This particular Walmart location has a few quirks you should know before visiting. If you plan to go, it is best to visit early in the morning when fewer customers are around, and it's a safer environment. However, if you visit during the middle of the day, it can get pretty crowded, and the atmosphere can become quite "tense."Despite that, there are some advantages to shopping at this Walmart. One of the best things about this location is that they have some of the cheapest fuel prices in the area. So, if you need to fill up your gas tank, this is a great place. The staff is also friendly and helpful, making your shopping experience more pleasant.

I stop at this particular Walmart at least 3 out of 4 mornings on my way to work & every morning worker especially at the self check out that I encounter has ZERO customer service.This morning I was in line to self check out and there was what I assumed a customer because the individual was hanging over the fridge soda machine and the employee on the other side by the cash register gave me the attitude look like just ahead, so I responded with my apologized didn’t know if that was an employee or a customer as she was standing unprofessionally so I didn’t want to get in front of her the under the breath comments and chatter were unnecessary.The attitude from employees at this location is very almost the standard because several of them have horrible customer service.

A really NICE super large store ! Has large aisles. Not like the Super SMALL super Walmart store in Franklin NC ! Has a really BAD road entrance too. One example:At Franklin store the extension cord section is a Joke ! Hardly nothing, see this really super Walmart stores cords ......goes on forever! Found my 25' tan cord, finally! See pix of cords. Love this place!

I am not one to review things but I had a very poor experience with this walmarts pickup service. The point of pickup is to save the time of going in and picking up your items. I arrived at the pickup area and waited for 30 minutes before someone came to my window and told they were going to have to repack all of my items. I could have picked up all my items and checked out within those first 30 minutes. Instead I was in the pickup area for nearly an hour before receiving my order. I talked to a manager twice and they were mildly helpful and not very customer service inclined.

We all already know this place is ghetto. I came here on a Tuesday morning at 8:30 am- so it wasn't busy at all. Tried to do self check out, but the entrance was being blocked by a giant pallet of items, so I went around, and the other entrance was being blocked by two employees. I said "excuse me, can I come in this way?" And she rolled her eyes and said "go ahead, but go the other way next time". My bad for being such an inconvenience. I was also pan-handled while trying to pay (I was by myself with my baby) so it was a little uncomfortable, but the man asking for money was nice enough. I gave him $5 but apparently that wasn't enough, because he needed $7, so I found one more dollar and told him that's all I had. The employees not only didn't mind his pan handling, but also knew him on a first name basis. I'm not even mad- I get it, times are hard and I don't think I'm better than anyone. I also like that the employees treat him with respect, but just know all this before coming here if you're not from around here.

Well you guys know about Walmart there's bad cons and good ones too it has been completely full with the self-checkout there's no lines open there's certain ways you have to use cars in one lane and use cash in another basically saying that all just be patient when you go to Walmart if you're going there for you own reasons there's no longer I'm going to be long and they might not have what you need be patient get in and get out and like I always say be blessed not stressed drive for success and everything else is rest

Par for the course for any walmart. Overworked, tired looking employees, poorly stocked shelves, and the fabled 30 minute wait time for someone to come by with a key to unlock a display case. No idea why they call it a "super" center - this place is TINY.

Not enough motorized grocery carts .and the store employees are not helpful at all they act like it's not their job to help customers in need of carts ,you should send a secret shopper to the walmart in South columbus and if you need someone I will do it with a secret camera.

The Walmart on Victory Dr in Columbus Ga need to have more riding carts that works for the elderly and disabled. I've gotten where I would rather go somewhere else than go there. I'm disabled and I can't walk around the store. So bc I can't get a working riding cart whenever I go. I go somewhere else even tho i might have to pay a higher price. All bc i can never find a working riding cart when i go to this store. This is sad!

Bought some birthday items this month. Went to take them back you know 30 day return policy. They told me they could only give me a Walmart giftcard back for 1 item. I paid cash and lost my receipt. Now I know to put all my money on a card which I don’t like using because it gives me trouble. I get paid in cash this is just really inconvenient. Hope they get better with costumer service, she treated me like a criminal. Just going to go shopping at target or the piggly wiggly from now on they might be more expensive but how I get treated has never been like this if I forgot/lost the receipt.

Its getting to where 🤔 essential items are hard to find here and its really hard to shop. The associates aren't around when you need them & not very helpful when i do find one...I found that the automated Lot-Coppers were the best part of this visit.

Got a oil change on my 2018 hyundai elantra gt with only 55k miles on it at victory drive walmart and I bet you I won't never do it again! Almost cost me my whole damn engine! Ain no way in hell my oil was bone dry before the milage for the next oil change came up. That tells me that somebody did not put the correct amount of oil in my car. Inexperienced techs pertaining to services as such. I won't never flip another bill to the service department to do anything on my vehicle! And when I say bone dry I mean not a drop of oil on the dip stick, my engine was clicking and sounding horrid, check engine light came on flashing, lost power and all. Couldn't even get my car to go 60 mph. People in the service department need training hands, not only that they need better people skills cause every time I come up there they have a attitude and very rude.

The cashier was very friendly, I didn't notice her name but she was wearing a mask and she was very kind and efficient. I wish her name was on my receipt so she could get credit For how good of a job she did. Great store, well stocked and spotless.

It's a smaller size Walmart, less of a selection and in a very bad part of Columbus. Definitely don't go there unless I have to.

No matter what city or state Walmart socks you spend $300 to $400 dollars in the store check it out yourself with an employee watching you do it then have to get your receipt checked to make sure you paid for your food that you had to bag and scan your own self I'm totally done at least publix doesn't do that

This evaluation is for the employee that suppose to take care of a customer at the coinstar machine around 1:30pm on Wednesday July the 27th. Other personnel called this worker several times , for assistance , half hour passed already and with a 6months pregnancybump , truly this is such a terrible experience. And I already placed coins on the machine, so I’ve been just waiting, standing all this time. For the rest I made my purchase today without issues and cashiers and associates who assisted me were kind and nice. I hope this won’t happen to other customers.

Not sure why their retention rate is like it is, but I love their Grocery Pick-up personnel. They're always kind, helpful, & striving to improve our experiences as customers (or at least they do for me). Been with them since day 1 & I don't plan on changing up anytime soon

I was told I couldn’t use the restroom because the employee was tired of waiting for customers to come out so he could clean it. I was also told he was attempting to leave ‘at a decent time’. So he didn’t have time to keep waiting.

Valley Wally World is depressing. There is so much theft here it's demoralizing. I have personally watched thieves in this store in action and you know what... Nobody does a damn thing about it. We, patrons/customers pay for this theft everytime. This particular Wally World is the A______ of the world! Where are the PoPo? Prosecute! 🇺🇸

I always love coming to Walmart. The prices are the best. The staff could be more cheerful and willing to lend a hand but in the area its located I don't expect too much. I get both my home goods flowers and my food from here its convenient if you forgot something or need to pick something up last minute. However since covid started the fact that its no longer open 24/7 is a hindrance. I hope in the near future that this is resolved so I can do my shopping when it isn't so crowded. I think my introverted folks might agree with me here :)
