So far, so good! The folks at Arnoldsville Storage made the process of renting a unit easy and efficient. Everything was handled over the phone and email. Also, the folks I dealt with were friendly and very helpful.

Kim was excellent to work with. I had 4 trailers that I needed to park on short notice and she was able to get all 4 of my trailers in the same day. Definitely felt secure that it takes a key card to enter and that is was 24 hour accessible.Highly recommend for anyone in the area needs to park a trailer.Prices were very very reasonable.Without a doubt will use them if I’m in the area again.

Mrs. Kim is amazing at her job, and has an amazing attitude. She helps you alot. She lets you know up front about how the late fees can cost you, and she is willing to be there at all times if needs be! The Storage facilities are very clean, and they keep it where no pest can come in at all.

I have to admit I am not easily impressed, but I am delighted with the customer service at this storage facility- which is top notch!! Margie is the manager and she is wonderful! She is courteous, genuine, and sees that all your needs are met without delay. The facility is clean, the area is safe, fenced/gated, and the units are well kept. I have rented from other storage facilities in the past and I totally appreciate the price at this location. They are very reasonable compared to others. It’s a little outside of town, but the price makes it totally worth the drive. I am very happy to have found this place to store my stuff and would totally recommend it to anyone. P.S. They have the cutest dog in the office- she is restricted behind a baby gate though. Thank you Margie, you are the best!!!

A good experience. The manager, Kim was excellent explaining everything I needed to know about the facility's policies, the storage unit and the facility itself. The unit was clean and better than I had imagined.I would recommend this facility to anyone needing a storage unit.

I highly recommend Arnoldsville Mini Storage. I had to unexpectedly move in the spring and needed to store most of my living and dining room furniture. I leased a 5x10x9 non-climate unit for an incredible rate making the slightly long drive (from Athens) worth it. I found the very affordable unit spacious for all of the items I needed to store. Payment was easily handled online. When it came time for me to move out, they allowed me to return my access card and move out even though they were technically closed for the day. The property manager, Margie, was always friendly and kind throughout the entire process. You will not find a more affordable option with such a high level of professionalism. It was a pleasure.
