This Walgreens is by far the cleanest, most well stocked, sparkling Walgreens store I have ever been in. There was not a speck of dirt in the place. You could eat off the floors. Even the carts gleamed! Check out was pleasant & gracious.

I stopped by to drop off a FedEx package . The old lady up front would not tape my printed label to the box . She said “ We sell packaging tape “. That little bit of tape I needed cost this location a customer.

Pharmacy staff are often on the verge of rudeness and careless. They don't keep necessary stock on important items like insulin and always have to order more to fill my prescription. Don't EVER think that you'll pick up a prescription quickly!!! It takes these folks hours to fill a simple prescription. I worked at the location in Athens for a couple years and loved it! I was a loyal customer at the Perry location and loved it! Use this location now and HATE IT!

I went to this Walgreens number of times. I was visiting from Florida. Since this whole COVID pandemic the customer service is very bad. The only Associate welcomed you was the one who was at first register. The manager was not friendly my whole shopping experience there was awful poor customer experience

This pharmacy is very slow. I drove 20 miles to pick up my prescription from here. The prescription was called in this morning. I got there about 2, and was told 1 was ready, and 1 was not ready. I asked how long will it be before the other is processed, because it had been processing since this morning. The young guy said come back 15-20 minutes, and I'll have it ready for you. I went back an hour lady, and this young girl waited on me. She said we had one ready, and the other is still processing. I said ma'am, I was here about an hour ago, and the guy told me that he'd have it ready in 15-20 minutes. I took what was ready, and told her I'd bee back to pick the other prescription the following day. Needless to say, the prescription was not ready until after 5, going on 6pm.

I know someone who has worked at this Walgreens. I've heard awful things about the manager, Fatima. Apparently she would tell high school girls that they should quit school so that they could work at Walgreens full-time. She purposely prevents employees from getting raises and being promoted.She guilt trips employees for leaving and talks badly about them behind their backs. The Walgreens employee that I know was planning to go to college in a different city and work at the Walgreens there, BUT Fatima threatened to block the transfer. Just because Fatima chooses to make a career out of Walgreens does not mean that she can guilt trip these girls into doing the same. I hope Walgreens will realize that they are better off without this sorry excuse for a manager.

Absolutely awful service!! They were the rudest people I have ever met. The old white guy that works there told a lady on the phone if she didn't shut up he wasn't going to help her. NEVER SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED AWFUL

I purchased a verizon phone card 4/6/23 @ 9:30pm I walked straight from the register buying it to my vehicle and called to pay my phone and it says pin number no longer valid so I went back in the store and talked to the manager and I was told I had to call the 800# on the back of my receipt so I called the number and spoke to a representative who gave me a major attitude said gift cards are nonrefundable and hung up in my faceI called back and talked to her supervisor needless to say I will never shop here again

Always takes them way too long to fill prescriptions. We waited for over an hour for a prescription but decided to go home and wait since it wasn’t done. They said it’d be done by in two hours. They’ve closed and it still says “in progress” on the ap. So in four hours time they didn’t bother to actually fill it, and we didn’t realize the pharmacy closed at 6 on Saturday’s. So now, I’m sick and can’t get my prescriptions til tomorrow morning. Thanks walgreens!

Pharmacy is too slow. Having to wait an hour to get a prescription refilled is inexcusable all because only one person on duty. Walgreens needs to do better!!

Came to drop items off for return for Fedex. Walgreens would not even tape it. Why have a FedEx inside and you have to purchase tape.. inconvenient . Fedex does pick up ! DONT GO TO WALGREENS
