They do a wonderful job with my brother and sister-in-law's dogs! The puppers are always super excited to go to the groomers so that gets HUGE brownie points in my book!Only downside is that the dogs tend to not smell so hot and have come home with fleas on multiple occasions 🤷‍♀️🤦🙄

It is ALWAYS a pleasure taking Zeke to this place because he looks like a different dog 🐕. They live on each pet like they are their own and even though he drags he feet getting in the door, I know he feels much better when he walks back through the same door. Dog don't know what is good for them🤨❤

Do not take your pets to this chop chop!! The lady who grooms the dogs attitude is very nasty and she is extremely rude. They guys was nice but the girl was horrible!! They do not check for shot records so your pet is at risk of getting sick. It’s run down dirty and smelly! Unprofessional haircuts compared to other places I been. They are CHEAP for a reason just looking for a quick buck. Will definitely be taking my fur baby elsewhere…. Smh

The placed smelled horrible and my dog came back sick, scratched nose and a bruise on the top of her head. They say she bumped it in a crate that was too small. So why was she ever put in there.Horrible experience

I absolutely love this family owned grooming business. They always treat my dogs so good and do an amazing job grooming my very large Mastiff and giving our Poodle mix the cutest cuts we always ask for them give him a Mohawk and they never disappoint! They have the best prices for all of their services and you can tell they really love animals!

I am the owner of a Siberian husky, I had a appointment with this establishment @ 8:00 for my pet to be groomed. I was approached to be helped by Joel(Joseph) which came off aggressive and had no knowledge that I had a appointment. He then told me he would not be finished until 12:30- 1:00 in the afternoon and I was there at 8:00 in the morning. I felt uncomfortable so I quickly asked for my animal back because when I communicated with him and his co worker they were yelling in a manner as if they were ready to argue, and I simply wasn’t. He abrasive brought my dog to the front, wet, and I had the close the half door from him almost hurting her because he was so angry I asked for my animal back. He continue to talk and make remarks as I walked out, which it was still early in the morning. My dog soaking wet, and it was 45 degrees outside. I wouldn’t wish this treatment on my worst enemy. This establishment needs to be closed for good. The building also looks like it’s not a livable environment for animals.

I love this place. This has been the best. I take my fur baby (pug) Champ there for a bath and cut. He always comes back happy. What I notice that other places I have taken him to he runs and do not want to go in. Here when we get there he acts normal. This tells me that they really takes care of him. I have seen them love on him and that makes mines and his day. i have also tried the boarding with them and it was also excellent. I recommend them to anyone. The prices are reasonable and they are loving people.

The smell was sickening!! I had to hold my breath just to talk to the people. They are rude and short with what they are saying and they tell you to Look at the door. (Everything is painted on the outside of the door! If you are a first timer you don’t know that!). They completely shaved my dog and their nails was very rough and jagged! The price was right but I was very disappointed and will NEVER be back or recommend. Cried all the way home because my beautiful Miniature Australian Sheppard looked horrible!

I used Oh Susannas for the 1st time today. What an awesome, quick and affordable dog grooming service! Our Goldendoodle looks great!! His tail was wagging when I left and his tail was wagging when I picked him up. I had a great conversation with the owners as well. Thanks a bunch!🐶🙂

We had our 2 Jack Russell's in today for bath and nails clipped. They did a great job, in fact they are the only groomer to be able to clip our Dabo's nails.The price was unbelievable. Very happy with them and recommend highly.

My dog looks amazing!! However, he smells terrible. 🤢 Inside this place smells terrible. He smells exactly like it. I had to keep all my windows down on the way home. I decided to get my dog a deodorant to mask the scent! I seen someone on the way in bringing shampoo. I’m guessing that’s why. If you are going here, bring your own shampoo. Great price and great work! Just terrible smell.

My grandson took my furry companion, Max, for his first haircut today. His hair was matted so bad, but they did a wonderful job. The price is excellent, especially for a senior citizen on a fixed income. Now I know I can take him more often so his won't get in such a bad shape. They were so good with him. I'm so happy my daughter told me about them. Thank you for taking such good care of my little man.

This place is a joke! My father went there and mind you had been a customer there for several years and has had his last draw with this place! Jospeh was verbally abusive to my father cussing him out and screaming in his face! My dad has prayed with this family during very hard times and this is what he gets in return! This man is out of control and should be locked up! ( Mental Institution) he is the death of this business! He is very aggressive and down right mean! I may take this to Covington news it looks like many people have had the same problem!

I love love love this family owned business. They are always so good to me and Bella. My dog was severely matted when I took her to them, I took her other places even big named stores and I was going to be charged close to $200 to clean up my dog and they were going to shave her down to nearly skin. But not here they groomed my baby saved her hair charge me a very low price I won't share it because I don't know if the prices are the same. Gave me advice on how to keep my Maltese Bichon nice and groomed. I thank them so much and I love love love Hillbilly Pets
