Such a great grooming staff the two ladies & one male worker that were present. I love the ease of booking and they have been great about getting us in really soon. The staff did great with my Tibetan Mastiff puppy who was very scared. I was worried she wouldn’t be able to last getting groomed but they did such an amazing job on her for her first grooming visit ever. The pricing was amazing for the quality of service and the services provided. My girl left a lot for them to clean up but the staff was already talking about having her back again soon. I was shocked they wanted her back she had hair all over the place.

I got my dog groomed, and he stated smelling bad the next day. Money totally wasted, and they charge a lot more than Petsmart. I did receive great customer service, but my dog will be going back to Petsmart for the next grooming service.

Sent our dog here for grooming. I could clearly hear the chaos in the background, but I was desperate for her to get a bath and nail filled down.We were called to pick her up, and the first thing I noticed was that she didn't come back with the usual clean and groomed appearance after her sessions from prior places.Her nails were clipped and filled down, though.That night, the unclean smell was back like she never got cleaned.Called the store and spoke with an assistant manager, and he said the manager would be in touch the next day. I gave our dog a bath the next night, and she finally looked and smelled like she got a bath. Also, another way to know if she hasn't gotten bathe in a while is how much she sheds when being bathe. She shed so much during her bath session at home, which confirmed my suspicion.5 days later, still no call back, I called again and got the manager. She proceeded by telling me that her team said our dog has a yeast infection, hence why she looks uncleaned and smelly a few hours after a bath. No explanation from my end was enough to get her to understand that services paid for were either not rendered or poorly administered.Please do not send your pets here for grooming if you want accountability people doing what they agree to. It seems the staff are overworked and overwhelmed, and sadly, this will affect the service provided to your beloved Pet.

If I could put zero stars I would. Not only was it a 3.5 hour wait time to keep my dog for a basic bath and nail cut they managed to slice her leg on the side of the bathing tub and call me making it seem like it was alittle cut… they did not offer me a discount or even offer my pup a treat after this happened. So I paid full price and for a treat to comfort my pup. Not to mention the lady who did this did not even come to me and apologize for this incident….. never coming back.

Nice people but the groomers were completely disorganized and lazy. When we made the appointment the groomer told us it would be 1.5 hours but it took them 5 hours they never called to tell me she was finished. I showed us 30 minutes before closing and picked her up. She said she didn't have my phone number and they still had several dogs there.They gave her a mowhowk !? I called 3 times to check in and the grommer was always on a break.This place really needs management to supervise their employees.

Its more pricey than PetsMart but the staff are incredibly nice and really make it worth the trip. They are never too busy to help you find something or advise you on what to buy.I've come here different days, shifts and literally never met a rude person.The picture I attached is my cat Willa I adopted here 3 years ago!

First time I brought my dog for grooming and honestly the last.Let me start saying that I made the appointment online and called the store because I did not receive the confirmation they said they were fully booked for the day. An hour after I received a call saying that they had an opening. (Very disorganized) my puppy is almost 6 months I asked them to do a full haircut they lady started to say bunch stuff and asked me to sing a paper I did. Later on I got a phone call saying that the dog was moving (“jajajaj” of course I bet money all dogs do the same at the groomer) and it was not safe to do the haircut they will only do a “puppy trim which includes the face and anal gland expression. Guys when I picked my dog and saw him it was like they did not even touched him except for his face, that was the only thing they did because did not even brushed his hair and CHARGED ME $56 when the regular haircut is 65.$56 for only the face of a 8 pounds puppy.When I complained the entire staff including the ones on the front were in front of us criticizing us and basically laughing on our faces, but since I am not like them politely pay my ridiculously $56 and I hope they last too much because I wont ever come back.

This place is WILD. Their animals are severely emaciated, neglected and riddled with mites to the extent that one of Covington's local vet hospitals has taken in (not on the volition of petsense management) animals brought in for neglect from this location. Today was the third time that i am personally aware of. No care. Animals left in their cages after death to the point of decomposition.

Thank you store Manager on 07/29 and her manager. There support for our breeding program was outstanding. Definitely a happy customer and will continue to purchase all dry kibble food.

We met someone who was adopting a rescue dog to buy a collar, leash and food. We were treated very rudely and unwelcomely and even asked why were we even there? They even had a loyality card for a free bag of food. Keep it .The employee was an older lady and she even followed us out to the parking lot. Three families who have long time shopped in this store will never go back. Your younger employees were always much nicer. 3pm Sunday 6/26/2022. Good luck keeping this store open. We will not be recommending Petsense in Covington anymore !

Bought a small plastic 40$ fish tank. Took it home and it was cracked. Took it back to the store and they said they couldn't take it back broken. Still in the box with my receipt. I didn't want my money back. Just an exchange for the same tank. The guys at the desk tried to help but manager refused. It's 40$ I just threw in the trash.

So disappointed. I came in last week to ask about a specific dog food. I explained that I had to buy a bag every week and was assured that they kept it in stock. Well I drove all the way there today only to find it out of stock and now I have to go to tractor supply anyway. Huge waste of time.

The people that I have dealt with are SUPER FRIENDLY and very helpful.When I am in the area, I always stop in and pick my babies up something to snack on.If they are in the SUV, they know it is “... going to be a great day for them!”Check this place out for all your pet supplies. Loved my entire experience at Petsense! The staff was incredibly friendly, and completely spoiled my dog. I easily made a same-day grooming appointment and she was available for pick up right on time. She smells amazing, is so soft, and seemed to have a good time! The groomers are just the sweetest and did and excellent job, the store is clean and inviting. Will definitely be coming back!

I have an American bully dog and she's allergic to everything causing serious skin issues. The fine folks at pet sence have helped me so much is getting her on the right dog food and other different remedies. Pet sence is great

Their groomers are really sweet to the clients and their owners.As for today, 12/19/21, around 2 PM, the employees at Petsense went above and beyond in helping me find and fit the perfect collar for my always ready to pull GSD. Now I can finally walk my dog without the yikes.Thank you!

Wasn’t greeted by either employee when I went in, but they were both up front. No one else was in the store. I walked around a couple of minutes looking for a particular item , had to walk near the register while looking but neither girl asked if I needed help.

The sales associate was so nice. He helped me carry out these giant bags of cat litter. You could just tell he really enjoyed helping the customers and took ownership in his job

I don't know what happened. I been bringing my dog here for almost 5 years now and our trip today was so unpleasant. My dog's grooming went from $55 to $65! A full groom doesn't include what she used to get, which was a bath, trim, and nails filed. She doesn't even get bows in her ears or a scarf anymore. I wasn't informed about the price changes until AFTER I dropped her off. I received a call about an additional $10 for detangling after services was started on her. Isn't that part of the job???? The customer service has declined so bad. Even scheduling is a hassle. As a long time customer I expect to be notified of price changes while scheduling.

I love this place! Super quick and cheap grooming my dogs. The employees are super nice and sweet to my dogs when I bring them in. Last time I was there my dog pooped all down an aisle 😫😫 and I felt stupid but they took care of it right away and told me it was no big deal. Their prices are a little high on certain things but definitely my go-to for pet products.

Loved the grooming dept until now. Kristin does an awesome job on my Poms. Lately I can never get an appt unless I want to book 3 to 4 weeks out..they apparently don't work after 2 anymore. I wad told to go online to book..no thanks..customer service went out the window.

The store was unorganized and had no help a guy was at the counter not even asking us if we needed help. When my son asked for cricket and warm. The man didn’t answer I went over and saw the crickets and warm and said they are right here he said we don’t have any and stayed behind counter. They had both warms and crickets.

I have a 130# dog with hip and knee problems from birth. I've gone to numerous groomers to get her nails trimmed. All other techs don't listen when I let them know she doesn't like people pulling on her legs. Because of this, I've always been afraid of her trying to bite someone.( Dogs WILL bite if you hurt them) today was our second visit to this petsense for a trim. A young lady named Laurie was the groomer both times. It's been a couple months, but she remembers the dog has problems with getting her nails done. Laurie went above and beyond today. She took the time to make sure that my pup was comfortable the entire time. Thank you so much, Laurie.

I have to say, it was a really good experience. I wish they had more chiclids. I purchased 2 dwarf ram chiclids and they're so pretty. Although they gave me great advice, I had to see for myself. Their so much smaller than my fish, I think I may end up putting them in my grandson's 10 gallon tank. I'm monitoring the situation closely. I love chiclids, they have so much personality!

I went here a couple of months ago to pick up some fish food. They had a sign on the door mandating customers wear masks, but not a single employee had a mask on or near them. The prices are higher than any other PetSense I have ever been to, and the shelves are half stocked or less. I will not be returning - I'd rather drive out to Athens than do business at this location.

I love this store. I've started bringing my dog in once a month for a routine bath and nail trim. I only trust Tamara with my baby and she has always been awesome.However, today I was in there talking to her about my dog Cupcake when one of the male groomers walked out and told us to get out of the groom shop. He was very rude and harsh and completely changed the environment of the room as soon as he entered. I will continue to use Tamara. I will not be letting him touch my dog. If he is this way to customers how is he towards the animals?
