This is probably my favorite store to go to. The customer service from the front end to the front office is absolutely top tier. Today, I got a propane tank. I didn’t know what to get. The nice team member got a cart for me and took me to the aisle to pick out one. From there I met the store manager outside to fill the tank. He was already there waiting on me. I didn’t have to wait. The store manager also gave me great recommendations for using my new Blackstone griddle. Top tier all around!!

Very friendly staffs, always feel welcome here. I got some good deal on Canning Jars but didn't realize it is for online only. the manager step in and guide me how to order, went out and placing the order online, walked back in the store, He had all my mason jar's cases ready for pick up within a minute. Extremely friendly manager and polite.

Thank you so much to Dylan and the staff at Ace Hardware in Covington Georgia. I purchased a leaf blower yesterday. We go to Ace weekly, seeing that we are remodeling our house. I Love the Ace Rewards, and I get a lot of money back coupons. Most employees are very knowledgeable. We love the Social Circle branch. They have men named Jim, Steven, and Mr. Gary there, and we always look them up to help us

Not sure what has happen to this store service. Went from an older knowledgeable associates to younger, don’t help, don’t even know what you’re talking about. The lawn service department really needs a lot of help. Four times now I’ve had not bad but horrible service in that department. Mumble when they talk to you with a slight rudeness as if you interrupted them when you want to verify a part for a mower I bought. Guess the service stops there once a bigger purchase is made. One guy rung up my order for 8X the cost. Didn’t even catch it. I casual said that was wrong and snapped at me with “ I know”! Well you didn’t catch it at any point till I said something. Will not be back after that. Have no time for ignorance.

We love this hardware store. The staff is so great and everyone is extremely helpful and kind. Never had an unfavorable experience here in all the years we've been shopping this location. Brenda from the garden department once brought me in garlic from her own garden! What a sweet woman. The paint department people see us all the time, and they are amazing. Hannah, Noah, and all the others are superstars! Thanks for the excellent customer service! We appreciate you. Kyle, you should be very proud of your peeps. They all rock!

I was held up a extra 10 mins while they checked the ”authenticity” of my money.. True I did pay with $2 bills but who is really making counterfeits of the rarest dollar bill in America?? The bills passed when they went through their little machine and everything so I’m assuming it’s a “Color thing”..

I love this ACE! We shop here frequently and are always able to find what we need. This location stays stocked with all kinds of goodies and is clean. The commercial speaks volumes for this location when it says "Ace is the place with the helful hardware folks!" They always have the items that are hard to find in alot of stores.

Nice store. This business is clean and seems well stocked. The floor staff is helpful and there's always someone asking if you need help and are finding everything okay. Thre cashiers always have a friendly word. I have never been in here and had a bad experience. I would recommend this business.

Really like our local Ace. The employees are friendly and they take you exactly where you need to go. They have decent options and it's honestly only about .80 cents more expensive than HD or Walmart, so I go here often when I'm shopping downtown.

Today is December 24 and I arrived at ace hardware in Covington Ga to purchase a propane because my car radiator froze and I was stuck on the side of the road. I asked about the propane heater and how much it cost, then I left and came back in 10 minutes to purchase the propane heater. It was 4 o’clock they let in the gentleman who walks in 1minutes before me and said they were closed. I did tell the guy that all I wanted to do was to purchase the propane heater because my car was on the side of the road because my radiator froze. He lied and said they didn’t have any when were at least 5 of them sitting close to the key making. I can’t believe someone could be so heartless. If I could give 0 stars I would
