They have a good selection of dog food, but watch out for the clearance items. The employees NEVER pay attention and I’ve been overcharged multiple times. Today I even asked the employee if the 20% discount was applied and he said yes. I checked my receipt and I was charged full price. The employees have no customer service at this location. They aren’t friendly at all and act like you’re annoying them by being there. I wish there was somewhere else to go for pet supplies.

Great selection of cat food here. They carry so many different brands of good cat food (cans, kibble). The prices are a little more expensive, but I consider this a "boutique" of pet stores.

Bought frogs earlier this week and decided to come in the store to buy them some new things and some food. When I walked into the store I was greeted by the very sweet store manager Heather who ended up helping me with my shopping. She answered all my questions and even helped by showing me some items I should buy, like a new cage, and even helped me decide what food I should buy them. Having Heather help me made my shopping so easy and fast!!!

Experienced horrible customer service today while shopping for my dogs! I bought two dog beds, one was in the on sale bin for $9.99 and the other was marked on the shelf as $19.99. When I went to the register, to my surprise, the bed for $9.99 rang up as $32.99 and the $19.99 bed rang up $59.99! We called Alex, the manager, over to ask why the price was more, Alex said that a customer must have placed the bed in the bin by accident. The problem is, there were 7 identical beds in the bin! I asked for her to mark both beds down and she told me that if I wanted the beds then buy them at that price or don't and go somewhere else! What kind of customer service is that! Anywhere else would have marked them down to the advertised price to fix the situation and investigate why they were placed in a marked down bin! Both Alex the manager and Brittany the cashier were rude, and apparently don't know what customer service is.

Daughter saved up money for a B dragon. She has 17 lizards and takes very good care of her reptiles and animals. We went in to buy her dragon and they had 3. One definitely smaller than the others and eyes closed. The pet lady tried to tell her it was the best one to hold all the time and promised it wasn’t sick. I was like no way. She was happy with one of the other ones till the pet lady got her on the other one. I called 3 different times saying it hasn’t eaten since we got it. Nothing no help. Contact store manager and she said district manger is supposed to call but still haven’t gotten a call. Bad business bad customer service and a place I shop at 3 times a week. Deplorable

I went in this store just recently looking for a few items for my dogs. The employer there was very helpful and even gave suggestions when I was questioning some products. Our dogs even got some treats to take home. I love friendly places like this that make me want to visit more. The Great Dane in the store was just a bonus.

Whittany is the rudest employee I've ever encountered at this place. She will walk around and act like she doesn't see you standing there needing help, and when u ask for her help she will just have the worse attitude towards u. I will no longer shop at this store because of her. When Patrick was there he was always very helpful and kind to me. I don't know what this ladies problem is I just know I'll not shop here anymore on account of her. Last time I went by this store it was empty so it must not just be me that has been made to feel this way.

We absolutely LOVE the ladies at this location! Whitney in particular is always so attentive and kind, and she always asks about my animals whether I bring them or not. We will always shop here, and are very grateful for such friendly people in such a harsh world!

They have a few picture events a month where you can bring your dog in and get a cute photo with a theme. Love doing this. And the workers are always so nice!! Luna and her owner are the best!

Show up on a Sunday to buy a $100 a bag dog food at 5:10pm. Web sight clearly says close at 6. Hand written sign on door saying close at 5. The 2 employees standing at register. Got them to door and explained we drove 45 mins to get dog food and asked if they could help me out. Would pay cash to make it easy on them. Instead smart mouth manager wants to raise voice at my wife. Been in this store many times. Never over 3 people in there .Poor service and uneducated employees. Good job. Will never spend another dime here.

Enjoyed this store. Young lady behind the counter was really nice and informative. Awesome black cat there that loves to lick you like a puppy! Hope she finds a home soon. Would love to have her if not for my large dogs!

Since the new staff I’ve noticed that the store is less organized and the employees are less willing and knowledgeable on helping with products. The employees at the front are loud when talking to each other and the conversation aren’t exactly what I would call appropriate to talk about on the clock with CUSTOMERS in the store! Very disappointed

I have been trying to remember the name of this store. My teacup chihuahua George loves his little moo moo (cow) doggy toys. That is one of his favorite's. I bought some clothes for him too. I will be ordering more things for him.

Way over priced and poor selection. Several items I got on Amazon for under $12 were $30 or more here. Old man that works there is very rude!!. I saw a lady return something and he was very unprofessional. Acted like he wasn't going to take it back. Save your money and by am amazon prime membership or drive a little further.

They didn't have crickets for my bearded dragon. The price of the water dish for the breaded dragon was cheaper than Petsmart & it was a lot bigger too! Price for dog treats were pricey. Only will go if they have a sale. Wouldn't go if it was a place to shop for necessity items. I'd would price & look around for a good deal for accessories there though.

I wasn't sure what to expect since I was passing through on the way back from ATL. I was surprised at the selection and prices. I felt they were competitive and they even priced matched Amazon. I would definitely recommend this place for pet supplies.
