Super easy to set up an appointment within a few days as a new customer, and a lot of that has to do with their great normal standard business hours. Groomer was great we highly recommend. Great communication and perfect amazing groom on a tricky breed. Followed some specific grooming asks perfectly. So professional and kind. Thank you.

I took my Daisy to Fran and Friends for the first time today. I must say the whole experience was really very good! Kila (not sure of the spelling) did a wonderful job grooming Daisy…she looks adorable! When I picked Daisy up she was very happy, tail wagging, she ran back to the groomer several times wagging her tail. That was a great sign that Daisy had a pleasant experience. I will definitely go back! Thank you Kila!

Ive been using Fran and Friends 15 years. Its changed ownership several times however. Im very disappointed in new owners. Charging me $95 for my 6 llb chihuahua. Never paid over 55 for hed to be groomed. I will not be back. Ask prices before you go

I love Fran N Friends! My goldendoodle, Vesta does too! Linda at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming. I love to see all the cute pups being groomed when I drop off and pick up Vesta. I highly recommend Fran N Friends!1/9/24 Vesta had another successful grooming today. Salem, her groomer did a wonderful job! Vesta was a little overdue, quite curly and cute, but always a bit more challenging for the groomer. I highly recommended Salem…she is a gem!💎🐾

This groomer ruined my poodle. Cut off his Pom on his tail without asking. Ive had poodles for 18 years and no groomer has ever done this. I am livid. When I called to complain they had the nerve to interrupt me, shout over me etc… and tell me his tail was “matted”. Had that been the case which it was not they could have called me. He was at the vet 2 days ago and they are witnesses that his tail was not in poor condition. Bottom line is last time I was in they were down to one groomer. All the groomers had quit. I doubt the one who did this is even trained. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. See the picture for yourself.

I took both of my dogs here today for the first time and they did a great job! I have a 5 year old and a 10 year old rescue dogs. They were quite comfortable with the groomer Salem. They took care of my senior dog , no more now, who many groomers didn’t want to clean her. Salem and all the staff are very friendly caring and accommodating. Very happy to take my dogs here.

I took both of my dogs here today for the first time and they did a great job! I have a 4 year old rescue dog and he’s incontinent, so many groomers won’t take him. They were very friendly and accommodating and even willing to diaper my sweet dog!

Liz did a wonderful job grooming my 65lb Goldendoodle. She listened to my requests and he looks perfect. Sometimes he looks funny for a few days after his grooming appointment with his fresh blowout but he looks fantastic and I’m so happy. The customer service from start to finish was amazing and everyone I spoke to was so friendly and nice. It took about three and half hours which is typical/expected. I’ll definitely be back!

I brought my Giant Schnauzer pup (7 mo) to Fran and Friends as a first time client. The only reason I came here is because they were closer to home than the previous groomer (big mistake). They butchered my dogs cut!! His eyebrows are uneven, they cut his beard off, his legs look like they trimmed him blindfolded, so uneven. They shaved his stomach horribly, and his private area. I asked them when I arrived if he behaved, and the woman I spoke to (who I assume groomed him) said he was well behaved and did very well with no trouble. I didn’t look him over well enough while at the groomer shop before leaving, which was also a big mistake, and waited until I got home. I will not be back and DO NOT RECOMMEND. The staff was friendly, but I am not happy with the cut, especially for the $108 (discounted) I paid for it.

Very accommodating!They were able to fit me in within a week's notice! My dog gets rather antsy with a razor and the staff were very accommodating to her (was told they gave her some space for a few minutes whenever she started to become nervous during her grooming). They take your dogs favorite treats to help entice them (some locations do not take treats). When I came to pick her up, the receptionist answered all of my questions (how she acted during the grooming, how they were able to cut her fur, etc) without a hint of annoyance. She was definitely eager to go back home while I paid, but she was not fearful or scared. I've attached some pictures of her before and after. Will definitely come again!

Our little CavaPoo, Snickers, is 11 yrs. old. While he is in great shape for his age, he has a heart murmur and so must be treated with an extra bit of TLC. Our mother was visiting from out of town for the holidays with her 4 mos. old Poodle puppy, Ginger, that badly needed grooming. Another groomer was unable to take her and recommended that we try Fran & Friends. We were readily able to get an appointment and they did a great job for her first grooming. Our little CavaPoo, Snickers, is 11 yrs. old. While he is in great shape for his age, he has a heart murmur and so must be treated with an extra bit of TLC. Due to 1 bad experience with previous big box pet store groomer after using them for 6 years, we had to go elsewhere. Fran and Friends did a great job. He has a cute puppy cut, which is great because his fur is not too short. Snickers was his usual frisky self when he got home so we know they took good care of him. In his photos, you can see the care and detail of his cut. I highly recommend!

Thank you Fran & Friends! We recently got the green light from the vet to have our 18 week maltese puppy get his hair cut! We searched far and wide for an available groomer asap! Much to our dismay most places are booked including Fran & Friends. Long story short, Fran & Friends was great, they were very accommodating with us, being first time puppy owners we didn’t know what to expect! (We honestly thought you get to stay with your dog/puppy the entire time but we saw lots of dog/puppy parents just dropping off their pups). I believe her name is Linda also explained the process to my husband too. Thank you thank you thank you for working with us and working us in! Great customer service and our puppy loves that he doesn’t have all his hair weighing him down 🤣 so awesome job with his first grooming session! I would definitely recommend Fran & Friends Pet Grooming!!

Taken my dog there for about 6 years. I took him to get vaccinations at vet and then here for grooming. I don’t don’t think he would be in a bad mood but the called and said he growled at the person when trying to get him in the for a bath.I went and picked him up right away and they suggested bringing him back in a couple days when he hadn’t just been to the vet.I called for an appointment and now they don’t want to see him again.Wow! No understanding here. Not even the guts to tell me to my face. Tell me one thing and then just ban me.Be careful.

Always Very happy with Jacob . He grooms my dog so perfectly every time. Been going to Fran and Friends for years and have always well exceeded my expectations for dog grooming. Only problem I had was today. Tried to pay with cash and they had no change. I had the exact cash but wanted to leave a bigger tip for Jacob so they suggested to put it on my on my credit card. The front desk did not inform me there is a 3 percent credit card charge and ran my card through. This upset me since I wanted to pay in cash . I would have rather had the credit card fee paid out to a larger tip then pay it to a credit card company. I complained to the front desk that they did not inform me of the charge and they could have cared less. So I won’t be going back because of the front desk. Good customers should not be treated that way.
