I never write reviews EVER!! but from the experience I had with the Covington store, a review is a must!I went into the Covington store to purchase a Mr Heater having no experience of propane heaters at all. Right of the bat, Sarah (I believe she is the manager) greeted me with her usual smiley self, and we went and looked at heaters together. She was as perplexed as I was with how many there were and the differences in them, so she calls Lemar who was so helpful, and together we all went through different heaters and their benefits.Anyway we settled on the big boy Mr Heater 30,000 btu's and started to look at the set up. Sarah went above and beyond to help and didn't just want to send me home with a heater I had no idea about how to put together. Between Sarah and Lemar, they made sure that I had all of the connections I needed and even put the thing together for me in-store including the legs so that all I had to to was take it home and screw it into the propane tank.I have had it a day and it's amazing!!!I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to Sarah and Lemar for all of their help. They are an absolute credit to your store. Sarah is so lovely everytime I come in. Nothing is too much, and she always goes out of her way to make me feel like I am never an inconvenience. I know she is super busy so I really appreciate that.The heater works perfectly and more importantly it is safe. I can't thank them enough.

The review is based upon the the staff that is uneducated in their policies regarding price matching. I was told several different things in a matter of minutes all which are untrue. The item I requested a price match on met all the criteria posted on TSC’s website , I called corporate to dispel all the incorrect information the assistant manager rattled off … April you were wrong and rather then go back and fwd I just went to another TSC and got the deal I was asking for . Of course if I bring that receipt you won’t be able to say it’s regional bc this store is in your region but you would undoubtedly come up with another excuse on why you choose to not honor the written policy… again the item met all the criteria. But end result I drove 20min and got what I wanted

Tractor supply store is a local source for farm supplies, animal feed and supplies, tools and a whole lot more. This store has an abundace of farm equipment supplies and animal feed. Staff here were ok but not as friendly and helpful as I have found in other other Tractor Supply Stores. The store was clean, well stocked and organized. There is adequate parking with easy access to the store. You can see the Tractor Supply Store sign from the road but you might want to Google map it so you don’t miss it. It’s not that obvious.

The management is absolutely terrible, spoke with Sara and she had an attitude the entire time, very judgmental of the question I was asking, all I asked was where the restroom was. Once she told me, I walked away and she proceeded to make a side remark, not sure exactly what she said, but it was very disheartening. Never coming back here.

The curbside pickup orders are never ready, no one can ever find them, and employees seem annoyed that it was even placed. We always have to go in and find our order on the shelves ourselves. Stock on animal feed is always low or out of stock.

Large amounts of stock, staff very friendly and helpful. Store was closing at 7pm we arrived at 6:45 Looking to get a bigger dog create. Everyone was very helpful most importantly they didn't rush us to finish up.

Extremely rude employees, I mean my god I don’t know what the issue is, but I went there twice yesterday and I’ve never seen employees more ticked off than these guys, just because I showed up. Nobody should ever go here.

This location is my go-to for great items & great customer service. On my last visit, I was looking for an item & a young man approached me & asked if he could help me with anything. After I told him what I needed, he took me straight to it & volunteered to help load it in my vehicle after I checked out. I told him that the experience was exceptional & I’d be sure to give a positive review.Jadyn is AWESOME & he makes customers want to return just for the great experience. Thanks again Jadyn!

If you are looking to buy a pair of waterproof boots do not buy Ridgecut boots. Just bought some and the security tag they took out left a hole. No longer waterproof water leaks all in them.

Have a great line of dog food that my dogs love. 4health. I have three dogs that are sometimes picky eaters in this food is always been great for them. We recently added chickens to our group and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about how to raise chickens successfully. Their immunization days are great and they will treat your pets on site. Great store

Whatever I have needed, has been there. The employees have been extremely nice and helpful. One employee, a really tall kid with red hair, carried my item to the register. I've only had pleasant experiences at this location.

Thank goodness small friendly businesses still exist. Went here after the local big box store had no clue what I was looking for. Next time I will start here. Great staff earned my business and have a new customer. Great job!

This tractor supply is a joke . I went in 2 days before Christmas to see what would be a nice gift to get my husband. I saw they had some belts marked down, so I decided to get one for my husband. I looked around to see if anything else would catch my eye, and I saw these plush “stuffed animals”, so I decided to get one of those as well for my oldest child. The reason I decided to buy it , was 1. My oldest loves dogs, and 2. The price on the sign showed $5.99. I went to the register, my items were wrong up, and I remember wondering why it came up to so much, but I was in a rush, so I paid, and left. Fast forward to after Christmas my husband goes to exchange the belt, and they charge him an additional $5.00 because when I purchased the belt it was on sale. My husband came home and told me , and I was irritated because he was exchanging it for the same belt in a bigger size, what frustrated me even more, was when I looked at the receipt, I got charged 12.99 for a plush toy, that I thought I was getting for $5.99. So yeah don’t think I will bother shopping here again. I will have to find somewhere else to buy my husbands Carhart clothes/ accessories.

Very difficult and rude manager named Richie!His staff is very helpful. Sarah went beyond her job requirement to help us.Do not buy a Coleman UTV from Tractor and Supply and esp the Covington store. They plan to sell the one I took back with transmission and more Issues. You will have to go thru corporate to return it and I was told by Richie that the District Manager from Corp was in on all the trouble we had from this store including returning our UTV for one and it had been dropped and was busted up. Just stay away !

Wayne & Mike are always great on filling my propane tanks & the gals at the register always are friendly & efficient! Good stock of items!Be advised, you CAN access the store turning East off of GA-142 at a newer traffic light just SE of the store's campus - no need to enter the road to the East from the North frontage road by I-20... :)

I always go there to buy my fur baby's food and it's a 55 pound bag. The young men there are eager to help me load into the cart and even puts it in my trunk. In addition, I always get a "have a nice day" & a smile

Not a fan of this Tractor Supply location. The staff is never friendly - I have experienced numerous times where staff stood around chatting as customer's waited in line. Once I was waiting by the register a staff member had just walked away from only for her to return to the other cash register and call the person last in the line behind me over. Many many situations like that which make no sense. Also super duper poor quality hay - do not feed it to your animals especially horses. Got a bale thinking it would be okay and ended up using it for dog bedding because it would have 100% coliced a horse. I was patient with this location at first since it is closer to my home, but have started driving up to the Athens Tractor Supply as it is so much nicer, better stocked, and the staff is way friendly. It is so worth the extra time if you live more in the direction of Athens. Heck, even the Monroe store is significantly better and they are out of stock pretty frequently of items I need.

Came here on a weekend for the pet vets . Was nice fast in doing a wait . A little scary when I went I was in the middle of 2 pitbulls. I love pitbulls but i dont think they liked my dog . She was just 5 months though. I had to carry my dog lol .

I have never seen such disrespect from management as I saw tonight in this store. The eye rolling and disregard to other employees was ridiculous and uncalled for. The so called manager “Sara” needs a different job.
