Went in to get some Coffee Pods. On line inventory said they had, but with help of clerk they did not. Staff was helpful and they have a good selection. This Big Lots does not have Frozen Coolers so they have limited food items that are Cool in nature.

This is a bigger sized Big Lots.Friendly staff all around.Furniture is available at this location.All the usual Big Lots stuff.No lava lamps this time!

Really nice store, everyone was helpful and friendly. Store was clean and well stocked. My only issue is the prices are way too high now.Probably 90% of the store was overpriced.I understand the current state of affairs and lack of this and that, but to me, it's not worth it.But great people, I will stop back by at some point once people in current leadership positions are no longer causing issues.Thanks for my visit!

They have a lot of nice items in the store to buy ,but I decided for the first time to do a leasing option ,but I would not recommend anyone to do this as their interest rates are insane .. The only reason I got what I got was because my HVAC cost way more to run so, I got a 1000 sq.foot fireplace..hope it works well or it's wasted money..I also got a recliner and I love it very much.. it's comfortable and I can push it back far enough to sleep comfortably in it if I choose to .. also wish to note the box the fireplace came in was torn in places..I plan to take photos..

I was happy about my purchased. What I didn't like was after I was approved they had no way of getting the furniture to me. Totally unacceptable. If you buy something they should have the decency to help to take it home. They had some company they offered but they weren't sure anyone would answer the phone. 🤦

Had an issue, but Kara resolved! She was great. We would have left out of frustration if not for Kara’s efforts to assist and resolve. As a result of her help, we bought what we came for and spent about $1050.

Low prices are typically the main reasons for visits to this store. In this case, it is remarkable, that the store is rather well organized and makes a very clean impression over all. Selection on the shelf was somehow limited, a few shelves were even completely empty. Hope this will change again...

Store itself is super clean and the associates that work there are very nice and helpful.A lot of the major furniture you can buy on Amazon for a lot cheaper. A gaming chair they had in stock was $200 and on Amazon it was $100. Not a fault of the actual store, just the company!

Better quality than a year ago with good prices. They have furniture like Lane and Broyhill. Also look at you recite for a coupon to see if you can save money next visit. I saved $10 on a $40 purchase today. Also get email messages with savings of you sign up for the Big Lots frequent card.

Store was very clean and well stocked. Customer service was great. With any store you have to know your prices some were great others were not. I would definitely shop at Big Lots again.

I left this store with my blood pressure up. I know I should be used to lack of customer service by now, but... So we bought a living room set from here a few years ago, and while I was shopping, I went to the furniture department just to ask where or how I might could get a replacement cushion for the couch. The blunt and nasty answer I got was: 'you can't, you would just have to buy another couch'... No ideas about maybe you could contact the manufacturer, They sell replacement cushion foam on Amazon, you would probably have to take it to a place that does reupholstering...etc! This lady was just nasty! I can GUARANTEE that I will NEVER purchase more furniture from them. She automatically assumed that either I didn't buy a warranty, which I did, or that it was no longer valid, or that it wouldn't cover my issue. So I am assuming it must not be worth the paper it was written on.(actually I looked and unfortunately the warranty is expired). The mere fact this was supposed to be a salesperson is a joke. She just lost Big lots my business for a while, since I can't even think about going back in there right now without my heart rate going up from that encounter! Other than that, what happened to this being a discount store? Their prices are same as or more than Walmart on just about everything except maybe some cosmetics that are sold at the dollar tree. No real deals there anymore, anyway.

I went to buy bottles of water today but there where not posted signs up when I went. So I put three case in my buggy and when I was walking pass the cashier, she told me I can only take one case because the signs was on the pallet of water. There was nothing there I told her and she replied me back and rolled her eyes on me. You guys need to make sure your people who you hire to work for you have a better attitude...... I have never had this kind of experience before until today.

I love this store. You find stuff at a great discount. They are very VERY helpful. The last two times I was in there, recently, I had to ask for help and it took me no time to get it both times. The store is clean and organized and they have great store hours.

We stopped here to buy Toys for Tots toys since they had sale prices posted at aisles but at the register, nothing was on sale. We had to pay full prices. We told cashier to move the advertisements since they refused to honor them. Fisher price, Barbie, Legos, etc..

Average Big Lots store. Clean and organized. Friendly, helpful staff. Good prices on most items - but selection in the grocery section seems to be noticeably limited compared to other Big Lots stores. Many items you'd expect to find - may not be there.

Thank you to managers Rick & Jackie. Also stock person Evan. Very professional & helpful. Only one problem today with furniture associate who was in a bad mood prior to my issue. She was disrespectful & rude to several of us in her furniture department. We were told by another associate that the display could be sold if the item was out of stock. Another customer had been told the same. We had arrived at the store with vehicles & helpers to purchase our large heavy items only to be told that we could order but would have to wait until a later date for pickup. Managers Rick & Jackie were understanding & helpful. Much appreciation for making my purchase possible. However I suggest additional training for furniture associates so that customers aren't receiving conflicting information. Thanks again & have a blessed day.

Great store, not over crowded and chaotic like some of Big Lots other locations. On my last visit, the store was running a promotion giving 20 % off my entire purchase, so every item in the store was 20% off. We found everything from Groceries and housewares to furniture and electronics. Big Lots in Cornelia has a huge variety of inventory, but nicely organized

This Big Lots has a great variety and super nice employees. I love shopping here. They have added a cooler so you can pick up items like milk and ice cream. They have it all from electronics to furniture.They always have the cutest seasonal items.

I love Big Lots! You can find some very unusual items. The only bad thing is when you see something you like go ahead and get it then. If you come back it may not be there. Happened so many times to me 😶. The ladies there always welcome you with a smile as you walk in the door. Great customer service. Love love love Cornelia's Big Lots!

I live in a much larger city in a different part of the state but love coming here when visiting family because it is one of the better locations anywhere of Big Lots! They have a great variety of stuff and the staff are very kind.
