Oh I love walmart. That is the place I go for afforable groceries and bang for your buck prices. I Always shop there on my monthly shopping and their curbside pickup is amazing and convenient. You just drive your car to the back use the Walmart app to fulfill your order and let employees know you have arrived and they bring your groceries to you. No hassle. Saves you time going inside the store and avoiding the hassle of crowding of the store right at your fingertips. Definitely shop at Walmart, you won't regret it.

Let’s say this. It’s bad enough that hardly ANYONE enjoys going to a Walmart anymore due to the poor customer service it’s even worse when Walmart as a COMPANY knows this and doesn’t care because they take advantage of the customers being a one stop shop. Walmart could care less about its customers yet they pay there store managers over 100k a year. Instead of worrying about what they pay their employees they need to get right with their customers because eventually Walmart lose this battle in time!

The gardening dept needs new management. Beautiful plants viewed yesterday, on return visit today were parched and extremely dehydrated and half dead. No available cashier for that dept at all, but yet there is a cash register set up. Surely Walmart can afford to hire people to water the plants and service their customers.

As long as you don't come across an employee on the floor you're fine. These people absolutely hate their job and they make sure that you know that. They get mad that you're on the floor trying to shop. They get mad if you get in their way. Curbside orders are obviously priority. They assume if they need in your spot you will move regardless of the fact that you were shopping there. And please don't ask any of them to help you because they will definitely let you know they really don't want to help you.9 times out of 10 the ones standing at check out are really friendly. There are exceptions but it's becoming rare.

The Airport Thruway location is great. People who work there are helpful. The Whittlsey Rd location is bad. So many workers are filling online orders and ignoring and blocking isles. One worker cut right in front of me with her cart, and I had to quickly stop to avoid running into her. She never even acknowledged me. Instead, she was yelling to a co-worker several isles over.

This store is very nice. Don’t believe the one star reviews. If you need to find something just use the Walmart app and it will guide you in the right direction. The app will let you know if something is in stock and not on the shelf. It’s to easy folks.

The prices are great. Selection is good. Produce is hit or miss. Customer service is usually terrible. Thankfully self checkout keeps you from having to face a cashier that makes you feel like they hate you. Asking for assistance here (or any Columbus Walmart) makes me anxious because of the negative attitude I often have to face.Edit: they have remodeled their bathrooms and it's amazing! Especially the gapless stalls. I'm very impressed.

I've been a Walmart + member since 2020. I use home dilivery for the convenience and to avoid self checkout. Today was the first time I have had any problems. I received my order and while I was putting it up I realized I was missing several items. I checked what was delivered and the items showed they were delivered. All the items were refrigerated so I figured the bags were not picked up for delivery. I did a refund but one item I ordered was for two and I could only get a refund for one. Call customer service and they gave me the refund for the other. I reorded the missing items. When they were delivered one had an expiration date of 10/23. Can't believe that it was still on the shelf to purchase. So once again I requested a refund. I am glad I was able to get my refunds but both problems should have never occurred. I'm still out one item. The people selecting the items and picking up for delivery need to be more careful.

These employees are by far the most unprofessional I have seen in my life at Walmart. Very ghetto. The managers name is Brian and I have to wonder if they are this way because of him. He could someone allow a store to be ran in that way. The employees don’t even want to work. They seem upset that they are even there. I believe if everyone that has a problem with this store report it to corporate our voices will be heard! Don’t just get offended and go home. Call and report it. They will listen to your complaint! Something has to be done. Oh and when you call the store not one department ever answer. Corporate customer service even called with me on the back line and nobody would answer from any departments. So forget even calling the store to ask a question. Moving forward I will go to any other Walmart in GA before I go t this one. This is your money. Stop giving it to this location! One Voice! One Sound! Make yourself clear!

Was at the consultation the pharmacist came with an attitude didn’t say how can I help u so I went on to ask her could I take this suga carb blocker being a diabetic she looked like I asked a dumb question she barely wanted to take the bottle out my hand she read it handed it ba k to me with a simple yes nothing more im standing there waiting because i expected more than a yes so i took it on but at check out i said i dont want this anymore maam becuz now i dont trust what the pharmacist said I go ask someone for her supervisor the young lady checked and said she wasnt in and to call the 1800 walmart and make a complaint im tired of bad customer service 👀👀i use to didnt say say anything but nope its getting to bad ppl think they can just keep treating u any ole way

It's Wal-mart. If I HAVE to go there for something, this is the location I choose in Columbus. It's in a nice enough area and the staff are generally friendly. Sometimes they are the only place in town carrying Tobasco pepper plants.

Employees are typically friendly and do a good job. But I've come to notice that every time I go down the ice cream aisle, it looks like this in the freezer. Not sure why its haphazardly tossed around like that, but not a great look.

What a garbage store, with the most garbage employees. First off please avoid this store as its easibly the worst of the worst. Ive never before shopped in any establishment or grocery were the employees actively prevent you from seeing and purchasing product however this store does that. I've never been to a grocery store were the "melancholy" staff members push customers out of the way to move through aisles. There's an absolute lack of leadership and management at this location, I'd be surprised if there was even a manager at all. This location of Walmart makes spending more money at other stores an easy decision.

Team lead Chevy is ratchet and ghetto and definitely doesn't need to be working in customer service. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I found myself shopping at Walmart recently because I would save $2 dollars here, and $3 there. When I tell you the Airport Thruways location doesn't value customers. The way I was talked to and the other crew acting like she handled me was atrocious. People work for walmart has the worst attitudes with a few exceptions. It's sad. If I can't get an apology from this employee, there's no coming back for me.

Dont try to buy Condoms at any Walmart anymore. They are all under lock and key and you have to wait forever for anyone to unlock and get them. The manager, Bianca, got them and left them at customer service for me to get and check out. When I arrived to check out, she pulled the drawer, went to the back and left the other girl to help the guy in front of me and then me. I asked if I can just have them to check out at the counter behind but she blew me off and walked away. I ended up leaving without anything and will not be going back

Walmart has went down hill since they put in the self checkouts.. the employee have gotten lazy.. I have went in there 2 times in the last month to spend a good bit and when I asked for help all I got was it's not my department. And they turn around and start talking to other people that work there just standing around. Just disrespectful and rude

The only thing I am complaining about is the produce being frozen. Why are the fruits (fresh fruit) being frozen? Is this cost effective? The fruit, once in thawed, usually turns brown. No one wants brown fruit. On a positive note, the marketplace pizza is great!

Easy to shop location. There have been lots of updates in the store since the last time I went in. Looks clean, bright, and organized. Like the variety of products they have available. Spent way more than I intended to because I kept finding new things. This is why I do the delivery service most of the time to keep me out of trouble. Cashier was nice. They had lots of cash registers open when I was there.

This is a very I mean very huge store that has a very large amount of customers. Hats off to management and your team. Though busy customer service did not suffer. From the parking lot to the entire floor space, nothing but clean crisp and inviting floor. Seldom do you see a Wal-Mart with no pallets in the way, yet you see stickers hard at work. I'm 56 years old and have never seen a Wal-Mart whose shelves are stocked and organized. Wal-Mart corporate needs to bring this manager into thier level, I promise you business will grow.
