I placed a large Walmart grocery order ($350+) and had my son and his girlfriend pick it up. When he got home and went to take the bags out of the car, he came in and said that there was beer in my order. I did NOT order beer. So I went to look and we had been given the wrong order. Not only did we receive someone else’s order and we had none of our items, my 16 year minor was given 2 six packs of beer!! 😡 It’s a an hour drive there and back. I called the pick up number but of course no one answered. I called the regular Walmart number and spoke to another manager who took my number to give to the pick up manager. I had to drive all the way back to the store. They told me to call the pick up number when I got there but once again, no one answered. I ended up calling the number that the manager called from to let them know I was there. On my drive, I also called the 800 number to file a complaint. I feel like that wasn’t taken serious and the lady said she would file it. The manager did apologize and gave me a $15 gift card for me having to come back. I appreciate her for trying to make it better but at this point, they could give me free groceries for a year and I’d still be upset. That was a huge mistake that could have gone so bad. If my son had gotten pulled over, he would have been charged for a minor having alcohol and Walmart would have been in serious trouble because they contributed to the delinquency of minors. This could have ended up very different If they had drank it and had an accident. I’m so upset about this. They say they asked my son my birthday and he told them. He says he did not. Regardless if he did, they still broke the law by putting alcohol in the vehicle with 2 minors. No one from Walmart has even reached out! And to top it off, there were still items missing from my order!! Items that I paid for!!!!

If you like the smell of weed and crowded aisles filled with boxed inventory that needs to be unboxed and on the shelves; you will love this place. Now, it has curbside pickup. For a small town, I guess this Walmart has everything for household and grocery needs.Nice garden department. Has electric car recharge area.

Better than most, I stopped at this Walmart after spending some time at the Starbucks nearby. I had a specific need for two items. I was able to find them after a bit of searching, leaving me pleased to see that they were actually in stock.The store is tidy and organized. The parking lot did not have too many carts needing to be brought back inside. Very little trash.My only complaints are the usual ones - the rest room needed some attention and there weren't enough registers open. A queue even at the "Scan & Go" took too long.

Cordele, GA. Nice employees, smaller store, parking lot a bit weedy near the top; patrons were a mix of sweet elderly people and a couple of groups of younger people, one group cussing and one teen with hands down the front of their pants walking with their parents. Products were organized but there were stacks of empty boxes near the registers. The person at the self-checkout greeted me and my husband very nicely (Tuesday, 4/9/24, around 3:30 pm). They don’t check your receipt when you leave like they do in Orlando. It was a good enough Walmart.

My husband just got back from getting groceries without me this morning because I have the flu. He checked out a register 5 like we always do. He thought the cashier spoke to him and he said ,"hi". The cashier responded with, " I wasn't talking to you." ( My husband has hearing loss and wears hearing aids). After she told him his total, he thanked and told hercto have a nice day. She didn't respond. How is this a proper way to treat a customer? And, and elderly at that? Can this store sink any lower???

The WalMart staff is always friendly and smiling when I pick up my orders. They are also always curious about my travels she they realize I'm traversing all over this country. The young man that brought my order out shared with me that he wants to vanlife himself up to Alaska. How neat.

I understand that things happen but come on auto care center. I literally couldn’t get my oil changed this morning because 2 people have to work on the car(what I was told) and 1 person decided to miss work or be late.

I will never do an online order. I found a pair of headphones that were advertised online for one price and assumed that it would be honored. I had to order online and waited forever for one item. No one answers the phone and when I finally got my item the workers were observed playing and didn’t seem to aware of what was going on.

Great location. Easy access from highway. All stores suffering from lack of goods. Blame the supply chain. I think they are doing a great job. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Sharing detailed experience of going to this ... place would be far too mundane and boring.. It's a disorganized sad store where if you stand in one place long enough you see someone steal, see an employee HELP someone steal, and then when you go to check out you get the absolutely totally wicked enjoyable experience of seeing 30 cash registers , 2 running, and 34 employees walking around with a clipboard doodling... I mean .. writing articles for the Wall Street Journal - because "Wal-Mart, with your donations Clik Clak from the Congo can live on one more day".. Who thinks Clik Clak will get one penny of your donation? He will die soon after eating his brother, Tic Tac.

One of the better super Walmarts in an urban area. Merchandise is quite well organized. Floor is clean. Employees appear to act professionally. Somewhat long checkout lines.

Went to Walmart to buy deer camera-no one was in hunting section to help me. Lots of other customers needed help also. We were told the girl that had key was at lunch- no one else had the key to open show cases. Said she would be back at 5:00-I questioned them about anyone else having a key and they said no. I left and went back the next day-no one there again. This nice guy Corey Wynn was putting up stock and offered to help-he immediately went to back of store and contacted manager-after a while he said he would go see what was wrong-he came back with key and sold me almost $200 of cameras. He told me he was new but he went above and beyond to help me to help me and also other customers. COREY WYNN deserves to be recognized for his willing to help customers when no one else would help. This guy was great!!

Walmart has closed 2 self check outs for this new spark driver / Walmart+ membership. 12.95 a month. To use. Now we have to wait in longer lines or pay for a membership ! Hard times!

I used their Auto Service. The tire techs took really good care, and my service was complete in about 1 hour. The customer service greeter, sorry, I didn't get her name, saved me $184 by recommending I purchase discontinued tires, I didn't know about. The customer waiting area was clean. They all were courteous and eager to help. Well done, Y'all!

While traveling on the road from Michigan to Florida we got a flat tire. Today is New Years Day and everything is closed, but Walmart in Cordelle came through for a new tire put on and got us back on the road in less than an hour! Went above our expectations thank you. 🙏

Since I have first set foot in this store there has been zero positive experience. The majority of the employees would rather stand in groups to complain instead of stocking the pallets of merchandise blocking the aisles. The only occasion this store has resembled a proper business was the day before black friday. Smh

I try not to get annoyed with help when I’m at any outlet store but I have a problem when I ask simple questions or need something behind one of the glass doors for printer ink or home security games ect. But it seems like people get frustrated with you right away asking for anything I try being as nice an respectful as I can it doesn’t help but as for the store and it’s goods they usually have what I need.

As far as the store its OK but most of the people there act like you owe them something for them being there. They are rude and if you ask for something Noone know where it is. One time I àsk 4 people where something was and guess what I got 4 different answers and all were wrong. Not a well oiled machine.I get so tired of needing help with something can't find an employee anywhere. Then I leave a review and look thru some of them and there are pics of employees on their phones or on break. Then you see tick tok videos of walmart employees on 2 and 3 hour breaks. Makes me sick. What happened to having yo work for a living? What happened to customer service? What is this world coming to? Everybody wants more money but they don't want to work for it.

Only place to shop under I rode in town I shop here in person but also joined Walmart group do shopping on line they will deliver it to my front door. Have done this at least 7 to 8 times. Very good experience.
