't been back since. Come down and get over yourselves, to be humiliated for my purchases, which really aren't their business. I guess I wasn't spending enough, or one of their friends.

Amazing bargains here! Found some great home goods and bought my little brother a barely used skateboard for only ten dollars! They are very reasonably priced here and are super friendly! Great location and great finds!

The Humane Society Thrift store at this location has not been in services for over 2 weeks straight. Private non-profit, with goods and services, however no one is available to open the doors. I could never run a business this way because someone would insist that I was committing fraudulent activities. Please open and operate! Thanks. Oh and please unlock the bikes, especially since they are being used for props , someone can use those items.

Very typical thrift store in terms of items available - always a treasure hunt!Store was very clean, efficiently organized, and full of furniture, clothing, decor and holiday stuff.The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the proceeds support the Forsyth Humane Society - I can't think of a better place to shop for bargains! :)I will certainly bring my collections from spring cleaning here for donation, too.

Everyone needs to remember that all that work here are volunteers and are giving of their time for free. This is a difficult business and the proceeds go for a fabulous cause. So stop your complaining. Oh and to the lady that said "no mask worn here" so I will not shop here - get real - the masks do nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like what they stand for, but just have never found much I wanted to take home. Do have lots of Xmas stuff as the season approaches. I will visit again from time to time.
