Very interesting business. I was shocked when my wife said she wanted to stop at a feed and seed. Walked in to find that 2/3 of this "evolving" business is filled with quilting fabric. Thankfully, they also have a very good candy selection. Highly recommend the chocolate covered pecans. Oh, and they do actually have feed and seed.

This place does not deserve one star. I stopped by to buy Christmas candy. There was a woman standing behind the counter. I proceeded to get a plastic bag to cover my hand as I picked up the candies I wanted to put in to the paper bag; just as the other customers were doing. When all of a sudden the woman came from behind the counter and said she would bag my candies for me. I said no, that’s not necessary, I can do it myself. She insisted and said they didn’t want everyone putting their hands into the candy bins. There are no signs just plastic and paper bags to serve yourself. The other white peoples were getting their own; yet she did not want me to get my own. I do not recommend this place and will not be shopping there. The woman was unprofessional and very rude. I felt like people of color are not welcomed. It was very hurtful to be treated like this.

If you want a beautiful food plot, listen to the old man. Buy what he tells you to buy and plant it the way he tells you to plant it. You might have to sit through a chemistry lesson and listen to a few humorous stories but it’s totally worth it. I highly recommend Patrick’s Super Buck seed mix. My food plot is freaking amazing!! It looks so good it makes me want to grab some balsamic vinegar and tomatoes. 😋👊💪 The deer can’t get enough!!

I usually go to Patrick's every year for Christmas candy. I drove 18 miles today and got there at 2:03 PM. And they turned me away said they closed that too, this place sucks.

Went in for a job "interview", lady I spoke with was incredibly rude and entitled. Produce is very over priced. Seems to be under new ownership. Do not recommend shopping here.

I love it during the holiday season. They sell all kinds of candy by the 1/4 pound. I always stock up. The only have it from Nov-Jan. So if you are into some candy they might have what you are looking for. They have the best selection when the candy sign is put up.

Patricks is that family owned shop everyone loves in town. You can always count on them to have the pecans and candy out at Christmas and they never disappoint. We had a great lady take care of us the other day and talked about all the quilts hanging in the store and how they are made. Stop in and shop local when in the Covington area.

I got what I came in to buy... Orange Slices (candy) and seeds for planting. I also got educated on how & when to plant onions by the nice gentleman that checked me out. Oh yeah, I almost forgot about the Patrick's strawberry jam that I bought; I can't wait to try it with some hot biscuits.

We love going to Patrick's especially during the holiday season. They always have the best selection of the most perfect holiday treats. Chocolate covered Pecan Brittle is literally worth buying and eating with your significant other in the car and destroying any evidence before you get home and speak nothing of it to your children who could not possibly appreciate such an outstanding treat. They have a great selection of items from Nora's Mills out of Helen, preferably the grits. During the summer they have a phenomenal selection of seeds for your garden and plenty of live plants. They are very knowledgeable about gardening also so ask away.

Always a stop on our Christmas list for candy, smoked bacon, fruit baskets and ham! But they are great all year round too! Nice folks and good to see them putting the younger folks to work and teaching them the trade.

Best place for super sharp cheese and old fashioned candies! Staff is always super helpful, offering samples, advise, and directing you to exactly what you are looking for. Best part is they tally your total the old fashioned way- by hand. Including tax.

Kind, friendly, knowledgeable staff. If they don't have a product they will go out of their way to find someone who does. Just a great general store with an impressive candy selection, any fabric you could want for quiltmaking, and lawn/garden supplies. Give them a visit!

This little store has allot to offer Pickled Okra OMG yes it is so good, they also have a bunch of different flavors of jams and jelly and local honey. I'm definitely going to be making a trip back out to this store in the future but need to have more time to look over the whole store.

Every Christmas season they have candy. It's fun for the kids and good candy all in all. I've gotten pine straw from them too and it was fine. They have boots and fabric here as well.

No employee was wearing a mask even the women making the candy trays. Not all the women were wearing gloves. This really disappoints me. I will not go back. It has been a family tradition for years. Unless their attitude & safety precautions change, Patrick’s will not survive. Too many places to safely go where the staff appreciates your business

I love the quality of the fabrics ,and I’ve always found the staff so helpful. They will also leave you to make your color pattern choices. AND. The transplants I’ve purchased - eggplant, various peppers- do really well

My first visit. I drove 30 miles based on my friend's recommendation. They have a wide variety of plants, vegetables and herbs. Priced a bit cheaper than elsewhere

Love this quilting shop!!!! So much fabric!!!! They also have patterns and notions for quilting. Believe it or not, it has feed and other things as well. Could spend hours picking out fabric for quilt kits!!! I live in South Carolina but will definitely be back to Patrick's!!!

Staff is friendly and helpful. You can get quilting done here, seeds, local honey, plants, livestock feed, pesticides for garden or livestock, etc. If I can find what I need here, rather than Home Depot or Walmart then I will always choose Patrick's.
