This pharmacy is awful. Went to see if they had a medication In stock because my regular pharmacy did not have it and it was needed today. I gave the young girl the script and asked her if they had it. She proceeded to put all my information In then told me they didn’t have it. Why waste your patients time when you did not check to see if you had it first. This was my first and last time going into this pharmacy.

Was told by the pharmacist that he declined to take my husband as a new client because of pain medication. Even offered to have all his other scripts transfered and still refused. Good ridens CVS.

I never see any of the CVS where I went before in the pharmacy area to treat the customer un-respectful only because you are latin, they have a one latin assistant normally she is the one to be available to treat me when get there I don't know why because I know to speak in English I been graduated on Miami Dade college and I'm a citizen of the United States, after all what I passed every time when I went there is discriminations too.You can always feel the negative attitude from the employees, they don't like dealing with Latin people, they are not open to having a nice attitude or trying to help you, many times they don't have the prescription that is covered for your insurance in that way you have to pay a co-payment or the total cost of your prescription with the excuses that the medication is from another manufacturer.That happened to me many times like yesterday with my blood sugar test.In general in that pharmacy is no customer service, the environment between all the employees inside of the pharmacy is negative you never received a nice greeting welcome or nice smiles from no one there, I feel sorry to see those people working in that atmosphere.Thanks to God I transferred all my medication to Walgreens I can see the different people always there are friendly and happy with a nice smile to every one no matter who you are, they are open to listening and trying to understand with your accent what you need and available to answer any questions in a friendly manner.Anyway I hope this store doesn't continue losing more customers and finally the headquarters start to make decisions about it.

You are so right Sydney Ledford. Everything you are saying is correct had to change over to CVS from Walgreen's for insurance reasons but having problems getting my medicine every since I changed over Ryan is very rude not concerned at all about you having a pleasant experience. I am thinking about going back to Walgreen's even if I have to pay more money the staff treat you like they want to help you

MEGAN the woman that works in the front is the best. She’s very knowledgeable of the store and it’s products . My experience with CVS was successful only because of Megan’s amazing customer service skills ! CVS is lucky to have such an amazing, compassionate employee like Megan !

Been my pharmacy for years but I am really really getting tired not being able to get my meds when I need them, I don't want to change pharmacies, but this happens every time now, even though I have a valid prescription with several refills on. You are really pissing me off!!!!!!!!!!! Fixing to start using Unadilla Drugs which is 5 miles from my house and a local pharmacy with people who seem to care more. I live 30 minutes from Cordele.

We love the pharmacists and their staff. Very helpful and answer all of our questions. Buy all our meds here. Dont buy too much from the store itself...unfortunately Walmart's priceis still cheaper even witg CVS coupons.

waiting over 45 minutes from them to answer phone !!! I took a shower while still waiting on the phone to be answered got dressed went to CVS they answer phone just as I got there almost 1 hour on wait time ‘ there is no EXCUSE for this kind of customer service!!!! It’s not the first time either just SORRY !!!! If you don’t like your job then leave don’t take you attitude out on customers that pay your salary

Evacuated for hurricane Dorian pharmacist not helpful, he had the "NOT MY PROBLEM" attitude. Definitely going back to Walgreens after this closter mess.

The Store was very clean. You could up and down the isles they were not, blocked the people were very kind and didn't mind helping you out.
