Great place to have your fur baby groomed. We have been using them for a few years and have never been disappointed they are gentle with the dogs and the dogs seem to love them too.

Ms. Lori is amazing with animals. She truly enjoys what she does and it comes through with every groom she does. The staff is friendly and her prices are reasonable. Although I moved 25 minutes away, I wouldn’t want to take my dog anywhere else! 💜💜💜3.10.23 - Lori has done it again! I absolutely love the care they give to my Keeshond, Chewbacca. They are not the easiest to contact. However, my dog always leaves looking great and wagging his tail. Thank you for loving Chewy the way I do.

Great first experience with this groomer will be back did a great job with my 2 pomeranians last pic is of before rest is after they even put cute bows in my girls hair and a bowtie on my boy. No complaints n my boy is blind n seemed great when i picked him up.

The worst. Took my dog there a few months ago. He was there, literally, ALL DAY....like he had a job. I had to just go pick him upup. First one there that morning, abd picked him up at 4:30pm. Why was he there all day like a job? When i inquired, she says "usually people let us know if they have something else to do" Well why would I have to tell you at 9 am that I had to go somewhere that evening. His cut was a total mess. My kid is not a crate baby, he spent an entire day in a crate and then he had a terrible haircut. Never again! Oh I had to go by because they don't answer the phone AT ALL!!

I took my long haired Daschund to this business. Never again, not sure what they did to him once I got him home, he was limping a lot and if I touched his paw he would whimper. I called and they said nothing happened but when I took him back that day, they admitted they had a hard time getting him to be still. I took him to our vet, and found out they may have jerked his arm, was given pain meds. Never again! Also his coat was shaved, I asked for a trim, they even shaved his little beard. The hair hasn't grown back the way it used to be.

I’ve been taking our furbaby Roco to Lori and her staff for a couple of years now and they are friendly, professional and always do a great job with our baby! I would highly recommend LA Grooming!

I just start taking my dog to this location. The girl who does my dog does a good job as far as cutting her, but I do feel her attitude can be better which is why I'm only giving three stars instead of 4 stars. The haircut is a 4 star, but my groomers attitude and unhelpful nature brings down the stars for me. I am used to the groomer that my dog used to go to, she was excellent all the way around the board! I truly wish she never moved location locations, but I'm considering making the drive. She was just so sweet and kind and understanding and gave a lot of suggestions. When I asked questions to this girl at LA Grooming, the only thing she says is "It just depends on how you want her to look." repeatedly. She doesn't give very much suggestion and she's not very helpful. The nice older woman in the shop is very sweet though, and I kind of wish she was cutting my dog instead because she is much nicer and more helpful. Hopefully over time, my view will change, and I can change this review. Maybe it's just because it's early in the morning, but either way you should always try to be helpful to your clients. Rule of thumb, and word of advice.

This is the second time we have used this groomer and we are very happy. The prices are fair and she really is great at what she does. See how cute our Bichon looks? We dont like the full Bichon head so she gives us an easy to keep up cute cut for our dog. I recommend LA Grooming.

My first visit was excellent my second visit was awful. I left 5 voicemails and never a return call. I live on Lake Jackson. A good 30 minute ride. I had to go to the location to make an appointment. I arrived Saturday at 3:05 p.m. and the place is closed. So I left a note. I received a call a couple of days later and missed the call. The owner left me a voicemail. She stated to call back. Oh boy here we go again. So I just texted a message on her stores phone number and she replied. I got an appointment. First of all I don't know how many times she said she has no help. This young girl comes out and asked how I wanted her cut. The first time I had brought my baby the groomer was very professional and she didn't ask me 2 times what I wanted. Within 45 minutes I get a call from L.A. Grooming stating that Coco was ready. So I said there is no way. You grooms in length of time. They brought her out another girl gave her to me. She didn't smell good at all. I put her down to check her out and not even 1/4 of an inch was cut, one paw was a little trimmed, the other paws were not, her private had not been washed. Her behind was dirty and it looks they took the shears and cut a line straight down. I was these problems out to the mgr and she so overwhelmed I guess. Basically she didn't have the time to correct the problem. While I'm looking her over I hear her say 3 times that will be $50.00 dollars. She wanted her money and me to be gone. The funny thing is that I offered twice to help her out and I get treated this way. If it had been somebody else they would of raised hell. I just hope this owner calls me because I want my Grooming I paid $50.00 for. That would be the right thing to do.I certainly hope she is a professional and calls me.

I have been going to Lori since 2008 or 2009 and she has NEVER disappointed. He facilities are clean, her work is perfection, and she loves on my fur babies as her own. I have referred all my friends to her and strangers as well. Her prices are fair and affordable.

I just wanted to update my review and express again how much I love taking my pet here to be groomed. Hannah is simply amazing. She always listens to how I want my dog cut and she never ceases to amaze me. Prices are very reasonable also.

This place is phenomenal. I've never been dissatisfied, and if we move out of the area, I've no doubt that I will drive up to an hour to bring my Maltese here. The prices are more reasonable than anything I found prior. They take direction well, and they are willing to adapt to an animal's special needs. We use Montana. Love them!

Lori is awesome, she has been our groomer for many, many years! Very patient with my 85 pound dog who is afraid of the hair dryer. She cuts my daughters Shitzu perfectly everytime. Highly recommend LA Grooming.

Very disappointed because I’ve left a couple messages trying to schedule an appt. but no response or call back! Years ago I left where I was taking my dog to follow Lori when she opened her own grooming spa bc she did such an amazing job… which is extremely out of the way….moved away for a couple years and came right back to her! It’s a shame bc here I am looking for another groomer which is such an inconvenience … A simple response or call back would of been appreciated but oh well!

First, never can get in touch with anyone at this business for some reason!!!. My dog keeps breaking out really bad after getting cut at this facility. Ginger, is already a short breed dog so when they cut her, they cut her extremely too short. After informing them of this the first time it happened, I would think they would not scape her up again so closely. My dog looks like they had absolutely no regards for trying to do better and not scape her up. I had to pay them and a vet bill TWICE! Will not be returning!!! My dog has bumps and spots all over her!Twala Carter

We drop off our yorkie! When they call., and we go back, he looks like a totally different dog! He was so gorgeous! He was so loving. I know they are so good with the dogs, you never hear animals squealing, or crying when you go in. He had on a bandana, and he smelled so good! Hats off to this place! This was our 2nd visit. Both times have been wonderful! Definitely take your furbabies here. Very reasonable prices, and very friendly!

All Smiles!!! I was very happy to finally find a grooming establishment that my Female Shorkie came back looking Girly! She had ribbons to match the Halloween Holiday and her cut was exactly what I wanted. The Groomers asked questions listened to my requests and she came back looking and smelling Awesome! They are reasonable priced as well.

I tried calling multiple times to set an appointment but no one ever answers the phone. It's a shame since this location is so convenient. I can offer assistance with scheduling. So many people will not know how great your service is if you can't accommodate your phone service correctly to access new clients. They may need to state that on their listing that they do not accept new clients.
