I made a grooming appointment at 12;30 for my dog. We got her there a few mins before her appointment time. They proceeded to tell me it could take 2-3 hours! I thought that was a very long time. An hour and a half goes by and they haven't even started on my dog. I asked the girl at the register if she could go check and find out what's taking so long. She came back and told me if I wanted them to start grooming my dog at her appointment time it would cost an extra $15 and I would have had to ask for an express groom. I was very upset. Why make an appointment if your dog is going to sit in the back for 2 hours????? Needless to say when it was all said and done the groomer did do a great job on my dog I just wish they would have explained the express groom for $15 extra because i would have paid it. I ended up paying $106.°° for a 1-hour groom that took 3 hours!!! ❤️Before & after pics below ❤️

Worst decision I ever made was sending my Yorkie to pet smart grooming this morning. I made an appointment for an 8am drop off i started calling for an update around 1:30 no one would answer. I kept calling finally got an answer after 2pm only for the manager to be calling me back saying there was a mixup with my pup an another. I made it there to see my dog was cut bald. I SPECIFICALLY told the groomer Akira how he was suppose to be cut showed pictures and I was informed their were previous notes from past grooms. He also was not cut my her he was cut by a male, so what was the purpose of booking with a specific person? HOW DOES A MIXUP LIKE THIS OCCUR ?????? This is Careless work!!!! I cannot recognize my dog. Don’t bring your puppy here obviously there careless a don’t take instructions properly and overbook clients because it shouldn’t take that long if I booked an 8 am my dog was there for nearly 7 hours. WORST EXPERIENCE! The picture is how I asked for my dog to be cut versus how I got him.

This is the third time I've had my dog there to be groomed, she's a Yorkie. I always have to pay extra because they say she's hard to handle. This appointment it was only for a bath and a cut, but the lady said could not touch her face or her body, that doesn't make very much sense to me and I left the store.

Worst haircut my dog has ever received. The grooming salon was overbooked and clearly rushed my dogs haircut. The haircut looks terrible, no blending, missed hair EVERYWHERE. I also paid for the deluxe package and I can’t even tell; they didn’t even give him his bandana. I will never use this grooming service again.

I made an appointment for my little mini Shnauzer for a bath and cut for 11:00am on 4-12-24 dropped my fur baby off and never got a call so around 4:00 (5 hours later) I go to pick her up and she is the cage just as I left her untouched. I asked what happened they said oh sorry we have been busy and we haven’t had a chance to take care of her but we will do so now. My husband lost and to be honest it’s better that he went and not me to pick my fur baby up. You mean to tell me my baby stood in a cage 5 hours after I made an appointment at 11:00 am and it’s 4:00 pmWhat kind of inhumane nonsense is that ? And all they could say oh we were busy ? Like what did I make an appointment for ? This is horrible I’m so upset this is unacceptable. Please don’t bring your fur baby here. Horrified and totally disgusting on how they treat the animals !!! Beware !!! Stand up for your little fur babies

I've been shopping at this PetsMart for over 10 years now. You can expect a clean store and friendly service. I did an order pick up, and the guy called me by name and knew that I had two orders waiting.

I made an appointment for 10am. Despite the negative reviews I wanted to give them an opportunity to regain my business. I get a VM at 8:33 that the groomer is not available and they only have a 9am available. Or they will cancel my appt.How are you giving me 27 minutes to get there from another county at the last minute. Terribly disappointing

This place is a Joke. Calling me 15 mins while I'm on the way to bring you two large breeds for baths, nails, and brushing for our appointment to tell me that you have no towels is sad and a sorry excuse for a business. The lack of proper management this place has is Joke. Constantly waiting and no sense of order. If it would let me post I'd give it no stars. Just sorry

I'm not please with my fur baby hair cut today, for almost $80 he should have looked like he was stepping out of the pet boutique on Hollywood Boulevard!! Instead he looks like something my grandmother did in her backyard!! My thing is, if you know you can't do something don't attempt it! And the groomer that chopped up my Charlie should neeeever!! Work on Maltese.I will not take him back there..She reported him trying to run from her when it was time for his bath, maybe he felt what was about to happen, and she should have told me about this bad haircut and prepared me for the shock...A tip for this groomer....1. Don't take on more than you can handle.2. Don't be afraid to say "I'm not skilled enough to do this"

Nice atmosphere is nice and calming. They also have a animal hospital attached to the building and a receptionist to take appointments, which means you cannot just walk in when ever you please. The have a room dedicated for grooming as well. You can find animals such as snakes, hamsters, fish, cats, rats, gerbils, birds, lizards, and guinea pigs here.

08/17/23 @ 12:30 p.m.First time here as I am a new puppy mommy.Very disappointing treatment and customer service. I just placed my unpurchased merchandise back down and walked out. I called the store to speak with the manager and express my grievance. His disinterest was undeniably obvious. No apologies or nothing. Just an awkward 5 second silence after I finished speaking, then a very flat "okay I will speak with her"...followed by another several seconds of silence.My trip to THIS store caused a huge inconvenience. But not too bad because Walmart is in the same plaza just four stores downWon't be back. And I'm cancelling the grooming services I made for this Monday as well. Different location but it doesn't matter. My money has only ONE time to be disrespected before I explore the myriad of options that are out here for me.

They are a great places to take my dog. Daisy. Sometimes they are so busy they see me a little past appointment time. But not near as bad a people doctors are. Daisy always gets to pick out a toy each visit.

Do not take your dog here for grooming. They do a terrible job. They started shaving my Bichon pup, called me and said he was aggressive and they refuse to continue to groom him. My regular groomer said he is far from aggressive and I agree. I had to pick up my dog with his neck shaved and the rest of his body fluffy. I’m going on vacation tomorrow and is stuck with no groomer. This will absolutely be my last time with this place.

The regional manager Tish is completely rude thanks to her I will never go back to that store we wanted a crested gecko and told her I was going to get what he needed for now and then get a larger setup in a couple days we’ll she said I had to purchase it’s evry need at this moment and she had been in an argument with a customer just before us so she brought that attitude to us I didn’t mind getting whatever to make a safe environment for the lizard she told us it had to be a vertical 250 dollar tank instead of the tank that had all the stuff already in it and actually had a created gecko on the picture she said it couldn’t be in anything other than the tank she said so I told her she needs to hurry and move the lizard because she had him in a like five gallon tank and that she is going against her own policy she then said she refused us sale and that we had to leave. Me and my children was very offended. Sorry for then long msg had to get it off my chest
