Website rental made this transaction very easy. The lady called me after the transaction and gave me all the details I needed to know, even left the lock inside the unit so I could access it quicker than going to the office. Check out was very easy as well.

We had a problem and wanted to talk to the manager. We were informed we could not. I was told to send an e-mail and maybe she would get back to me. They did not want to reimburse us for insurance they were charging us when we had our own insurance. Beware when you rent from them.

It’s is a horrible place with extremely terrible help. High prices on units there management isn’t knowledgeable on what there job description are and management seems not to be able to tell the truth and be truthful. I would suggest looking else where that Crawford Storage.
